There was this dude named ellijah. He was very rude to me and had no respect. I came in with my kids and he was nothing but disrespectful. I thought auto zones were supposed to have nice. People. He was nothing but rude and not helpful at ALL

I order a door handle for my car . I came and pick it up at 3pm . The box was already open . I checked the handle and it was broken. I told the lady it was broken so she called her husband up there to check it . The bald headed white man . He gone say ok I m gone put in a new order in it should be ready in morning which is today . Prior to that like I said the box was already opened so yall knew the handle was broken smh . Anyways so today I go back up there to go pick up my car door handle and it s not there. They never put the order back in for it . Do Not order anything from here !!! If so check it like I did before entering out .

Our battery light indicator came on while on our wedding anniversary evening. Made at quick stop to AutoZone. The crew came out and helped us determine a battery was needed. They even helped install it! Thank you!

Needed a battery. Called ahead of time to ensure they had one in stock. ( I highly recommend this if you need such a part or service.) They did.They put in the new one very quickly. Very fast. Very easy. Highly recommended.

Went in today and received amazing customer service by James who helped me figure out how to change my car key battery! Even though he didn t know how to change it, he helped me figure it out through the process and was even kind enough to go to his own car to bring some tools that may be useful. I had originally went to the Advanced Auto Parts right next to this and the guy working there had told me to go somewhere else because he didn t know how to change it. So glad I decided to leave and come to this AutoZone instead.

Prices are good, but better to use the self checkout. Waited for two minutes to get someone to help me out. Counted 4 employees. One on his cell phone, one running around helping the delivery guys and the rest talking to each other. If you need to order parts I would look somewhere else. No one will help here

Pure trash. Not just this store either. They've all went straight to hell lately. Nobody wants to do their damn job anymore. No pride, no intelligence, just a pay check for people that damn sure don't belong in the auto parts industry. If there's one thing I am surely tired of, it's showing and telling people how to do their damn job when I'm not on the payroll, or even counseling employees over their hardships when I'm just there to get my damn parts and go. It's madness... No education, no ethic, no common sense. Just a bunch of damn idiots that should pick a new career. Not a rant either, this is cold hard facts after over looking many issues with the company, not just this particular store, yet especially this particular store. I'm the Gordon Ramsey of the automobile industry. I'm sick of holding it in, I'll tell it exactly like it is and say get another damn job! Corporate should fire all the managers, every single one of them. It starts at the top. What you do or allow always trickles down. Clean up your damn mess and get your shit together.Happy F@#$in New Year clowns.

Haven t been to this store in a while due to many disappointing experiences but I gave them another chance today and it appears they have a new staff, and I must say what a difference! Carlos and Mark were amazing. The store had a full staff like I ve never seen, I ll for sure be coming back.

Asked for an item and the staff was fast to find it, then I went to check out and there was nobody behind the counter (probably busy in the back but I was the only customer at the moment), either way; they have a self checkout now and I managed to get in and out fast.

Great place to buy parts and they always have what I need. When they don t, luckily there is another autozone down the street and the buy here pick up there system is amazing and very convenient.

Great helpful service and they have items that most other places did not have. Really appreciated the free check engine light service offered and found it extra helpful. Won't waste my time at any other store now. Super reliable place to go.

My wife's vehicle was acting weird... would not start, no radio, nothing... then a moment later, it would work perfectly. I told her to go to AutoZone and ask them to test the battery. Sure enough, the battery was defective, and was replaced under warranty.She said the guys were very helpful and friendly, and didn't make her feel "dumb about car trouble". Even though it was cold outside, they offered to swap the battery, and did so quickly and with a good attitude.Over the past 25 years, I have gotten a lot of parts and auto supplies from this store, or other AutoZone locations. AZ keeps records on the computer much longer than some other chain stores I have been to in the past. This makes warranty replacement issues much easier than at other "chain" stores.If a store gives you a receipt, but your receipt paper "fades" over time to the point of being unreadable, and the store only keeps the transaction in their computer for two years, what is the point of having a "lifetime warranty" on an automotive part?Several years ago, I purchased an alternator from the "not very advanced" place two doors down from this AutoZone (as AZ was sold out, and I couldn't wait until the next day for delivery, due to my work schedule at that time). Just over two years later, that alternator died. The "not very advanced" store had no record of my purchase... the manager said they "only keep records two years, in order to save space on the computer". Thankfully, I still had the receipt, but it was printed on thermal paper. Even stored in my filing cabinet, the receipt had faded badly.Thankfully, It was just barely readable enough to get my refund, which I used to purchase a replacement alternator next door, at AutoZone... where they keep records of "lifetime" parts in their computer system... for a "lifetime".Personally, I had one vehicle nearly 20 years. This store could access records of "lifetime" parts I purchased over a decade earlier, from a store in Texas.Anyway, AutoZone has earned my business over the past two decades with fair pricing, decent parts, a true "lifetime" warranty, and continued good service.

I must admit that of all the big box auto parts stores, I personally like this chain the least. This trip was not my usual experience though, the employee wa friendly and not snooty. I picked up the part I was looking for, a bulb, I required no assistance in selecting it from the rack. I headed toward the counter and was greeted by a pleasant young man who acted as if he enjoyed speaking to people. He asked if I found everything I needed and made a simple transaction even more seamless. There was no attitude apparent in his demeanor at all. Perhaps if this continues, my score will be higher next time. I only placed it a 3 because of previous experiences, otherwise this time would have been 5 stars all day long.

Great reasonable prices. Went and had my car's computer tested and said I needed an air filter. They even installed the filter. In and out with new filter installed within 5 minutes. Always friendly and go the extra step for their customer's.

I went in for a brake light for my Fiat 500L. I had no idea how to change it. I simply asked Clay if he could possibly change it and he did without any hesitation. They are always friendly when I come in because they know me and I am not car savvy. Thanks for all your help. I will never go to a different auto zone again.

OMG! I am not familiar with this area AT ALL...the only reason I came out here is for my sons football game. On the way here, my check engine light came on so I stopped by auto zone. Steve greeted me and his customer service was beyond on point. He was even very nice to my 2 year old. He did a couple of checks for me and determined my battery was bad. I asked him what my options were and he offered to change the battery for me. It ended up being a little difficult than most vehicles but Steve was up for the challenge. He got my battery changed and I was on my way!I wish I could give Steve 10 stars!!!Thank you Steve!

Pretty good place in terms of service and quality. Service could be a bit quicker on the inside but in terms of installing batteries and such it's great.
