Zach was the point man on my tire adventure, but I wanna shout out to the whole shop! I had a run over debris blow out pulling a trailer, and had to be towed to Discount Tire for repairs. Let me add was in a rush to get my bulldog to the vet another 1.5 hours away with the clock ticking.The tire pit stop took on a life of its on with a couple changes but an ultimate expedited solution in the FASTEST time I could have imagined.Thanks to Zach and the team for getting my baby girl to her appointment and the tires are just what my truck needed.

Auto/tire shops are usually ran by grumpy people that make you feel unwelcome, but every time I walk into discount tire you re welcomed by positive outgoing employees that all truly care about the place as if it s their own! Always impressed by the guys at this location. Extremely helpful and fairly priced.

Traveling and had a flat tire. Staff was very professional, and polite. Waiting room was spotless. Work was quick and well done. Highly recommend!

Had a appointment for 3, car did not get pulled in till 3:50. Why even let us make the appointment? Just show up folks and don t expect them to move with a purpose.

Management is always friendly and you can tell they run their shop professionally. My husband swears by Discount Tire and we don't go anywhere else.

Brought them 2 unmounted wheels . They replaced them but left a fairly large scratch in one of them and a chip in the other rim . Shea came out and agreed, he sent the wheels off to a 3rd party to refinish them , had them back the next day . Look good , great customer service.Thanks for making it right , I will continue to use DT but will ask next time that their #1 guy do the job and I ll wait how ever long that takes to avoid any issues.

Went by there today to get a tire patched up. They said that they couldn't do it because the hole was too big. Discount tire didn't want to do it or didn't have someone who could patch it. All they wanted to do was sell me another tire if the brand I did not have. I got it done around the corner for a lot cheaper, no runs, no drips, no errors!Update...they scratched by rear bumper when they took out the spare tire.

What a great experience I had with Discount Tire in Cartersville. Zack and Bryan helped me from start to finish buying 4 new tires. They were both professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Certainly recommend Discount Tire in Cartersville to my friends and family.

I came in yesterday and got four tires on my truck. My truck is a Ram 3500 so basically the most expensive tires they sell. I wanted my old tires to have as spares and told them to throw them in the back of my truck. When I get there my tires are gone. I'm guessing one of the employees saw they had 40% tread left and sold them to a local second hand shop. They apologized and gave me a few hundred dollars off my order. Not sure if I will ever use them again. Pretty shady......

If you ever need tires, this is the place to go Zach is the man to talk to I had a nail repair that was to close to the wall to get patched and he set me up with the deal of a lifetime! Can t recommend them enough!

I went in with a need for 2 tires, I really appreciate the fact that they were honest and didn't try to upsale. Everyone was courteous and friendly. They got my Jeep done quicker than promised, good service!

I stopped by with a flat tire; they took care of it quickly, repairing the tire and putting me back on track in one hour or so.They don't charge for the repair, although i explained i wasn't local and most likely not to pass again in the area.Everybody was nice and professional.Extremely positive experience

The crew at this store is impressive. We were on the road from Indiana to Florida and had a flat tire. They were able to get us back on the road in less than 2 hours on a busy Saturday. You can tell everyone enjoys working here. It was like watching an Indy car pit crew! Thank you for taking the stress out of our day!

If you are looking for new tires there is only 1 place to go to in Cartersville. The people at discount tire really care about you and your vehicle. They will go to any lengths to satisfy you See Zack or Justin, because discount tire really cares about their customers.

Terrible experience. Ordered a set of tires two weeks ago and was told they would be ready to install Tuesday 9/12. I called Wednesday 9/13, Thursday 9/14, and Friday 9/15 with no cal back from the manager to find out where the tires are. I receive a call this morning 9/16 from the manager Zack to inform me they don t know where the tires are or when they would be in. I was offered a tire they have in stock that s very similar but it s $280 per tire and not $150 per tire like I was paying for. Zack told me he would meet me in around the middle at $240 per tire. With all the fees the price increased $500. I thought it was pretty convenient they have the size I need much more expensive. Also if you pay a deposit over the phone they require you to drive back in to get your deposit back. Terrible customer service. I ve spent a lot of money with discount tire but this experience is going to make me use local tire shops and stay away from this business.

Robert helped me two weeks in a row with two new sets of tires. He even got my other vehicles tires rotated the same day. He provided phenomenal customer service and got my vehicles in and out in no time. I never felt rushed and felt like he listened to my opinion as a customer. Go see Shae and the rest of the crew for the best deals and service in town. They made shopping for custom wheels easy. We will continue to use Discount Tire Cartersville for all our vehicles.

We ve had full sets of tires placed on 4 vehicles at different times and they have always been very nice and professional. We brought one in today that had a slow leak, under warranty, and they replaced it in about an hour WITHOUT an appointment. We did not expect to have such a short wait time as a walk in. These guys are handling a large volume of customers in extremely hot weather and they were nothing short of kind and professional.

Exceptional service! From having to change my appt time last minute, to the insurance option surprising me with a total cheaper than lunch, under 30 min service, to being treated well by every associate...kudos to the whole team! Thanks for the great service!!

Had to have a tire plugged and not only was it free, they mounted my spare back under the truck and I had told them not to worry about it. Great business!! Highly recommended for new tires. Checked all local tire prices and discount tire was slightly about or slightly under their price.

I had a 8:30am appointment for a tire rotation and balance. Arrived a little before 8am as my oil change was done sooner than I planned. They had me in and out in less than 10 minutes.
