We've been going to Sutton for years and they are really the most reliable & trustworthy mechanic around. Beth (& all the front desk ladys) are so kind and helpful. And I can't even tell you how helpful Matt is. He's been helpful to us in understanding issues with our car, making decisions about paying for repair or getting a new car, and even willing to talk to other mechanics at dealerships, etc. I don't feel like most mechanics take the time of day for their customers like do at Sutton Tire!

Beware Traveling nearby and got a flat. Changed to the spare and went there for repair and they knew I was not from that area. Was told it was not repairable due to the leak location and they wanted to sell me a replacement. I declined and took the tire to my local shop when I got home and it was dead center of the tread and easily repairable.

This place was a Godsend for us on our road trip. We unfortunately got a flat and they helped me arrange a tow truck and was able to get me a new tire before they closed. Otherwise we would have been stranded! They were all so friendly and gave my kids chocolate while we waited. They gave me an excellent deal on the tire, and I still can t believe we got so lucky to find them to replace it for us. Thank you all so much and God bless! Everyone must use them for their next tire needs!!

Today for the second time since moving to Clarkesville, Matt and the people at Sutton Tire have rescued me. They have wasted no time getting to me and fixing my car with fast service and amazing quality products!! I cannot recommend them enough!!! Thanks so much guys!!

Excellent service and staff, they were very fast taking care of our flat tire while we waited in their comfortable waiting room, bathroom also available for customers Looks like they offer multiple services, totally recommend.

Reasonable prices. Got tires I didn't like, never saw them until they were put on. Their tire balancing is sub-par. Should have made the trip to discount tire but was trying to support local. Also made excuses to not do alignment instead of being honest and saying they didn't want to. Don't get car work done here prices are double plus some compared to shops like Voodoo Automotive.

I hope Sutton tires looks at these reviews because I m absolutely blown away at the news I heard. Sutton tires is the biggest scam in Clarksville they prey on older people and women and with me not being very knowledgeable they tried to say all four of my rims were destroyed and said there was nothing they could do for me unless I bought my own rims then they could install them for me. The front desk lady was kind and tried to help me find rims but as far as the mechanics they were fine but this one old guy he was an absolute joke. Rude as hell I have also heard some shady things about what one of the owners did. I won t elaborate because I was asked not to but be extremely cautious with these guys they are after your money and don t care about actually helping you or your safety. There are many other tire companies to chose from in Clarksville ga that will be honest with you and not try to rip you off. And once again to the owners or any one who reads this that works there good try and thank you for not charging me bc I d rather burn my money than put it in your pockets

They are awesome. Beth was able to get me in for a full tire change within the same day I first called and was very helpful over the phone. All the workers are super sweet and they have a very nice waiting room with Wi-Fi for customers. I very much appreciate their friendly and fast service for a procrastinator like myself!!

We have been going to Sutton Tire in Clarkesville many years now for our tire and auto maintenance needs and it has always been a great experience. The staff is friendly. Service is easy to schedule and completed when committed. The work performed is top-notch and, if there is ever a concern, they make it right. I highly recommend them for your related auto needs.

They addressed the issue.Left air intake completely lose in truck with missing clips and engine cover lose also missing locking screws. Also charged for coolent that wasn't topped off.

The team at Sutton has been wonderful! Our invoices are correct, the prices are competitive, we are charged for exactly what we have purchased. We operate commercial vehicles and our drivers have expressed their appreciation of the attention to detail, respect and professionalism their team has consistently displayed. They have primarily worked with us on tire services.

We love this garage! Their prices can't be best and they do quality work. When I bring my vehicles in I never feel like they treat me differently than they would my husband. The entire staff is friendly and helpful.

Really nice people. I thought I needed new tires but they fixed my old flat one...it cost me $22 instead of $700 for a new set.They said to come back for oil changes and they'd keep an eye on them. I will return!

Always a pleasure doing business with this group of people. They are personal, attentive, and very knowledgeable. We needed tires in an emergency and even though it was the holiday they got us in and out in 15 minutes. A huge plus in their chauffeur service. This is especially helpful as our business is open most working hours and it is hard to make appointments. It doesn t get any easier than that and the price is always right.

I recently moved to Clarkesville, Georgia and was in need of a mechanic for my 2013, 4 -Runner.My neighbors highly recommended Sutton Tire for any type of repairs needed since they perform all types of services and not just sell tires.I must say my awesome experience started with the front desk where I met Matt, the general manager. Brought my wife's car in. For tires and alignment. Found out I needed some front end work done.. Clark quoted a reasonable price to correct the problem. Totally awesome professional experience. Finished work came in under quote! 5 stars to Matt.

Sutton Tire is always my choice. They are honest and do good quality work. They always give me a quote before they start work. They do work quickly as well. They are not the cheapest price in town but their quality of works justifies this completely. I have even had times where I have taken my car to have the brakes done and one of the technicians called me and told me that the brakes still has some life on them and I didn't need them yet. How many mechanics do you know that would do that?! Also, I always get a thank you letter from them after I use their services. What a great touch!

The guys were very helpful and professional.Went in for an oil change and a quote on tires.They were honest with me in that I only needed front tires, and proceeded to sell me a good pair of used ones (for cheap) until I needed all 4 tires.Great business

took my suburu there for wheel alignment on 1/25/22 for 10 AM appointment . People were friendly courteous and knew their trade well . Told me it would take90 minutes or so , vehicle came back in allotted time , and they mentioned it needed the alignment , will be back for other services when needed !!

Super friendly customer service. Let me know what was going on 100% of the time. I had like 4 things to fix on my car but they were done in less than 3 hours. Extremely accurate price quote. I will NEVER go to another shop again. They have my business for life.

Excellent place. Needed 2 tires. One for a blown out full size spare and the radial was separating on a tire that was on the car. Was given a much better price than I was expecting and was done in about 10 minutes. Very quick, extremely nice staff. I will definitely be coming back again when I need new tires.

Seemed honest and friendly. Price was where everyone else was. Went there because another tire company said they couldn't get to me for 3 hours even though there were bays open. Had a new set of tires on my Mustang pretty quick.

Visiting the area to see the falls and beautiful little town. Stopped in at 5:00pm with a nail in our tire. The owner fixed it in 5 minutes! Thank you!!! Go Dawgs!!!

I want to brag on Sutton Tires. I took my car here for a tune up and requested that a few other things be fixed. They diagnosed the problems and called me back with prices on what they could fix. They were prompt in fixing the issues and gave me a wonderful deal! We had just had my husband's truck repaired at Tim's Auto in Baldwin and got completely ripped out and had more issues to fix then when we took the truck for repairs to the tune of $1600. I will reccomend anyone to take their vehicles here. Plus, they are hometown and very throughout. God bless Sutton Tire Inc! My car runs like a "champ" now.

Staff are nice and friendly - they laugh at my silly jokes. Pretty cool waiting area. Repair was done in a reasonable amount of time and price was fair. They should expect to continue to have my business.
