We are from out-of-town and in need of a new tire to travel back home. I called and spoke to someone at 8:07am and was told that he definitely had a used tire and needed to check on the status on a new tire. I asked how long it would take and was told it would be around 9:30am and he would let us know. We received our next call at 9:40am saying if we wanted a new tire we would have to buy a full set. That was not an option so we decided on a used tire and was told he could be at our location within an hour. We also asked about the tread on the used tire and if it was at least 50% or better and was informed that it was and that the tire treading was even. The guy arrived at our location at 12:20pm...much later than the 1 hour we were promised. The tire was almost bald on the side and the treading was definitely not even. We were told that was the best of his tires and it even looked like it had some metal in it. We refused the tire, but still had to pay $50 for nothing. Very poor service and communication. If you are in need of a tire, definitely look somewhere else unless you want to be ripped off.Service: Tires

My husband had a flat on a trailer. Called and Tim went out to rescue him. He was very nice, quick and efficient! And didn't charge an arm and a leg to do it. Would highly recommend!!!
