Bought the best Jeep I could find from them. I called early and they got me right together. This was by far the easiest and fastest car purchase I ve ever experienced. Thank you so much for the business I will definitely be back and tell others about Premier Auto Center.

I am a very honest person so take me serious when I say DO NOT PURCHASE from this car lot. They do not inspected their cars, they do enough to get it rolling then when something goes wrong their going to tell you that the vehicle is As Is meaning however you pulled off their lot is what you get just like a auction. Now if you would like to negotiate with them on your vehicle before it breaks down this is the place to go. Once I met the guy WILL and he was acting shaky and nervous I should've knew something wasn't right. Please be careful.

Purchased a vehicle from Premier Auto Center, paid for the vehicle, and went to pick it up before being told that it was already sold. They didn t even bother with a courtesy phone call. I assure you, there are much better and honest places to do business.

I scheduled to see a car two days in advance because I am not local to the Cartersville area. I arrived as scheduled but was told the car was not at the lot. While this was quite inconvenient for me, I offered to come back. I was told the car would be there later that day or the next morning. I called and texted the next day and was promised that I would be called as soon as the car arrived. No calls. The day after that, my wife called to inquire about the car and she was told that John just sold the car a few minutes ago. Terrible experience.

DEALERS BEWARE WHEN BUYING ONLINE!!! Recently purchased a vehicle from them that they posted as "GREEN LIGHT" online. They also stated that there was no stored codes on the vehicle. When I got the vehicle it had seven stored codes. Before purchasing I spoke with someone who said that he was the manager and stated that the vehicle was in excellent mechanical condition. The vehicle had very little power when trying to accelerate! However after replacing four catalytic converters, frozen rear brake caliper, driver side headlight assembly, front/back pads & rotors and air conditioning parts; I now have a satisfactory vehicle. The owner is always at the auction and according to his employees never returns calls. He tosses the sticky notes that are left on his desk in the trash! Today made my seventh time calling him in the past 7 days and the person who answered the phone stated he was sick and gone for the day. When I asked for the owners name again, they immediately hung up! My question is if they act like this doing business with other dealers; How do they treat retail customers? I will be filing a complaint with the auction too! The hanging up was highly disrespectful and the straw that broke the camel's back!

Warning do not do business with Premier Auto Center. I looked at car online and thought is was a pretty good deal. I talked to a guy on Facebook and talked to a sales man at the location. They asked me to put a small deposit down to hold the vehicle, thinking everything was on the up and up, I did. When I showed up to the lot with a check from my bank the vehicle was in rough condition and that is putting in mildly and of course the pictures did not show. It was so bad that one of the headlights didn't even work so I could not even drive it home. Sales man at the store said that they would refund the money from the deposit which was a lie. I just got in touch with them for a 3 time in 2 weeks and they informed me that they are not going to refund the deposit. Do not trust any one at this place. Save your self the headache and stay away from this place at all cost.

John and Bailey were very patience and helpful. When my credit union didn't want to cooperate, John contacted a more reputable bank that gave me a much better interest rate! These guys are top notch! I drove from South Carolina, almost 3 hours away, and they treated a stranger like family! I love my truck!

I tried to get some information on used Porsche Cayman that they had on their lot. The salesman Will said that they took the vehicle to the Roswell Porsche dealer for a complete check, and to replace the sagging headliner. I asked if I could see the inspection sheet from Roswell, and also see pictures of the headliner. Will said he would take care of it. After 2 days, I contacted Will to see what was going on. He said that he did not have the inspection sheet, and that he would have to speak with the owner about the pictures of the headliner because the car was at a secure location??? Heres the kicker, I called the Roswell Porsche dealer and gave them the vin #, and to check on the inspection. He replied.... the car was never there!! Im glad I followed my gut, and read all the negative reviews. Liars indeed!!

Jim Bohanan intentionally and unapologetically misrepresents cars. Called and discussed with the GM who wasn't the slightest bit concerned that the cars were being misrepresented. To showing the JD power trim level, he didn't show me anything. He's a liar and they're apparently dishonest to their core. Here's the VIN of the car they called a 2012Prius V with trim level Five JTDKN3DU4C1609177. They didn't even get the model of the car right, much less the trim. Dude is either not very bright or dishonest. I wouldn't trust either to buy a car from. Looking at his response, I'd say a little column A and a little column B

Awesome variety on inventory from big trucks and small SUVs to small Hondas, Bentleys and Vipers.For a small locally owned dealership they move enough inventory to outpace the big flashy dealers.They offer financing and back their cars with a Great Warranty. I was VERY impressed. I'm helping my youngest get sound transportation and would not have expected a Diamond to be on Hwy 41 just north of Cartersville. I do have Auto Sales experience and I know about used cars. Again... From the friendly knowledgeable staff to the quality Cars and Warranty, dropping in for a look see is worth the drive.

My husband bought a truck from Premier Auto Center. Within a month there was a major issue with the truck upon contacting them about the issue they were willing and followed through with helping resolve the issue in an agreeable manner.

This dealership is very sketchy. My wife an I drove 2-1/2 hours to look at a 2015 Chevrolet Suburban. The dealer an I spoke before our little adventure started. He stated this vehicle had no issues it s in great condition. My wife an I got there and looked around this vehicle, we noticed that the body had minor dents as if someone had thrown rocks at this vehicle. We also noticed the sunroof seals were pulled out from around the edges. There were a couple more items that were missing on the rear seats. We popped the hood and started the motor and noticed a faint knocking. After examining these features we were still wondering how this vehicle drove. We proceeded to travel down the highway when we noticed a shuttering feel in the front end. My wife and I immediately turned the vehicle around and parked it. When I spoke with him about these issues his comments were (well you can fix these issues). In my opinion paying 18,700 for a vehicle this vehicle should not have any issues with the drivetrain or body. I can understand wear and tear on the inside, but comments like that from a dealer just makes me think he s doing some sketchy stuff to others.

Bought a Honda Fit from this dealership, staff is very friendly, straight forward. None of that high-pressure used car lot tactics. Took my time, agreed on a very reasonable price and worked with my schedule.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS. Salesmen are completely incompetent and know nothing about the vehicles. Are not willing to negotiate at all. After We bought the car, it went literally 10 miles down the road the check engine light cuts on. I am assuming they cleared the codes for the test drive. Turns out to needed thousands in repairs. George claimed he would help but then cut all contact. Listen to the one star reviews and please help put this scam out of business!

Recently bought f350 power stroke from these guys very friendly and professional. Had check engine light come on they immediately fixed the issue with no questions ask. Would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a used truck.

I bought a 40000 dollar f250 and 8 days later the motor blew up. I asked at the dealership if they would sell me a warranty that would cover all the good stuff(motor,transmission) things like that. Jimbo assured me that the warranty would cover it. Now the damages are in the 12000 dollar range to fix and the dealership and warranty company won t do anything to help. Warranty company will only cover 2550 of the 12000 dollar motor and the 4000 in labor. Will never ever recommend this place and will definitely not be buying anything else from them

They talk a big game and act like they care. Once the sale is done don't expect anything. I was promised a tank of gas, went back 3 times still never received it. Get everything before you leave.

Avoid buying at this dealership and avoid yourself a headache.I had in-housed financed and weeks after signing contract they called me saying I needed to pay an additional $900 for gap insurance and a gps monitor. Apparently owner does not know what a contract is as he mentioned that his contract is subject to changes at owner discretion (No where on the contract does it state that). I was told my vehicle would get repossessed if I did not pay the additional cost byt decided to pay in full instead of having to deal and hear from these people again.

Very professional and courteous. They waited on me to arrive after hours because I had such a long drive. When I got there they had all my paperwork together and ready to sign. Communication breakdowns seem to have good prices car was not ready when we ordered it it didn t work we tried to give them time to fix it but it took too long to get it fixed they only have one mechanic nice sales rep from Tennessee.
