Make sure to check the parts you receive from Z1!Received a fuel pump and did not check it before removing the fuel tank from the vehicle. Fuel sending unit was broken on the pump received from Z1. Due to needing to get the vehicle back on the road, I had to install the broken part (the pump part worked but the fuel gauge part did not). Contacted Z1 to explain the situation and clearly indicated I had to install the pump even though part of it was broken. Initially they agreed to replace the broken pump and provided a tag to return it. Upon ordering a replacement, they then backed out and said I did not follow their return policy. They would not provide a replacement sending unit nor would they discount me for the broken pump. Offered very little in the way of accommodation and would not take responsibility for sending a broken part in the first place.Update: Zach from Z1 reached out earlier and worked with me to find a solution to this problem. I am updating my review to reflect this.

Ok, I m not only an automotive enthusiast, but I have been in the business at one level or another over many years. So while not being an expert, I must say, for the money, the stainless 22+ Pro4x exhaust I just received and unpacked is some of the best quality I have seen ever! Back in the mid 1990s a buddy bought a Borla exhaust for his Dodge P/U for around $850 This Z1 and that Borla totally of equal caliber just let that sink in a bit.Well done Z1 keep it up!

They make amazing products. I run their exhaust, control arms, shackles, and a number of other in house products. Never had issues with any of them. The Z1 team has always been great at answering my questions and having the knowledge to provide the right feedback for desired build outcome. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them after years of utilizing their products. They are active in all the groups and you see if anyone has a problem (even if it had nothing to do with them..like shipping related), they are quick to jump in and remedy everything. In todays day it seems companies lack integrity and no longer follow through on their products, timelines, etc. This hasn't been the case with Z1. They are quick to respond to emails, answer the phones, etc. After utilizing them for a number of years and watching them for years prior, I can confidently tell you Z1 produces amazing stuff and looks after their customers.10/10 Customer Service10/10 Quality of Product10/10 Knowledge@darren_explores

I have been working with z1 offroad for a little over a year now. They have always been very helpful and accommodating by answering all of my questions and helping ensure I feel confident with the parts I am purchasing.They always have shipped my items the same or next day.I have purchased the Nismo offroad bumper, my Titan swap kit, the Z1 offroad branded intake, Z1 offroad upper control arms, just to name a few.The Z1 Offroad branded items I have purchased seem to be of great quality and so far have been meeting or exceeding my expectations for performance. I plan to continue to use this company for my build in the future.I have a 2005 Nissan Xterra for reference.ALSO; I would love to see Xterra shirts/jackets/merch and would LOVE to have them be in women s sizing options.

I've purchased a couple of parts from Z1 for my Nissan Frontier, I have not had an issue with ordering from them. The order is fulfilled in a timely manner and its are packaged well. The web site layout is great and helps with the shopping experience.

I purchased the Nissan OEM tow mirror kit for my 2018 Nissan Titan PRO-4X. These OEM mirrors came with power adjust, defrost, auto tilt, courtesy lights, lane obstruction warning, and all around camera.I have not tested the lane obstruction warning system but the indicator lights cycle on thevmirrors and dashboard obstruction lights are on. Need to test the defrost system as well but do not expect any issues.The removal and installation process took about 3-1/2 hours total for both the driver and passenger sides.I am very satisfied with the Z1 Off-Road team, ordering process, delivery, Nissan Titan Mirror Kit, and the pricing.Good to go!!!!

Bought most of the suspension bits for my 06 Xterra from Z1. The prices were competitive, and the customer service folks were responsive and knowledgeable. Z1 will be the first place I look to get parts in the future.

If you own a Nissan, this is the place to shop. I have never had a bad experience with them, and they have so many products whether it be OEM or aftermarket. I truly look forward to checking off my wishlist items with Z1.

Ordered the oil catch can kit for my 2023 Nissan Frontier. When the package arrived, I discovered that one of the parts were wrong. So I called and got ahold of Brad. Brad went above and beyond, and was anxious to help. He asked that I send a picture of the parts I had received so they could go over it and make sure they send the right parts. I did and then called back. Brad once again was eager to help and sent the correct part out that evening. I received it today, and promptly installed the catch can. Wonderful customer service, and will absolutely do business with them again as long as they have employees like Brad.

I talked to 2 Different sales people. Both of them were very knowledgeable and knew exactly what they were talking about when I explained stuff to them. I definitely recommend this website in business for the knowledge and quality parts that they have to offer. I stumbled upon this website by accident Just trying to find the exact Parts I needed because no one else had For my nissan frontier.

Ordered the Nismo bumper for my Nissan Xterra in late Aug. Took 2 weeks to get here. A few days longer than anticipated because of Labor Day weekend. I am still very happy about that though because any other was back ordered 6-9 months. Bumper arrive in perfect condition and shop said there were no issues putting it on. I put an oversized winch than what my vehicle needed and there was plenty of room. All in all a great supremely built products with great service. Thank you Z1 OffRoad.

Couldn't be happier with my purchase!Stephin was super helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. He guided me to the parts I needed to replace the sad old stock suspension on my Xterra and even give it some better off-road capabilities. I'll definitely be making future purchases for my X here.Not saying you all have to, buuuut if you were to make more Xterra themed merch I'd 100% buy it.

Exhaust gaskets specified for Nissan Frontier did not fit, too small and bolt holes in the wrong place. I paid extra for better shipping but they used standard shipping anyway. They didn't refund the shipping difference when I called about it. The underdrive pulley I ordered never shipped. They kept pushing the ship date out. I eventually had to call and cancel. Will not be using them again.

Z1 offroad is a class act! they have and keep an amazing stock of parts, both aftermarket and OEM. They have fast shipping and everything is always competently packed. I have never received a damaged item from them. Zach went out of his way to go through the FSM with me and help me find every single little piece I needed to rebuild my M205 titan differential... and some of that stuff wasn't easy to find. everyone that works there is friendly and helpful and want to help you see your build through. I couldn't recommend them more! 5 stars A++ through and through!

Ordered some parts for my Pro4-X Frontier and one of them was damaged in shipping. Z1 got me fixed up right away and had a replacement to my front door super quick. Overall I'm happy with my experience ordering from Z1.

My experience is that it sounds so good and I love it. I love my Nismo cat back exhaust system on my 2020 Nissan frontier eventually I ll have it louder but for right now I love it. Thank you Z1 off road for everything

I decided to choose Z1 Offroad for my R51 Pathfinder build. (Smitty) Sales Representative answered all my questions and checked to make sure all the parts I needed were *in-stock*. This helped alot with getting my build started. The parts were shipped out in less then 24 hours. The installation and instructions we great and I could even watch videos of the product on their website. They carried all the parts i needed and even stock factory parts thati needed. I didnt have to shop multiple places which kept me from going to multiple stores. Bought engine upgrades, radflo coilovers, snorkel, UCA's and even stock rear suspension parts. I hadn't bought much from Z1, initially. A third tail light. license plate lights. But recently I wen all out (for me, that is) and bought brakes and rotors, as well as coils and plugs. All are now installed and are doing the job well. The cost was reasonable as well. That's why this time I decided to proclaim my 2009 Frontier a Z1 Truck. Yes, that's right. I finally put on the Decal that came with the package....proudly.
