I wouldn't recommend thus store for anything. I went in multiple times to just go across to O'Reilly my last visit was awful by the time I got help she said I think this aisle or maybe that one I'm nit really sure just look around. I found aisle but when asked question they couldn't say a word. I left & got it from O'Reilly & they lowered price to compare to their item because I left there without item from that place... that had me always check O'Reilly from then on until now.

I spent 20 mins in the store at 915 Joe Frank Harris Pkwy with a girl that had NO clue how to find a drain plug they had 3 of in stock. So I leave to run up to the 1444 Joe Frank Harris Pkwy store that show 2 in stock and they are about 20 mins from closing so I call thinking I can help speed up the process ahead of time and get no answer not once but twice. I walk in (after calling twice in the last 3 mins with no answer) no customers are in the store the 2 working do not acknowledge I even walked in, after looking myself for the part I ask Gavin for help who then rolls his eyes and finds the part and never speaks a word other than to tell me the price. I swear Pablo is the ONLY person at any Advance auto parts store with a brain and knowledge of actual auto parts.Word of advice, if you guys ever find someone with automotive knowledge looking for a job HIRE them and PAY them well so you guys can have more than one person worth paying in your stores.If I can not speak to Pablo to find/get my parts I will not purchase another item form Advance again. It will be O'Reilly's or RockAuto from now on.

My husband went in to buy a part for our daughter's car & was told it was out of stock so he tried to check some other places & they were all showing that the part was more expensive so he tried to order the part online at Advanced but it wasn't letting him order the cheapest one like he wanted so he called the store & the woman told him that he had to order it online. Well he ended up going to O'Reilly's & got the part that he needed for the same price as Advanced but didn't have any hassles.

Shop around all you want but this store has the best customer service!I went to test my friend s battery at a different auto parts store, the person who tested the battery told us to go replace it at the Advance Auto parts because AutoCraft batteries belongs to them and we might get a free replacement since the battery was two years old. It was a nice and honest advice from the competitor.We arrived at Advance Auto Parts and asked for another battery test, the results: bad battery but it did qualify for a free replacement! However; the battery was purchased out of state and made things a little complicated but the person helping us was super helpful and went the extra mile to make the transaction easy, he even recommended us to upgrade the battery to extend the warranty. I know it sounds like a salesman suggestion but it was the most logic thing to do plus the difference was reasonable.We got top of the line battery with full warranty. I definitely recommend this store. Call them ahead or visit the store and ask for Rob, he will help you with your purchase all the way through!

Stopped for battery. Suppose to be free installation, no other customers in the store but said they didn't have time or couldn't do it. Loaned the tools but most ones you need are missing and they are just in a big pile in the cart. Found one small wrench I could use. So I changed it out myself. I will go somewhere else from now on. Oh and one of the people working there was behind the counter and would not wait on customers or even acknowledge they were there. Safe yourself and go somewhere else, there are plenty of other options.

Needed a headlight and the counter lady was so kind and knowledgeable. She hooked me up so fast. I couldn't believe I was already in and out and on way back home.

They always get what I have to order or get delivered from another store right... They know what they're doing. Unlike the o' Reilly's next door. They ask me what size motor is in the vehicle to get windshield wipers.

I purchased a battery from this Location and the customer service I received was HORRIBLE! I weigh 95 pounds and the young dark long hair guy refused to assist me with my battery, so not only did I have to carry my own battery to my car but this idiot wouldn't open the door for me to exit the store! LAZY AND UNMOTIVATED

Sue was extremely rude. I went in for break pads. I asked if they did the warranty on breaks like autozone. She said we re not autozone and wouldn t answer if you do the warranty. I then gave her the phone number on my account along with the make and model of my car. She said she couldn t help me unless I knew what breaks I needed. She said she couldn t look it up by my year and model of the car. I ve always just been able to tell my car, I did it at autozone before I came in. They said I needed to check if I had the warranty with you before I bought from them. She was rude the entire time and I eventually gave up. I made a joke and said I guess I need to come back with someone who knows what they are since she she doesn t know and I don t know. Her response was that would be best

Ok first off I've been a customer for so many years but I will say now I will never spend another penny at this place again. My wife jus entered the store to purchase something's needed for her 4 year old sons four wheeler and due to the pollen she caoughs one time into the hoodie of her sweater and the man at the counter wearing a mask cusses her like a dog doesn't let her purchase the things she needed and kicked her out of the store. Today I've lost all respect for advance Auto parts this man needs to be fired and I'll never shop there again! Just found out his name is Dean so manager I'll be calling tomorrow.

Went to return an item. The cashier sat down my receipt, walked away to help someone. When she came back she claimed I never gave her a receipt, refunded part for $15 less than I paid for and refused to give the refund in cash. Put it on a gift card for their store instead. Very disappointed with their service.

Very good food. Clean with a great wait staff and chief. Try the Ricotta Chicken and homemade soups. You won't find this in any other restaurant. This is definitely not a chain restaurant.

Van was running hot needed a radiator cap and I also bought a air filter for the van.The service was fast and the lady was very knowledgeable and very nice and helpful.

My check engine light was on. I was having issues with my truck not running after stopping on occasion. The male employee working refused to check and give me a code. He asked me several, insignificant questions instead. Well I know that there are numerous things that would cause my check engine light to come on but most of those wouldn't cause other issues. Long story short, I went across the road to O'Reilly and they got me my code (O2 Sensor). Thank you O'Reilly. If I could give zero stars I would.

Many of the items they sailed you can find online something half of the price like a radiator From Dodge sprinter they have for $400.I found online for $120.Same model same brand.Is good if you have an emergency but if you can wait you have to find that out

I wasn't there for auto parts I was there for ups access point. Online details were misleading in my opinion. FYI this location doesn't offer envelopes and staff is not familiar with pick up times ....they "Just take the package and put it in a box, I don't know after that"...

I go to this particular advance because every time I go in there I got a personal friend and it ends up being a square the whole staff is the person friend and they tippy off on your bargains in the right there to help you and have found it to be so convenient for me on my way home stop in there for any type of parts I need for all of the equipment that I run and they got it An number one place

I walk in with a list of parts to be pulled 4 employees at the counter with in 6 min time 5 other costumers/groups/some family's I didn't number the people off I guess dance to 12 people including kids Plus myself 3 of the employees vacated to the back leaving the slowest man on the registry acting as if he is hard of hearing, it wasn't that hard to do when he was talking to the other three guys!! Lazy, I say we used the time stamp from this and watch them cameras, there's plenty of ppl who wants that job more than they do. Pure soreness

I just went in to get help with my headlights and when the guy said he was going to come out and take a look at my problem, instead his manager called him back and she said she "needed a lot of help back there" so he didn't even bother to come out and help me with my issue. Useless! I went to AutoZone to spend my $70, where they were glad to come out and help me.

It's on the way home for me and I'll stop being because is there a very convenient and I got a good friend that works there and they've got all adult apart you going to have to have for your vehicles plus staff that stays on top of your customer service real well good place to go check them out
