Very courteous staff. They handle warranty work, without making an issue. You don't have to book an oil change 2 months out like many ATL area dealers. I would highly recommend this dealer and service department. I just recently edited and updated this review, as they had corrected the problem with phone answering and call returns. Terry Reid is definitely the #1 Hyundai dealership in the northwest Georgia area. Highly recommended!

This morning coming home from work my 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe with only 41,000 started shaking and engine light came on. I panicked and stopped as I was near Terry Reid Hyundai when it happened. I explained the situation to the service dept guy who came up front and was told that they were really backed up and very busy but they would "try" to get to it today but unsure if they would be able to look at it.He said I should probably just drive it on in to Rome and see if they could help me. He told me that he couldn't look at it or get me a rental or anything in an emergency situation.He left me standing there stranded with NO OPTIONS except try rome I did not expect to need a rental or help with only 41,000 miles on a 2023 but what I got was zero help or sympathy. VERY DISAPPOINTED ....why would I ever buy from someone who would leave you high and dry???

Update: 1-6-23Terry Reid response can be viewed below. I will not be calling their service manager. I was told at least twice that the issue would be escalated to the Service Manager and that he would be calling me back. He never did. Additionally when I tried to get information on the status of my vehicle, my call was directed to an answering machine which I left messages on at least twice, and was told that I would get a response within 24 hours. That was also untrue. Further more, answering a customer service issue publicly on the internet strikes me as completely weak and unprofessional. Still haven't received a call from weeks ago. Give me a break.Below is my original review which no longer is accurate. I had rated Terry Reid Hyundai a 5. No longer. We started by bringing our vehicle in 6 months ago for a brake issue. At Thanksgiving we returned for the same issue where over 2 weeks they replaced the master cylinder and later the brake booster. The second week in December we brought it back in again for the same issue. This time they wanted to replace the anti-lock brake system. We paid about $1800 with the first set of repairs and they wanted $2500 last time. Seems to me they are slapping new parts on hoping to fix an issue rather than properly diagnosing the issue. But this was only part of the problem. The car was in for 2 weeks. They never called me back despite a recorded message saying they would return the call in 24 hours. I really don't like giving bad reviews, it's not the kind of person I am. But I couldn't have been more disappointed by this experience. My recommendation is not to buy a Hyundai and if you did, don't get it serviced at Terry Reid.Old review:We were able to make an appointment for service the next day when other dealerships said it would be 2 weeks before they could work us in. Our part had to be ordered in. Even so, the repair was completed in less time than was anticipated and for less money than the original estimate. Super nice folks working here. There are plenty of dealerships that are closer to me, but we find Terry Reid to be far more convenient and much easier to work with. Thank you TRH!

Took my newly purchased car for the first complimentary maintenance this weekend. The guy we dropped the car with said if we did not pick up the car before they closed, he said he would leave our key with the sales department and we could pick it up from them up until 6 o clock Saturday night, or on Sunday because they were open. At 6:30 on Saturday evening, I realized I never heard from anyone letting me know that my car was ready. Annoyed, but I figured I could have my husband drive me up on Sunday to pick it up. Sunday morning I woke up and went to check and see what time they opened, and saw that both the service department and sales department were closed. I needed my car for work on Monday morning, so I panicked and start calling hoping I can get somebody to answer. Finally, someone answers And I explained to him the situation. I m not sure if this is a normal Hyundai employee, or if it is someone in an answering service that Hyundai employees, either way The way that the gentleman (term used loosely) spoke to me was completely unacceptable. When I asked him his name, he told me you can just call me Hustle when I asked him if he had a last name, he hung up on me. This location has a sign up that says the number 1 Service Center in the region. I m not sure who gave them that distinction, but it ought to be revoked. The sales experience at this place was wretched, and my first service experience was equally as terrible. If you re hell-bent on a Hyundai, go to a different dealer.Service: Oil change

My husband and I were traveling through the area when our brakes went out on our car. We were amazed at how quick and reasonably priced the services were and the short amount of time that we waited. We ended up having several problems taken care of. I would highly recommend them!! But the super star was a young lady that was working there. I just want to give a shout out to Jennie Swim for going above and beyond her job to serve our needs. She deserves 10 stars! We will definitely stop by again if we are ever in the area.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Brakes, Oil change

After 95 days in the shop and them telling me nothing was wrong with my Tuscan Hyundai corporate had it looked at by another dealership and with a 12 Mile drive and 2 hours they found a bad fuel injector. The threats, lies, and rudeness and from staff, managers, and owners here is off the charts. They even sent false statements to a lemon law case hearing.Read the BBB complaints.GO ELSEWHERE!Update on service issue:My car still isn't running right and has been towed a 2nd time. I did get a call from JT the sales manager. He is very understanding with my frustration. He is in agreement that there are some issues as pointed out below. We are working on a resolution. To be continued....The service department is what gets a 1 star. Terrible communication. I bought a 2022 Tuscan in Jan. The radio was not working properly basically from the get go. The GDI pump went out after they did an oil change, unsure if it could be related. In short, they had my car for 45 days. They don't answer the phones, when told I would get call backs they did not. I left 2 voicemails and 1 message delivered by the receptionist for the General Manager and NEVER received a return call. I was flat out lied to by the parts manager and called him on it. Got my car back yesterday and the dashboard and console are damaged from them working on the radio. It WILL NOT go back there for the repairs of this damage but you better believe they will be covering the cost.Hyundai Consumer Affairs has been contacted and they can't get anyone at the dealership to respond either. If you value your time do not go here.Everyone with problems put in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Hyundai Motor USA. These people cannot continue to treat customers this way. There need to be consequences!

24 hours after purchasing my Palisade from another dealership I was startled to learn, in the pouring rain, that the windshield wiper on the driver side was non-functional! My son-in-law suggested I show up at Terry Reid Hyundai this morning, so I did. Maria and Teresa were wonderful!! With a significant safety issue my vehicle was bumped to the front of the line and the problem resolved in short order. Definitely my go to dealership from now on!

I took my car in for service on a tire, which they said needed to be replaced. They were supposed to call me once they got the tire in, supposedly within a day. They never called. Four days later, I called three times and could never get through the phone system to speak to someone in service.I ended up having to take it to a tire shop.
