Not knowing much about auto repairs I can only report my son's comments. Ii did have what he needs to repair his Tahoe. The people were helpful and fun to deal with.

This store accidentally overcharged me for a serpentine belt. The store manager called me a week later and apologized and reimbursed everything in full! Very nice knowledgeable staff!

Great place to get items that are not readily available at some other nearby parts stores. The guys are always helpful and friendly, and most important to someone like me, whose daily driver is 17 years old they are knowledgeable when it comes to autos and their parts. I like to order online for pick up later in the day; the ordering is always simple and the pick up has always been smooth.

Very good customer service.There was a miscommunication about a product u had ordered the store ordered it themselves and had it got me !!Thus is what you call going the extra mile for the customer thankyou guys!

This is the go to place for all your needs.We have new hours do to Covid.Monday through Friday 7:30am to 5:00 pmSaturday 8:00 am to 12 noon. Google will not update these new hours so we are sorry for any inconvenience.

I spoke with a salesman named John about getting a hotter spark plug. He repeatedly told me he didn't know what I was talking about. I am appalled at the abominable ignorance & lack of knowledge this person had. I'm afraid to do business with this level of incompetence.
