I had an appointment scheduled for 9:00am. We moved our schedule around considerably to honor it. I work from home. I packed both my computers between meetings and went out in the rain to drive to A-1. When I arrived, I was told they weren't installing that day because it was raining. I understand that nature can't be control and if you can't install a windshield when it's too humid then it is what it is. My question is why would A-1 not let customers know they are canceling appointments as soon as they know? Rain was in the forecast for today. It has been raining since dawn. Two guys were in the office just chatting. Why would they not call customers and let them know not to go to the trouble of driving to the business?

A-1 Glass in claxton ga did a excellent job. They are a great company. I had them do two jobs for me and I am pleased . Safelight company did a horrible job on my car and I will never use them again.I wrote a bad review about A-1 glass by mistake. A-1 Glass is professional company, they care about their clients and their job. Go to A-1 Glass for all your Glass needs. You will be happy you did.

Family owned and operated, great work done for me here. DON'T get caught in your insurance/Safelite trap - you can't talk to anyone at Safelite EVER on the phone. Keep your business local and call these folks!!!

A-1 Glass Masters . I gave them 5 starts because the did two jobs for me and they excels for what they. One was for my house window and another for my Ford Flex. I will recommend them. Having a USA insurance we used Safelite and we had issues when they did the job on my Scion Xd.
