I had an excellent experience at Lowell Tire this morning. I had a flat tire, and they replaced it for me very quickly and at a good price. Everyone was very friendly, and they helped me figure out why my car doesn t have a spare!

Went for a front end alignment. Truck was pulling right and the steering wheel wasn't straight. After waiting four hours because they dealt with other customers that came in AFTER we did, the truck still pulls right and the steering wheel is still not straight. Had tires mounted and balanced there before. Put a torque wrench on the lug nuts after getting it home and found some were torqued to 30-40 ft lbs, others to well over the 85 ft lb torque spec.

Had a 5th wheel trailer tire go down last Friday, brought it to Lowell's Tire, they fixed it, mounted it, and put my spare back in place. A good bunch of hard working people, thanks for the help.

Very thankful to have found this place. After getting a piece of metal stuck in our tire we were able to make it here. We were lucky that they had the tire we needed in stock (2 other places we called did not). They immediately changed it and we were on our way. They were friendly, fast and affordable!

I'm from out of town and I was traveling through Clarksville when I developed a pretty serious leak in one of my tires. I pulled up and I was greeted by one of the workers there. They got right in my car and put it on the rack. They ended up having to put a new tire on and they were very reasonably priced. I was in and out in around 25 minuets. It was a great experience and they took great care of my and my car.

Quoted me for $130 on my rear brakes which was a wonderful price, then when they finished up they ended up charging me even less. Wonderful work, wonderful price, kind staff. Would recommend!

They do well with cars, just not so much with people. They're pretty rude at times and their prices change each visit even though its the same exact service. They never offer an explanation as to why the price is different and with how irriated they already are I never want to ask.

Stopped by the Tire Repair shop in Clarkesville Georgia this morning to have them check my squeaking brakes. I was concern that it might be worn rotors and brake pads. The mechanics took a look and found that all my rotors and brakes were in excellent condition! I was very surprised to hear the good news for a change. Because of the honesty and high integrity of the folks working at Lowell Tire, I would highly recommend them for all your tire and brake jobs. Honest professionals who quote a fair price, and even tell you the truth when you don t need the work at all. Two thumbs up LOWELL TIRE!

If I could I would give this place zero stars.. I called them the day before the service and setup an appointment. They quoted me tires I gave them the make and model of my vechile and my tire sizes. I showed around 10:45 the day of the service then they called around 2:40 saying they can t but the tires on my truck because I needed 10 ply tires which is true.. They didn t have the tires and wasted my time and day.. I wouldn t use this company very unprofessional service the woman at the desk doesn t need to be quoting people tires.. Go to Pritchett tires same price and better service and they know what tires you need.. Also notice that Pritchett as better reviews...

Went in to have a flat tire fix and after waiting for an hour they told me it was unable to be fixed. I went down the road to a different tire shop and they stated that it was an easy fix and would cost me no less than 50 bucks.

Showed up at Loeell's Tire with a car that would not start, fully resigned to paying for a repair that was gonna leave me short on rent and sans groceries.Imagine my surprise! Technician cleaned up my corroded battery posts and sent me on my way with only a nominal charge. He was in a perfect position to take advantage of me, and did not! If you're looking for a mechanic that you can wholely trust, these are the folks!

I called to make sure they could install low profile tires. They told me yes. I came up there to get some tires installed. The managed to scratch two rims. I told Tawana. She said Lowell was on vacation and would get back with me. She also agreed that her worker messed up and Lowell would not stand for this. It's been two weeks and still no word. No apology. Nothing. I guess they just dont give a rip.

Went in to get beads taken out of tires and balanced with weights and waited 1hr just be told they're short handed and can't lift my wheels! Wow what a place, beware!

2017 had bought new tires set for my Nissan Pathfinder no issues, perfect!!!! 2019 bought new tires for my Acura MDXIssue tires shake 65/70mhp took it back he replace new set fix that issue 2020 bought new set tires Honda Pilot issuesTires shake 65/70mhp won t replace. I don t know if this shop buys discount or discontinued tires...So three purchase 2 were bad!!!so therefore Im not buying tires here anymore!!
