Brought my car here about a month ago, not really sure what I was wanting, however, I explained to Derek what I was looking for and the sound that I wanted along with my budget and they exceeded my expectations. Loving my new system. Planning to bring all of my cars here going forward. Great work fellas

This place is wonderful. They added a backup camera and a new Apple Carplay display to my stepdaughter s used RAV4 last year. I didn t want her first car to not have a backup camera or not have easy access to Google Maps. Now she does and she loves it. I ll be returning soon to update my 2015 car as well. You are also supporting a small business in Cartersville by coming here. They are top notch.

Extremely professional, completes job in a timely manner, everything in my car worked just like it came from factory. They were able to troubleshoot problems when dealership had no clue. 5 star plus

The guys here took care of my boat last summer, and it was the best investment ever. I told them I wanted my boat to be the boat you hear in the cove, and when you're tubing or wakeboarding behind it I want the person to hear the music too. They delivered on every request, communicated great, and were quick with the work. I'd highly recommend these guys for any audio upgrade needs.

The crew here went above and beyond both times my friend had work done to his Focus ST. He was so pleased the first time around at the installation and tuning of his stereo equipment that he went back and had more work done including a custom made box that matched his paint, Kona blue, perfectly! Very pleased with the quality and turn around to have this kind of work completed and I will be back for future work!

Great shop with great service. Upgraded my 2009 Ford Edge to 2020 technology. Derek made the monitor and camera look like a factory install in a very reasonable time. I will be using their services in the future.

New to the area and have been contemplating having a remote start put in my car. After looking in the area I was turned to Custom Auto Creations. Derrick took the time to sit down with me and go over different options that would compliment what I was looking for. He recommended the DRONE setup for my car and at first I had to admit I was skeptical, but after using it for a couple of days it really pays for itself to have. For anybody looking for any car related alarm systems I highly recommend using Custom Auto Creations.

This will be my go to place from now on. The staff is very professional, honest, upfront and the quality of work is untouchable. They are extremely knowledgeable and talented. Their custom work is amazing and I would highly recommend them.

Just had a Sony unit installed by Derek s crew. (Also purchased there)Not only is he knowledgeable and informative,he didn t try to up-sale me on speakers for the unit that I didn t need.I will be doing business with him again.Update*** had to go back for issue with programming with steering wheel.Not as friendly after the sale.

I had 2 audio systems installed here! The installs were great and the owner of the shop was really friendly and helpful with helping me figure out exactly what I wanted and would be best for my vehicles! He even custom built the boxes and casings need for the installs!

Needed an upgrade on my wife's 2002 SC430 Lexus old cassette deck/CD. Derek did a Great Job on the install and ATTENTION to Detail, on a 15 year car that NOW seems brand new just because of the Stereo and with a Sirus option! Job was done so well, I took my old 82 Vette to have him straighten out the previous install. He removed the system and totally reinstalled. Outstanding knowledge and SERVICE at VERY reasonable rates. 5 Star, can't miss with him.

Derek took time to discuss a problem with a previous install over the phone and I never stepped foot in the shop. Had great information and solved the problem right away. Couldn't be happier.

So i wanna start by saying they are professional and quick but im really disappointed in pricing maybe i dont know brands but im seeing alot of competition with prices half as much as i paif for my remote start and my remote start and alarm on my second vehicle love their shop just like to see more competitive pricing
