The folks at this location are courteous professionals that are trust worthy and the techs do a great job getting the job done right the first time. They do not pressure me to add on services and handle those service that I'm requesting in an efficient manner. Service Advisor MICHELLE is great to work with and assures my needs are delt with thoroughly.

Sat up here for four hours for them to tell me they can't work on my truck. This company only exists to rip off old ladies. I would say Walmart tire lube Express is a small notch above these people! Whoever the lady is up front or whatever she identifies as needs to be fired! She's the rudest person I met in Cartersville in a long time! Only thing running this place is fleet accounts and a little old ladies you guys are ripping off.

I took my 16 year old son's car here for its initial inspection. I've been here before and my experiences were good. I've been going to Firestone since 1995, through my entire military career for 20+ years, and this is the worst person I've dealt with. I drive 37 miles just to go to this store but I'm now looking for a new place. The woman that works up front (Michelle), is horrible. I told her I needed the inspection but I would be doing what ever work that is required, myself. She very rudely said "then why don't you inspect it yourself too?" There were other customers sitting there and one gentleman just looked at me and shook his head. I told her I don't have a car lift in my garage to do the inspection and that's why I bring all 6 of my cars to that facility, or used to. The guts in the shop did a great job on the inspection and let me know of the issues I had to take care of. If it weren't for the guys out doing the actual work, this place would go out of business. This is the second time I have dealt with her being rude and other customers had complained too. The guys out in the shop weren't too fond of her and understood completely when I addressed the situation with them. Come on Firestone, you can do better than this.

If only negative stars were an option! Please don t trust this place with your vehicle! I use to work as a mechanic at a trustworthy shop and can tell you this one is just trying to get money out of you and lie to do it. I HIGHLY recommend Styles Auto Care, they are knowledgeable and have great mechanic!! Plus, they are trustworthy and honest with reasonable and affordable priced high quality work!This place is horrible! The mechanics have no idea what they are doing and if they do then their liers. They will try to upcharge their customers any chance they get. Not to mention it take way longer then they tell you to get something fixed, even simple repairs. I will never come back to another Firestone shop and will definitely tell friends and family the same. There are to many mechanics shops like this one that are dishonest and try to take advantage of their customers any chance they get.I got a large nail in my tire near here. My husband s work let him leave to come with an air tank and take care it for me while I went to work. To make a long story short, my husband called this shop since it was the closest to go ahead and get it patched instead of plugging it ourselves. He told them he had to get back to work and needed a quick patch and they told him they d get it done in about 15 mins. Two hours later of waiting he goes up to ask the guy why my hood was popped when he came in for a tire to be fixed no inspection. ONLY then does the guy inform my husband that they won t patch my tire because there are to many nails in my tire and he is looking for me a new tire now (the nails by the way were only small staples that were not all the way through because I had seen them in it a month ago and checked them out, no leaking or lowering psi). My husband knowing this requested to see the tire because he wanted to see if they were lying about them going through. The tire had not been taken of the wheel to see if the staples had gone through and the tire wasn t even wetted by them with soapy water to see if any were leaking. The manager told my husband when he asked how they knew they went all the way through and he said they were just assuming the staples had gone all the way through. I knew they weren t because I ve pulled multiple of those same staples out of tires as a mechanic with no leaks. Their is no way to tell if those staples have gone all the way through unless you take a tire off or pull them out and stray it. Any honest and knowledgeable mechanics would know that. Styles Auto Care had my tire patch and put back on in 15 minutes and told me I was correct that they did not go all the way through and will be fine.

I popped a tire on the interstate Sat night and was glad they were open Sunday morning and they worked with me on my budget and dire situation after a very traumatic event during bad weather so I could get home. The staff was very friendly helpful and sensitive to my needs and worked with me after almost losing my life in a terrible car wreck at night and during bad weather with no charger for my phone.. I was able to charge my phone so I could use my GPS.. they were my hero for the day! highly recommended this location!

This is a late review, and things could be different now. 2018 I bought a new car. Went to this Firestone for my 1st oil change. They told me my battery was bad. I told them to pound sand and kept my battery! Long story short, 6 years later, that battery finally died. Don't trust their upsales!!! I haven't been back nor will I return.

Takes way too long for a basic oil change jiffy lube or take 5 would get it done in 10 minutes or less I've been here for 1 hour and 30 minutes now! Definitely not the best experience.

Second time I brought my company vehicle to them. First time they told me 1 day, it took 2. This time I gave them 2 days, it took 3 because they were "waiting on a part from the dealer" that they ended up not even getting/installing...? On top of that they noted "poor Geotab installation" which is my company's GPS tracking device. It has been correctly installed and working for over a year, and they returned the car to me with it unplugged and hanging down on the floorboard. Don't waste your time with this location, not worth the hassle.

Wrong diagnosis of break problems suggesting 1800 dollars worth of repairs when it was fixed by another garage for 80.00 severe loss of confidence and trust! Will tell every friend and stranger I meet to avoid the store!

I asked for a wheel alignment and wheel balancing. Neither was done right. In fact, the vibrations from the driver side wheel are worse now than before. The steering wheel pulled to the right before and still pulls to the right. This is not the first Firestone I ve been to that does not fix my streering wheel properly. My guess is their equipment is used so often because they offer lifetime wheel alignment that the equipment is outdated and not calibrated correctly. Also they did not give me the wheel alignment report every other Firestone has given me at the end of my visit. Please do not go here for wheel alignments or balancing. I am going in tomorrow and demanding a refund for the wheel balancing.Service: Wheel alignment

They absolutely wont touch aftermarket wheels, claimed they cant install tires on them without damaging them, id be surprised if they can install tires on anything without damaging them.

There s a reason this place has so many 1 star reviews read them and heed them do not go to this Firestone if you do you will regret it the stuck up lady that works upfront is a waste of time just avoid this place your gonna waste your time and your gas and your money I was waiting and she s telling ppl spark plugs are $300+ they told me my outer tire rods were gonna be $500 lmao I went to the auto part store put em on myself in 15mins for $100 just avoid this place heed the negative reviews I didn t learned the hard way

I paid 1200 to get an oil change and new tires as well as an alignment that apparently was needed. We wait 5 hours. Finally they say it is done to have a steering wheel light pop on. I pride myself it not having error icons in my vehicles. I tell them and they say oh let me take another look. It's almost closing. We wait another hour and a half for them to "try to fix it." They state oh it's a power steering fluid issue. These people are not the brightest as my car doesn't use power steering fluid. The manager left and could care less anyway leaving people with zero power to fix anything. They told me I have to come back tomorrow. So I have no choice but to drive 40 minutes home and back to see if maybe they can fix it. This is absolutely ridiculous. What happened to your fix it guarantee? It is a lie. I told them if anything happens by tomorrow, I will be 10x upset. This is absolutely unacceptable.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I use this location to service my 2023 GMC Sierra company truck. Always great customer service and work. Love the app to set up service and the website is great.

I was told my oil change would be roughly $40. When I get there I'm told full synthetic would be like $120. I agree to the synthetic which is a crazy jump in price. They then call me and tell me I need fuel cleaner, air cabin filter, and engine filter. Both filters I recently changed myself so I declined. Very bad customer service trying to rip people off. I attached photos of my filters. I checked them when I got home and they hadn't even been opened or checked. Y'all be careful with these extra charges they try to give you for service they don't even do. I bet they didn't even change my oil and filter. Probably just drained it some and added some cheap oil. I'll take it somewhere else to get changed this week just to be sure. The oil is still fairly dark for a full oil change.

They had my car for 3 weeks after I had asked them to make sure it was not just bad gas, they changed out my fuel pump, battery, and throttle body. I had to tow it to a different shop, who changed out my fuel and spark plugs ( which Firestone said were good).The second shop had the car fixed in 4 day. (holiday weekend)

I took my truck in for an oil change and because my tire monitor sensors were on. Upon picking up the next day I was told there was no notes to even check the tire pressure sensors and that there is an extra charge. (Not mentioned at drop off). That was literally half the reason I brought my truck in. If you look at the picture, the tire pressure wasn t even checked.. AT. A. TIRE. SHOP.

Had an appointment for a 12 pm oil change. Dropped car off at 1145 am, went back to pick it up at 4pm and the oil change was not even in process. Just took my car at that point and left.

They don't do transmission fluid changes even though they say they do all the work for a 45000 mile service. They also dont do a good job of being friendly and promt to work with you when you get there. I only use them because my employer has an account with them for our fleet vehicles.

I went in for an alignment, they had my truck for almost 2 hours and didn t do anything. The guy at the front desk told me my truck needed $4000 worth of work done before they could do anything. He straight up lied about parts being bad and wouldn t show me the bad parts when I asked. Luckily I know a thing or two and looked myself and he was indeed lying about things being bad. This place is a rip off and wants to upsell anything they can and will tell you anything to make you spend more money. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a simple service.Service: Wheel alignment

Very unprofessional! I took my truck in for tires and a front end alignment and then they said they couldn't do the front end alignment, because the was something wrong with the front end components, which was hard to believe since all of the components were new. I went and picked it up and as I was leaving something in the front end popped loose and when I took it back inside to have them check it the tech forgot to tighten up bolts in my control arm. He tightened up the bolts but didn't even try to align the front end back to its original state or even close, just tightened them where it was at leaving my truck pulling to the left tremendously. When I left there my right front wheel was laid in at the top, I felt very unsafe driving it not knowing if there were other parts that might have been left loose. I took it to another service shop and within an hour they had it back in alignment with no issues at all. I will never take my vehicle there again for any kind of service.

Probably one of the worst places to take your car in Cartersville. Slow service. Parts not placed correctly. Terrible mechanics and will offer you the wrong service to fix the issue . Waited 5 hours for my oil change some other day as well and said oh, your next in line . When they told me it would take 1 hour. Spent so much money on terrible service and customer service. I will never step foot thru their doors again. Hopefully I m the only one whose dealt with these issues but, I had to take the time out of my day to write this after my recent interaction.Services: Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change
