Very nice place with good customer service. Prices are competitive and pretty customary for the dealership. I appreciate the peace of mind knowing that they keep a good record of all that has been done with my vehicle. I never have a problem booking an appointment.

Had an appointment at 12 today for an Express Oil Change . At 1:20 I inquired how long this service would take. They informed me that they were bringing my car into the garage now. I told them to forget it as I didn t have the time. I have taken my car there for the last 7 years no exceptions! I recently had new tires , front and rear brakes, plus an alignment. Not sure I m going to use them again!Service: Oil change

John is the best, IMO. Congratulations to you and your wife on the little on the way!!!!! Keep this guy around. Great customer service is hard to come by, but honest AND great service is even rarer.

Attentive to me service needs!Declined on two Recommend service procedures thought to be not necessary at this time!Did have my vehicle ready as promised after completing an oil change and Tire rotation.

Friendly service and great people. After having a bad experience at another dealership that is owned by Shottenkirk, this was by far a better experience. Walter was a great salesman and went above and beyond to accommodate us.

My daytime running lamp was partially out on my 2016 Accord. It was literally 1300 miles out of the warranty ...to replace it along w/ the service is $1200. They covered it!!! And, since it was taking longer than expected put me in a brand new loaner for the day! I picked my car up later after work ...it had been completely detailed on top of the them doing a complete inspection (I had just had it done at 35,000 but they did it since it was there). All was well. I slid into my beautiful car (I have a love affair w/ my Accord Coupe) and was over the top happy with Shottenkirk Honda of Cartersville, Tyler Bone, the service dept manager & the entire service dept team!
