Checked in for oil change to my truck on March 31.2024 at 12:00am. Pulled to express line. After several minutes wait young looking guy came out and said he does not have tools and cannot do service. And he suggest me go to different location. What a great lie when you see lazy employee does not want to work.Ok, If it is true you guys don t have a tools what is the reason to run a business ?

First and last time stopping at this TA. I fuel only at TA and PETRO and I pulled in here, paid for my spot, and decided to shower but the showers are filthy after a fresh cleaning supposedly. $25 to park nearly a half mile (literally) from the store is ridiculous. If I wasn't so tired I would throw a middle finger to the washed up old hag running the cash drawer at the service desk and would never come again. And I will NEVER come here again regardless. TA needs to pull the brand from this store and maybe GA needs to bulldoze it and put in another dollar general, at least then there would be purpose to the facility not some dumpster fire of a mess.

This is a really nice travel center. It is very clean and well maintained. The staff are really nice and friendly. They have ample parking for semis out back. Just be mindful about following the arrows, or you will confuse other drivers, plus they are there to prevent congestion. This place also has a huge maintenance facility. There are several fast food places inside this place, and they also have an IHOP restaurant; which makes really good salad and fish, by the way.

The security here needs to remember that you attract more bees with honey. Watch how you talk to people, especially drivers that deliver items you use, and I am specifically talking about the long blonde haired man who wants to be a cop so badly. Not to mention the roaches I've seen around the food and in the showers. Have some respect.

Great truck service and great customer service. Had a trailer tire blow out in the TA parking lot. They got me in in less than an hour. They also hooked me up with parking as the lot was getting busy and I had reserved a spot (no guarantees these days). Thank you Hannah and Eddie.

The truck stop, showers, laundry room were clean. Customer service was amazing. Thank you. Great job TA! You have awesome workers! =0The part that was not pleasant was the food court. Every table was dirty. The floor had spills and food all over it. The soda machines were piled high with ice and many of the soda flavors were out. The tea canisters were empty. All the garbage cans were piled high with trash. The customer service was terrible at Taco John's. I was standing there to order and the guy at the counter was too busy talking to his friends to take my order. When he finally did ask me, I asked him if he was done with his conversation, so I could order. When I ordered finally, I was not given a cup for my drink, so I asked the other guy that was standing there and he told me that when the cashier came back he would give me a cup, even though the cups were 1 foot away from him. My trainee ordered # 7 and was given a # 6 and she asked for a refund. The whole time we were there, the guy at the counter and the guy that makes the food were horsing around, standing there doing nothing, playing with the managers ponytail, and she did nothing. She gave them no direction, didn't tell them to do anything. The guys were looking at something on there phone and again she said and did nothing. They walked out to Popeye's and were chatting with the people there (picture below) and again the manager said nothing. The place was filthy and it was like watching my kids on the playground again. As a driver, we spend alot of money out here. Food is expensive, snacks and drinks are way more expensive than if we bought it home. My point is that we spend the money because we have to, but we expect clean restaurants, good customer service, and friendly staff. A place to go and do our business, sit down and enjoy our meal, to get out of the truck for awhile. This is not what we received here at the food court in Cartersville, GA. The whole evening crew needs to be fired and replaced with responsible individuals who will do their jobs and treat customers with respect. Hiring kids to have bodies there is not good business practice. If you aren't going to have a strong manager that can teach them how to be good employees, they shouldn't be managers. Next day: we went back to the food court for lunch, Popeye's this time. The staff was great! The tables, floors, and counters were clean. The lady did a great job at keeping up with the cleaning, she also stepped in when I couldn't find the right lid for my cup (guess I still wasn't awake yet). The staff at the counter was amazing and even told us a cheaper way to order what we wanted. Everyone was polite and friendly. The food was great, orders were correct, and very quick service! Now that is how you get customers coming back! I will definitely return...during the day though! Great job to the daytime staff!

The service was horrible at the IHOP. They had lots of workers and we were only one of two customers. It took forever and the food was cold. They literally all just stood talking together. When we first arrived there were several just standing in front of the entrance smoking. The service area attached with the bathrooms and convenience store was filthy. I never post negative reviews about businesses. This is my first so you know how bad it it was.

Stopped here for fuel. Went inside to the restroom. Ordered food. Was not here literally 10 minutes & the lady came on the intercom saying I was impeding traffic. There are like 4 open fuel spaces all around me. Unnecessary, and rude to rush customers spending money. Please kiss my whole A$$! Next time I ll park there for an eternity and get buried at that fuel island. Not diesel. Please hire people who can clean all the boxes up from all over the store, and replace light bulbs out in the restroom and stop worrying about insignificant things like me being parked at a fuel island for 10 minutes. Actually shut up. Y all want peoples money right? Okay then. I ve heard like 10 complaints over the intercom since I got here.

It is impossible or very unlikely for us to have the external network (Interstate 3 to 5) available in the parking lot. I managed to pay and yet I am in the first upper row. Imagine in the back parking lots, it is abnormal to receive the Pilot's network! At $25 to reserve parking is not enough to repair and distribute the network, it's pitiful and pathetic!

Upon arriving at your facility, I parked in what seemed to be an available spot (unmarked) , paid for a shower, and had a meal at the I-Hop. Later, when I returned to my truck to rest, an attendant banged on my door at 9:05p.m , insisting that I was in a reserved parking space. Despite my explanation that there was no indication of reserved parking and the lot was empty when I arrived, the attendant remained unyielding, threatening to tow my truck. Please note that I was in a deep sleep as I needed to get up at 1:30a.m.I had to involve the police, and it was only after a second officer intervened that a fair assessment was made. The lack of any reserved parking signage was evident, and the second officer acknowledged the unjust treatment.I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the behavior of your employee. The attendant displayed disrespect and lacked empathy for truck drivers seeking rest. His insistence on towing my truck, despite the absence of any reserved parking indicators, was unwarranted.I understand that employees need to enforce rules, but it is crucial that they do so with fairness and consideration for the circumstances. In this situation, the attendant's conduct was not only disrespectful but also led to the unnecessary involvement of law enforcement.Upon further research, it has come to my attention that similar incidents have been reported in online reviews over the past months. It appears that there has been no action taken by the company to clearly mark reserved spots, contributing to these recurring issues.

90% of the parking lot is paid parking. Even if you get fuel, no free ride. Was told parking is $19.70 with the app. I don t know what it is if you don t have the rewards. As soon as you park a security person drives by and checks to make sure you re paid. Anyway, I m not paying for parking unless the company I work for wants to pay for which they don t. Easy enough to find alternate parking within 20 minutes of that area. Won t ever go back to this location.

I never had to wait to use the female restroom. It's clean. Nice selection of stuff to buy (gifts, clothing, snacks, etc.). The only downside is that there has been construction on the bridge and ramps to I 75 for months. This travel center is easier to exit than the one on the other side that has McDonalds.

It's a decent place to stop for 4wheelers(cars) but not trucks. Very hard to stop here due to being harassed by their parking crew while trying get food etc. They'll blow their horn at you as well. To avoid confrontation with them I'll just stick to loves. Parking lot is a long way from main building. $25 per night is $175 per week in parking fees. The Popeyes and pizza hut is good.

Popeyes is definitely on point. Great customer service, fast, and friendly. The food was fresh and hot. Whoever worked on 1-26-2024 at 5:00pm keep them there 24/7. Not one complaint.. First time I've been to a Popeyes that I couldn't complain about. That crew need to go around every Popeyes and teach them about customer service...

Tried to finding a parking spot that wasn t Reserved and when I parked where I thought I was out of the way the parking police told me to move. I parked in a reserved spot (where most of the reserved spots were halfway faded and there were over 30+ spots currently open) and the parking lot police knocked on my truck and asked if I paid. I then decided to just go park on the side of a public road. That is ridiculous, you have a massive amount of parking where maybe 25-30% is unmarked and when that s full you practically force drivers to pay almost $20 just so they can sleep? That s just greed and unprofessional.

I typically never go to TA or PETRO because the money grab "pay to park" (reserved parking) and 99% of all of their lots are , I will typically drive past any of these locations to goto rest area or loves...2 nights cost me 50$ plus food so 80$ from 1 driverAnd then if you get fuel.. yet their lots always nasty always smell always rough just parking alone this one location gets about a million a year from just parking only.... disgusting, o and don't bother responding with the copy paste response I want my 80$ back this is the last time I visit or even stay at TA

RESERVED PARKING SPOT NOT MARKED....When I arrived , I saw roughly 8intermittent spots , got out of my truck to make sure they were not reserved , then happily parked..2 hrs later, Iget a attendant that tells me I have to pay..Told him I will not , because the spot is not marked. Then I called the manager and explained that this is not my problem , and would have been happy to pay if the spot had any kind of marking.I have the money to pay but told all to go scratch. This place is a joke, mis-managed, dirty and everything over priced especially for truck drivers, the ones that pay their salaries.Could not get any fuel here because of the over crowded train wreck ,starting from the driveway to get in and through the entire fuel area..Was going to get fuel in the a.m , but have now decided to park for free and get fuel across the street at Pilot (which is also a mess ) tomorrow because they have me so ticked off..I'm now sorry I spent $24 in the store...The Only reason I came here was to be able to eat something somewhat healthy at IHOP , and the place was closing because the cook allegedly did not show up for work..T/A needs to get it together, this isn't how most places operate a business and treat their customers..Good luck T/A ! Not getting any more business from me!!

I regularly visit this stop twice a week. Spend $1,000.00 a week on fuel. They claim, (management) that all of the outside (around the perimeter) spaces are reserved/paid. However, there is no signage and the spots are not marked "reserved". I don't blame the workers, it's just poor management. They have 5 restaurants and not one of them are open past 10pm. Full shop, 24/7.

Pay $25 to park 18 miles away from the building and god forbid you park in the wrong spot or the tough guy security guard will try to fight you. Almost every TA sucks, this one definitely sucks

I just got woken up by the lot attendant, who informed me I was in a pay parking spot (fix the paint). I am parked as far from the truck stop as it is possible to get. After I told him I would go ahead and pay for the spot, he rudely told me to go and get a ticket to put in the window (not required at any other TA I've ever parked at) . I suppose they can't find people with good customer service down in GA.

The place isn't the worst; there's better food located across at the FJ. Also, when I pay for a shower, it's frustrating to have to clean pubic hair and urine off the toilet before using it.One would expect cleanliness as a standard for these showers. It should be the cleanest spot, considering you never know what kind of germs might be lurking on these toilets.

Rent-A-Cop woke me up saying that I was parked in a reserved spot. I explained that I wasn't and that this parking spot doesn't say reserved. He shook his head and walked away, never seen him again after that. But after spending 900$ in fuel and 30$ at Dennys I was not happy about this guy trying to get over on me.There is 103 parking spots at this location. 25$ a spot thats 2,575$ a night. Also 939,875$ a year in revenue, minus the commission the Rent-A-Cop gets for trying to swindle an honest man out of 25$ every night. This franchise just lost 30,000$ a year from me on fuel and other services because the guy that they hired decided to try and pull a fast one.All because they sure do love their "Truckers"The owner only replies to negative feedback in hopes of looking like he cares with I very short copy and paste response.

The entire area is the dirtiest it s ever been. The employees never clean the bathroom, and the water in the windshield washer buckets is really black; some of them are even empty. Is there a manager at this location? Unfortunately, they only check the parking lot for fees, and it s dangerous to stay at night due to the lack of lighting in the area.

I give them a zero, they want you to pay for parking all around the place, as much money as we spend at the trunk stops, parking should be included. No exceptions.
