Ruthie came in & tried to save the day! My Jeep broke down in the parking lot next door & she tried jumping my car with her personal car. Ended up being another reason but she s AWESOME! Loved how she just jumped in to help a stranger

Diego was awesome. He checked both the batteries in my van to find out they were both good, saving us over $600 on an unnecessary repair at the dealership. He also used a diagnostic tool to give us peace of mind that everything is okay with our vehicle. Our issue must have been a one-off. I highly recommend this Auto Zone, in particular requesting Diego, who was knowledgeable, kind, and honest.

Have been there several times and good experiences every time. Most recently Bobby Jo was friendly and super fast with windshield wiper replacement in freezing weather. Much appreciated!

We had to make an unplanned stop at this store to get a diagnosis on a check engine light on a road trip. Jose Reyes, the store manager, was immediately available and went out to check out vehicle. His device noted a loose fuel cap which was easily remedied, and we were on our way again. His service was quick, professional, and helpful and we are grateful!

Joseph H was a huge help to me and so friendly. He saved me so much money on not going to the repair shop and was so kind. I first went to advanced auto and the guy was rude and lazy. Thanks for saving me autozone. Joseph just made me a customer for life.

Man shoutout the young man named Carson! He is great! Excellent costumer service and was very helpful. Got stuck passing by , Carson really made us feel safe did a fantastic job very knowledgeable

Only parts store I will shop at in Cartersville. Staff are pretty seasoned as far as parts knowledge and background in auto repair. Have had many good experiences there throughout the years. Sometimes a bit crowded and busy- but that's because of this stores reputation for good advice. Anyone can sell you a part, but these folks really try and go that extra mile!

Today I went to the Auto Zone on Tennessee street, I was sent there because the one on Hwy 41 across from the hospital couldn't help me. I just want to say THANK YOU TO HUNTER for going above and beyond to assist me. He was professional, kind, patient, informative. He took his time and went out of his way to help and keep me safe. For a young man at the tender age of 16, he was extremely knowledgeable. I told Hunter I prayed for him this morning and God led me to him. He has a very bright future, I will now go to Auto Zone on Tennesse St. Thank you again Hunter!!! :)

The part had a lifetime warrenty fuel pump, of course it quit working when called them as always not in stock they say they didn't do their job and put it in system under phone # (bull) they were trying to charge double we paid initially inflation my toe all co are taking advantage of being able to double or triple charge, bigger profit. $50 now $150 for bad quality part was only 6 months old and had to wait till 4 next day to get it they did not want to exchange it, yes he had the receipt. Great manager they had to call with no hesitation told them yes u need to exchange it now. So thank u to him for doing a great job and being kind.

My original plan was to go in and only buy bulbs for my headlights, they found that I had an issue with my fuses as well. After the fact the guy working there went outside and spent his own time to replace the bulbs himself so I didn t have to try and do it myself or take it somewhere and spend a lot of money. Super friendly guys, and there to genuinely help. Will definitely be returning in the future.

I had a problem with my battery and Michael M, was so kind on helping me find the right battery and also helping me put it in the car. He was kind and sweet, and professional. he had great customer service skills.

The folks here are awesome! I had a battery issue that I needed resolved fairly quickly, and Julie took care of me in no time! Everyone was very nice, knowledgeable, and actually cared enough to explain the ins and outs of what needed to be done. She also showed me where a missing valve gasket should be, and explained why that needed to fixed, which was really nice because the Courtesy Ford Dealership that I just took my car to didn't mention that at all. I'll definitely be doing business here again.

I came in very confused about which exact part I needed for my Toyota Camry, and I was assisted by the most professional, intelligent and knowledgeable team member named Mike Pressley. He was on point, listened to me and answered my questions. I ve never met someone so helpful in any auto parts store I ve visited. The manager, Jose, was similar in knowledge and helpfulness. I ll be going to this Auto Zone from now on.

These guys are great. Had an emergency situation with my Ford C-Max key. It got wet at the lake and we were in town visiting. The car alarm kept going off and wouldn t even start at times. I went here and they replaced the battery and fixed it quickly. Thank you

I came in with my family to change out a headlight and I was quoted at over $100 just for my Ford Fusion. So when I finally got the employee to sell me a light that was affordable he told me he would come helpme put the light in after he finished up with a customer . 6 min go by and a middle aged woman pulls up and I see her go in to the store; he walks out with this older lady and proceeds to helping her and walks right by me. I felt as if I was ignored and truly don t know if this is how Auto Zone treats their customers but

I was able to limp into AutoZone whem my car broke down and Steve and James were absolutely awesome. They saved me from being stranded 2 1/2 hours from home while I was on my way for a business trip. They got the part replaced and really went above and beyond since it ended up being a little more in depth than they would normally do. Thank you so much- I would highly recommend this location!

Been going to this specific AutoZone for over 15 years my good friend Jeremy who I met back in 98 when I first moved down here works there and is the most courteous and knowledgeable person you would ever want to meet or be acquainted with they have always then great to me would recommend them over any other place to anyone

I do not write reviews often but sometimes when you have such a good experience its warranted. I recently had car trouble passing thru Cartersville. The store manager, Steve, was more than helpful regarding my failing alternator that needed replaced. Not only was he able to get the part quickly he also helped by recommending a local mechanic and helping me get it down the road. He definitely went beyond what he needed to and sincerely grateful. For this I will definitely be an Autozone customer for life.

Waited in line to get some parts with 4 people behind me. A white guy came in, and with sheer ignorance Abt the line that was forming decided to jump the line.The associate decided to help him instead of us who are waiting in line.

Made a pit stop here while doing a little road trip on the Harley Trike. Because of the heat, the adhesive that holds my helmet radio in place was coming loose. We came into AutoZone looking for a solution.The staff were very helpful and made an outstanding suggestion. They also gave us some counter space to make our repairs.20 minutes later and we were back on theroad, all the better.Many thanks to the staff.
