Went to this place a gentleman named Joey help me he tells me that he doesn't know anything about what's going on they never train him on a thing that has to do with Auto parts I showed up a few days before this it took three people to change out a windshield wiper blade which they told me was only going to be 23 bucks but before the end of the experience it ended up costing me $50 AutoZone you should be ashamed of yourself jus because you put an auto parts place in the country put these country people where they don't even know how to work on a brand new car they can fix a farm tractor or a 1999 Chevrolet with a 350 but if you ask them for anything else other than that you're pretty much in a bad spot please give your employees some up training what a waste of my time will never shop with you again and have been a long time customer

They always give me amazing service at this location. Joshua H got me all set up for an oil change and offered to change my wipers on the spot. They are always super sweet and happy to help here! Very appreciated!!!

The , I believe manager, of this particular store is the most non personable, least helpful employee a business can have. I think his name is Chris. If you need anything that requires him moving from behind the computer then you can probably forget it. Several occasions I ve been in this store and had issues with simply getting an answer or help. I won t be back and would not suggest this store to anyone. Too bad I can t do more to discourage others from going here or I would. Autozone must really have a hard time finding decent help.

Employees were very helpful and friendly. Answered all my questions with knowledgeable responses and unbiased suggestions as to what were the best options to correct my engine problem. Although it is a franchise, the employees are local and have good customer skills.

Half of the guys that work here are clueless ,, and to the big guy that's talking about living in his car ,, clean yourself up my guy,,be professional,,and your lucky they even put up with you

Great service. The people are amazing and do good work. Wouldn t recommend the Mac and cheese though gave me a couple of issues. Don t get me wrong tasted great just didn t sit well with me.

Had a great experience here. The employee was so polite and helpful. I did not know exactly what I was looking for, but I described the issue, and she helped me find exactly what I needed. She was very knowledgeable and helpful!

What a sh&$ show! The staff just sits behind the desk til u check out and the lady is overly nice to some customers. Specifically a mechanic, I felt bad for his wife bc he had a ring on when he walked in and embarrassed for the girl she s obviously dumb in that department. I will not go back!

Quick, easy to locate what I needed and employees are very helpful. I stand 5ft and everything I needed was on a top shelf and the employees were very professional and helped get the products I needed.

Naomi saved my life. We were having a lot of car troubles and she went above and beyond today to help us out. The 3 of us were sitting there and she kept it cool, calm, and collected the whole time while helping us. She was very nice and super considerate. She found the right part, helped us put it in, and made sure we were all physically ok from being out in the sun for a while. I would take a bullet for her.

I went in last night to get a new battery for my car. Ethan went above and beyond to help me! He was thorough and worked quickly. It was such a relief to have my car taken care of! Throw in the top notch customer service, and I was incredibly pleased!

They were on the ball this time. I believe other managers gone.But we stacked in there 3 deep all needing something different.And was not easy stuff.But all 3.. rocked..Best part when my buddy was explaining to the guy everything from the lug nuts to the ceiling bulb.And we were commenting hd don't give a sh...He ain't listening to u.And he finally gets in there..So what are u needing and how can I help u.20 minute conversation..I would not listen either.THE GIRL MANAGER COMMERCIAL WAS ON IT.I Ieft this store went to Cornelia due to Manager.Now I can go back.Aint got to worry about stealing Reese Cups....

I went to auto zone and found that they help you more than I would've thought. They put new windshield wipers on my Acadia. Tested everything, I thought I had a computer problem turns out Josh saved me a ton of $$$. I was getting ready to take it to a mechanic and he fixed the issues for me right in the parking lot.

3 stars only because Patrick had to do Jackie's job in finding a part and processing a refund. She lied and said a mirror for my vehicle was not available, but Patrick found it without ANY issues the next day.. He was also able to process a refund without any issues as well. Jackie said it could not be done, and to call corporate for assistance. Thanks Patrick for your excellent customer service and knowledge. Perhaps Jackie could take a few pointers from you and learn how to treat customers accordingly.

Very helpful when we broke down at a nearby Shell station. They tried to find a mechanic, no luck, we bought a battery and borrowed tools in case that was the problem (it was). Wish I had the name of the guy that stopped in the shell and drove us back and forth. Thanks to all, it could have been a much worse beginning to a 5.5 hour trip back from hurricane Dorian evacuation.

Most of the employees here are helpful and super sweet. I usually try to deal with Noemi when I come here because she is always super sweet and very helpful!!!

I've used this Autozone over the last 5 years,particularly the last 2. The store is always spotless.The manager Patrick is amazing. Such a polite and funny fella.I'm not a car-knowledgeable gal ,but I've never left there thinking I didn't get what I needed, whether it be oil or a headlight installed. A young man,Haydyn,has been working there for maybe the last year? Endlessly kind and helpful. I sometimes feel bad inflicting myself on him,but he is always bright eyed and thoughtful. Others have been off help to me as well, but these two shine.Autozone can be proud of this store!

We stopped in the Clarksville store 20 min before closing, on a Sunday evening. My car had a belt shred off the alternator. The store didn't have the belt in stock and it had to be ordered. We still had a 30 min drive to make it home and Hayden went above and beyond to find a belt that would work until the part would come in. Hayden should be compensated for his efforts and his willingness to provide great customer service.

Processed online order verifying they had all items ordered. Charged for entire order. Got there and they stated they were missing an item. Had to return an item they didn t even have and took 3 days for money to be placed back onto credit card. They did this because they did not want their system to show incorrect and corporate Autozone to know about their inventory discrepancy.

It was the worse experience ever the store manager Patrick gave us a run around just because we wanted matching headlight bulbs and was openly cursing in front of a minor even though we were extremely polite to him and tried to explain the situation

Went to have my radiator cap tested to see if it was holding pressure. Service tech didn't know what I was talking about asked another guy working and he said they don't have one. Really? I think AutoZone should have all devices to trouble shoot possible issues.

Always shop with this particular Autozone. Patrick (The Manager) and his team always strive to do great service. You are welcomed not just as a customer but as a close friend into this Autozone.Cannot say the same about the Cornelia location though. I went in there just this week (closer to home) to be rudely dismissed by a redshirt, I will from now on avoid this Autozone at all costs.Being a former employee, I know that is not the way Autozone wants their Cornelia customers treated.Thank you for everything Clarkesville Autozone!

I had to special order a part, and Patrick helped me get exactly what I needed. After such great service, I will only be shopping at this store for my auto parts needs.
