Progressive dispatched this company to me and I have nothing nice to say. After the ETA changed a few times since they were dispatched hours ago, I contacted the company. The owner answered the phone and was very rude and stated that regardless his money will not be affected as I was hanging up the phone. I then called progressive and they dispatched another company to me within the hour. The owner was VERY rude and acts as though he is the only towing company. Worst customer service and a careless attitude gets you no where.

After waiting 18 hours for AAA (they claimed they had no towing companies willing to accept the job), I called Budget Towing at 10:00 AM on Sunday (July 2nd). The phone was answered immediately and they said they would be here at noon. At 11:40 AM, they arrived and the vehicle was safely extracted within 15 minutes. The guys were super courteous, careful, and skilled. I would recommend this company with no reservations!

We were in Georgia for a car show when our car broke down. Called AAA and after waiting over 4 hours we started making our own calls and found Budget. He came out within 1/2 hour! My son's car broke down and we could find no one to help get it home(I'm really not in the habit of calling a towing service as we know so many people with trucks and tow bars). But I am so glad I found these folks very nice and they actually worked us in because they were pretty booked that day. I don't have many experiences with towing services and have heard a lot of stories (mainly not good)but these guys are awesome . This company was prompt and was honest to say ahead of time that they are happy to assist, but due other jobs scheduled, it would be about 4hrs before they could pick up my car. which cut down on the anxiety of having to wait.Nicholas was very professional and informative over the phone. Ummm, in a word AMAZING!!!! My truck stopped working and I was parked at a cabin in the mtns. of Gainesville. He came up into the mtns., up a steep dirt road and somehow got it started and it's been running ever since (fingers crossed). He was polite and super professional. I just can't say enough good things about my experience. If you're a woman and a little nervous about calling a tow truck, I wouldn't worry about calling this company.

Car breakdown is never a great experience. I called. He said 20 minutes. He was there In 20. Knew what he was doing . Friendly. I was very comfortable and pleased with the experience. Didnt get his name. Good job!Service: Local haulingService: Local hauling

My jeep stopped working out of no where while visiting Helen for a trip and I called them to help tow me. Not only did they show up on time and DURING A SNOW STORM, but the two amazing workers got under my car and fixed my car issue free of charge. Progressive had these guy coming to get my bike. Couldnt get here in time to bring it to the mechanic before they closed. I was gonna cancel but they rescheduled for 8am. No show. I called, dispatcher said driver was on the way. I called 30 min later and they didnt even have me on the schedule. When i told the guy i was gonna call progressive and let them know they needed to be off the list the dispacher started cussing at me talking about my momma and threatening me.

Awesome company. Don t think about it just call them! Super quick and courteous. Nikolaus and Alexander helped me when my car was stuck in mud, it was pitch black and I was lost. I m also not from the area so I had no idea who to call. Basically everything that could go wrong had that night. Until I called these guys! They not only towed my car out of the mud, they also gave me directions to where I was trying to go (which I never would have figured out without them), and the charge was very fair and affordable! Usually I associate tow companies with getting ripped off, but that was definitely not the case here. Thanks again guys, you re the best!!!Service: Car towing

Blew a tire just before dark on the side of 441 traveling with my sons back from Florida unable to reach AAA. Called budget towing and was told they would be there in 30 minutes Nick did one better and got there in 15. Nick was super nice and got us back on the road. Went through Allstate for roadside needed a tow. Dispatch from tow yard lied to Allstate stating that they came and picked up car and asked for payment which was a lie! The dispatch (a man) was very rude verbally to me on phone. I would not trust them at all, doing shady business. I made a complaint with Allstate as well to ensure they aren t getting payment for something they never did! Shady business awful customer service

Managed to get my truck stranded in the woods and these guys were the only local towing company willing to help. The truck arrived Super quickly and was able to find me despite how far down the trail I was. The driver was very friendly and even gave my truck a quick check up after we got it unstuck. 10/10 will call them again next time I sink my truck.Service: Car towing

My car stopped abruptly on the way to Highlands, North Carolina, just past Scaly Mountain in an awkward spot right on the edge of the mountain. I was in a panic to retrieve my vehicle, and I had no experience with vehicle towing companies. I'm from Cleveland, and I needed my vehicle to be towed to my mechanic's home in Cornelia, Georgia.I ended up going with a small Clarkesville-based business called Budget Towing and Recovery, because something just felt right about them in my gut. I called around to several local companies and got multiple estimates just to be certain, but Nicholas from Budget Towing gave me by far the best price quote for the approximately 3 hour tow from highlands back to cornelia. He was super friendly and accommodating. He even let me ride with him to pick up my vehicle in order to give me some peace of mind along the way and reassure me that the vehicle made it to the right place.We shared stories with each other and even found some common ground during the trip. I couldn't have asked for a better turn out to such a stressful situation... I would 10/10 recommend Budget Towing- they are incredible! Thanks once again!Service: Car towing

I cannot say enough about this wonder company!!Not only were they professional, fast and efficient, they were exceptionally kind and caring.I had a terrible experience trying to get my roadside assistance team to get companies to come out to me for nearly 24hrs, and finally they called Budget who came straight away!I HIGHLY recommend them, so take note of their number and website you never know when you will have to make that call!!!Again Thank you from the bottom of my Heart Susan!!!

Had a flat tire on the side of the road and couldnt get in touch with my husband. Honestly the hauling service was so fast and affordable i am glad i didnt make him drive out to get me. Just to give you an idea of who I am, I am a city girl from the sunshine state of Florida, I love seeing people, I love being in the city lights, to sum things up, I m just a pocket full of urban life However, I had a awesome opportunity to stay in a beautiful cabin in the mountains for vacation. I ll admit everything was a little bit of a culture shock, and then the scariest thing happened.... I got my car stuck and it was tilting in a drop off position of the driveway at the cabin. In panic, I got out of the car and looked for my AAA card in my wallet. As I m dialing the number, I looked up the mountain and then this red truck appeared, starting to go down the mountain. I started to wave my hands in the air, and it turned out to be a tow truck! Nicholas helped me get my car out of the dangerous position in 2 mins. I felt so blessed to meet him, such a nice guy... also, I LOVE GEORGIA and will hopefully own a cabin out here one day

They hold your possessions over the weekend just to receive more money from you and make you pay extra they have you call number after number to make and appointment to to pick up your belongings the people on the phone are rude and really don t wanna do there job when your asking questions just to receive your car

After a long day of cruising in the mountains my car decided it was too tired to make it home to Athens, leaving my son and I on the side of 441. I give a HUGE thank you to Nicholas!! I was stranded in the middle of the road!! He was on a call to pick up another vehicle but stopped to help me because of the dangerous situation I was in!! He picked me and my car up and then picked up his original job across the street!! I am so thankful that he helped me!! He took me to where I needed to go without hesitation!! I am forever grateful and I will recommend Budget Towing to everyone I know!! Thanks again Nicholas!!!!!!

Great fast service and affordable! They helped me get into my locked car in less than 3 minutes and it was for a great price at that! Great customer service as well. I really wish there were more companies like this one!

I was in a jam with my car sitting on the side of the road. The front wheel had fell off going down the road and i needed a tow. I had always used Hulsey s Wrecker Service but they would not help me out until i could get to the bank the next day and get the money to pay them. I am disabled and live check to check. So thanks to Budget Towing for getting my car off the side of the road and to my home Thanksgiving Night.
