Beware, overpriced and poor quality. Take your business elsewhere.I needed a house window repaired, I live in Cartersville. Called Kennesaw Glass and they said $140-$200 estimate. Called Layton and gave them dimensions and Terry said $200. Being closer I took it to Layton for exact measurement and then it was $240. I decided I would support our local community business and paid them and they ordered the glass. 1 week later the glass arrived and I took the window back and left it. They called 3 hours later and I went and picked up the window. When I tried to reinstall the window it had been reassembled wrong and would not go back correctly, also had to clean off sealant from the glass. I called Terry and he said to bring it back. He blamed it on an employee. I told him I wasn t happy about this quality of workmanship. All he said was I will see you when you get back. When reassembled, he personally took the window to my car and said, there ya go he never apologized or offered me anything. When I got home and reinstalled the window I could see scratches on the frame from there work. So much for supporting your local business. This guy does not own his mistakes.

The service was very quick and they have very good prices. They also use the best quality glass for windshields. We plan to use them for all our glass needs. Terry Layton was very kind to us.

They helped me to pick the right thickness of glass for what I was doing. The size of the glassthat they cut was perfect. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Layton Glass had the best price. We got a quote on a Tuesday, and had the windshield replaced by Wednesday morning. They were quick to order the glass, get us in, replace the windshield, affordable, & very friendly.

Layton s Glass company saved me so much time and trouble. They are absolutely the best and I will NEVER use anyone else. My family and I have used their company many times and we trust them with all of our glass needs. However, my windshield was busted and I filed an insurance claim and unfortunately the insurance company automatically set me up with another company. That major glass company called me telling me they couldn t get the glass for my car for 9 to 12 months. I called Volkswagen to ask them about the windshield and they also said 9 to 12 months. I called Layton s Glass and they reassured me they could do the job so I called my insurance company and asked to use Layton s as I had originally wanted to use them to begin with!Layton s glass clearly has connections all over the world because he was able to get the glass for my car AND repair the windshield. I called him on Friday 10 minutes before he closed for the day and he had my car done Monday before lunch, yet everyone else told me 9 to 12 months to get the glass in. I feel BLESSED knowing that I can rely on Layton s glass.

First class operation. So glad I insisted that they replace my wife s car windshield instead of Safelight. Safelight worked hard for me not to go outside their network.Dropped off our car. Went and ran errands. Had lunch. Came back, and it was done. Couldn t have gone better.

I haven't used this company's service yet. But I did enjoy my interaction with the owner. When I called to ask about services at this establishment. I will be using this company to fix my windshield.

My Husband had a windshield put in his F-350, they done a great job and the price was almost $200 cheaper than Safelite. The people there is very nice. So if you have any window problems this is the place to go.

Very pleased with the service, the quality of work and felt what they charged for my job was more than fair. We had a large shower door that was improperly installed by the person who flipped our house before we bought it. The door was pulling away from the wall and didn't sit in its frame well. Our job took 3 people and 6 hours but it's quality work and we are very happy with how it has turned out. It was originally one of the selling features of the house!

Excellent, fast service for replacement of cracked windshield. I called them on a Friday afternoon for an estimate to replace my windshield that was cracked by a rock. The price was significantly less than SafeLite and they were able to have the work done by the following Monday at noon (after I dropped the car off that Sunday evening). SafeLite could not do the work till three days later. They even perfectly removed and re-installed my Georgia Peach Pass that I totally forgot about! Highly recommend this company for your glass needs. (We have used them in the past and will continue to do so in the future.)

The best glass shop around. Helpful, friendly and the best place to go for your big jobs... or small jobs either one. We're lucky to have them here in Cartersville. BTW... The new garage door glass fits PERFECTLY. Thanks!!

Extremely good glass company to deal with. Whether you need home or Auto Glass Layton glass dust what they say in stands behind their work. Would highly recommend to anyone needing automotive or home in or around Bartow county. I've used them a total of three times on two different automobiles. And used to work for a dealership that would use Layton for all glass work needed. Highly recommended!

Mr. Layton is the best! I had a window in my car shatter and he was very helpful getting it replaced. Even with a miscommunication on my end with the tint of the glass Mr. Layton was very gracious and got it replaced AGAIN with the correct tint. He went above and beyond to help me and I think that is AMAZING! They also replaced a window in my home a little over a year ago and they do wonderful work!! HIGHLY recommend!

My experience with Layton Glass was incredible! The owner of the company went above and beyond to ensure the windshield on my son's car was replaced before driving 18 hrs back to college. He did it on short notice and even was willing to stay late beyond his normal business hours to get it done. This is the beauty of working with small local businesses within your community. I appreciate all of Layton's Glass for all of their assistance and would recommend them to anyone.

Got the windshield replaced in the Soul yesterday. They had my windshield in stock, got my appointment set up ASAP, and gave me a quote that they actually came in under! A lovely family owned business, that is great to their customers.I highly recommend Layton Glass. Fantastic work and even better price!

The people are awesome!!!! As soon as you walk in you feel like your treated with southern hospitality. The secretary was very nice and even made me a cup of coffee and I had a good conversation with the owner. The repair was done much quicker than I expected and was done perfectly. Layton Glass was recommended to me by a friend who works for a major car dealership. Since she recommended Layton Glass instead of her dealership and because they've been in business since 1972, I knew I could trust them. Plus you can tell the owner stands by his work.

Don't waste your time here. The guy who answers the phones. Wasted 3 + weeks of our time. We had a local commercial project for them. But everything that man says is a lie. We were supposed to have an estimate weeks ago. One time he told me he was finishing his lunch, he would call me right back. NEVER DID. So I stopped in a few days later with my card. And asked whenever the estimate is ready to let us know. And simply send it over. I called just a few minutes ago. More lies that the owner would call me back. I have heard that numerous times from him. I am sorry I wasn't able to speak with the owner. But the phone man has no business having a job.

I was impressed with the staff at Layton last weekend. They were all friendly and spoke to everyone as they came in and out of the office. It s nice to have a Faith based family business who gives God all the glory. I m thankful that Heritage Nissan recommended these fine folks! I will return should I need any glass repaired. I highly recommend this company!! Thank you!

Had our windshield replaced... these people are fantastic! Superior work and the best price in a 50 mile radius. Will definitely use their services again if the need arises. Really nice people.

Terry Layton is now my new best friend! I have no idea how my windshield got cracked but it took up most of my passenger side s view. I first got a quote from Safelite and they weren t going to be able to help for another week and it was going to cost me an arm and a leg. My dad told me to call Layton Glass. The next day, Terry picked up my car from work, fixed my windshield and brought it back before lunch, no extra charge for the pick up and return!I will recommend Layton Glass to anyone for the rest of time!

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. Someone warned me not to here but I went in anyways to talk to someone about my glass project. Just like handfuls of others in the reviews, my project was too small & insignificant for them to do. It appears from reviews this man, Mr. Layton can't be bothered with anything other than auto glass jobs. Must be the insurance $. I can guarantee you 1 thing. I will NEVER bring my auto there for glass replacement. There's so many other auto glass businesses in this town to choose from.

I purchased windshields for 4 different cars at the same time. I even had a special request, where they would remove one windshield and wait a few weeks to install the new one (so I could perform other repairs). Terry and his team worked with me and were very professional. I would highly recommend them.

I would NOT recommend this company. Terry is very unprofessional and quite frankly, just rude. Someone came out to take pictures of our glass shower to give us a quote on removing the glass and reinstalling it after we have work done. After almost a week of no follow-up I reached back out and spoke to Terry who acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. After supposedly remembering who I was he was quick to say he wouldn t do the work. At the very least he could have called to let me know which would have been fine, but just choosing to ignore my insignificant job and not following up is unacceptable.

I just had my passenger window replaced by them on Saturday. They have the best customer service, they are quick, and accommodating. I recommend them to anyone who wants to get quality work done and a great price.

I first came across this company 6 yrs ago. My front windshield was cracked by a rock thrown by a truck I was traveling behind.Couldn't beat the price and I really liked the quick professional service I received.Now I take all my glass business to them.

The first time I called, I spoke with a lady who was really nice. However, I had to call back to get pricing since I wasn t gonna do it through my insurance and the gentleman that answered was probably the rudest person I ve ever dealt with over the phone. Every time I spoke, he would cut me off. He would ask a question and before I got the answer out, would cut me off and tell me that s not the information he needs. I didn t even finish getting the quote. Just hung up because obviously they don t need my business. Very rude and would NOT recommend.
