Whoever was working in the tire center on Friday AND Saturday November 24/25, 2023 deserves a raise. They went above and beyond to help someone very close to me. Thank you for taking such VERY GOOD CARE of them! We will be forever thankful!

Poor customer service. 2 hours later, 6 customers came in after me and received service and checked out. I'm still waiting on my vehicle. Rotation and balance was completed within the hour. Just needed one valve stem replaced.

Very rude staff here. The lady working the counter is incredible rude. She ignores a long line of people for 20 minutes, doesn t even say I ll be right with you or even acknowledge anyone.When she does finally talk to you, it s very condescending. Been waiting almost a half hour, i m now the only one at the counter, STILL not even a hello from all the employees just walking by.I finally got checked in, I asked how long do they think it ll take. Her only response was there are 3 cars in front of you. And then she walked away.THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.Will never come back here. I even this scheduled this appointment online hoping it would save time.

Was able to make an apt online for 7am, but get to our apointment and there was a hand written sign on the door that said will not open until 8. No one even called us. Our service didnt actualy start until 830am. And we had things we needed to do. Very disappointed.

Made an appointment for 10am to have a tire placed on my vehicle, an hour later my vehicle is still not even in the bay ..What s the point of an appointment??Do better

Had appointment 2 days prior for 3:00 p.m. for a oil change and tire rotation took them two and a half hours I finally asked why my vehicles on the ground and look like it was done and the guy at the register said they're just waiting on me to tighten down the lug nuts but he's been up here ever 30 minutes this is ridiculous

I went for an oil change, and to be quite honest, it took over two hours. However, everything was done well, their prices are better than other places. Under $60 for full synthetic oil!? That's a great deal!

Brought our vehicle over 3 hours ago for an oil change. They re telling us it still is not done and that it is next, but they also close at 7. Don t go to this location unless you want to spend literally half of your day waiting for an oil change that may or may not happenService: Oil changeService: Oil change

They are never really staffed well enough to handle the flow of customers. Constantly closing way ahead of listed times. If you can make it to the Bremen Walmart - go there instead. But I will say whenever they can make it happen they do, and for the price... And wait it's worth it.

The sign says they open at 7 a.m. but they don't open until 9 a.m. I really understand that you all are short staffed, but put up a sign that says you don't open until 9 a.m. I got up early on a Saturday morning to have my car service and no one was there. Be considerate of others time. I just left at 11 a.m. still did not get any service done to my car. They did however service the appointments. Tell people that you go by appointments only instead of me waiting 4 hours.Service: Tires

I was told to come at 7 got there at 6:50am wanted to get an oil change hours on the door says 7am til 7 pm . Not knowing they open at 9 then I had to call several times before anyone picked up the phone and was told by a gentleman in the electronics department that if there isn t enough people in the auto shop then they are not open but he wasn t sure because that wasn t his department Please change your hours because the internet says you re open now and close at 7

NEVER AGAIN!!!Went in for an 11am tire & oil change appointment. Asked if my car was done around 2pm, and was told no! Went back AGAIN at 3:00pm asking and they acted lie it had been done but never once said my name over the intercom. ALL this while having my 1 year old with me. I ve never been so livid in my life.

I went here a couple times for new tires when I needed them. My steering wheel started to wobble when I applied the brakes, so I took my car into my mechanic. Long story short, the lug nuts for my tires were screwed on so tightly that they bent my brake rotors. Apparently, this auto care center is notorious for doing so. Definitely will not be going back.

Walmart website, Google Maps, and the posted store hours all say that the automotive department opens at 7. I went there at 7:30 and the doors are locked. Knocked on the door, no one answered even though I could see someone sitting at the automotive service desk. Call the main store number that associate said that "the automotive department will open at 8 today. They are constantly changing their hours."I waited until 8:10 and the automotive department still was not open. I knocked on the door and the same lady that had been sitting there the whole time held up nine fingers and yelled that they would open at 9:00. So after waiting 40 minutes for the automotive department to open. I left without getting an oil change

Classic Story of going to get one thing fixed at a car repair shop and leaving with something else wrong.They have tires and they can sell you one, no problem. I was told that I would have to wait 3 hours for my car or I could just drop it off. Fine. No problem. I wait in my car for 1.5 before they come for my car next. Great!25 minutes go by and the guy says, Heyy your tire is on and rotated. Cool! But your starter gave out. It won t crank anymore. It s dead. YOU HAD ONE JOB! I haven t had any issues with my car cranking up. My theory, they got in and stomped on my accelerator like it was a drum petal to create a new issue. Never again.

The auto care center is usually accommodating and very efficient. Even with alot of cars they have a way of getting through them all in a timely manner. I have no complaints about them, I usually just get an oil change or fluids checked. Until today. Was there 2.5 hours..

I have been stuck at Walmart for a time that they say they are currently slow yet I have been here for 2 hours for an oil change. Many people are complaining as well because they prices they have been given is higher once they get to the store- I am talking about at least for have complained. I should have went to Bremen Walmart!!!! Last time I will go to this location for any car needs!!!!!! Disorganized as well they can t find people s tires! I should have know to leave when it took 26 minutes to get my car seen!2 hours and 47 of waiting and they put the wrong oil in my car! Go to Bremen instead!!!!

I needed four tires and the center was very busy but it didn't take long, maybe an hour which I thought was good for a Saturday morning . They were very professional !Also dropped off a different vehicle for a tire patch and it was done in a short time.I would definitely recommend the Carrollton Ga. Walmart automotive care ctr.

Wife spent 3 hours to get new tires put on to have them say there lifts cannot lift suv's or trucks. Apparently jacking up with hand jacks wasnt an option . What place that sells tires cannot lift up an suv. Poor service and disorganized.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

I would give 0 stars if it would let me! I pulled up at the oil center at 8:03 to be exact. I saw two male employees playing around in the tire/lube center. So I wait and I wait and no one even ecknowoldges that I am even standing there. I was not even asked, or waited on unil 8:26. When I was finally waited on the lady she was rude. She acted as if her time was more important than mine, because she was in no hurry whatsoever!Well we go out to my vehicle for her to get my information. I am very proud of my car. It is new and I want it taken care of. She is leaning on it with her zipper on her vest. You can hear the zipper hitting my car! While I was in there waiting she was the only one working. The rude lady has multiple people waiting, and she just walks off to smoke. She left at 8:36 and doesn't get back til 8:50. I don't know how long she has been here, but you do not take a 14 minute break when you have people waiting. Only one car was in front of me. It is now 8:47 and they are just now pulling the very first car into the oil change bay. Need I say there were only two cars (mine included) waiting for their oil to be canged! Here it is 9:05 and they are just now pulling my car into the bay. They have 5 workers back there and only 3 cars have been pulled into the bay since I've been here. I will NEVER come back here EVER again! What ever happened to customer service?!!!

Even when I'm the only customer present, it takes an hour and a half just to change my oil. If I ask for tire rotation, it's an extra thirty minutes, but they do an amazing job! If you're in a hurry, go to Villa Rica Walmart, though.

The service was great but it took rather longer than usual. But for the price they offer on services I would say its worth the wait. The employee apologized for my extended wait and told me they just had to triple check things to make sure it was all good.

Walmart is an odd place. Decent prices. Selection is a challenge as out of stocks happen often. For this trip i needed a car battery went smooth. Instock good price. Answered my questions. Satisfied Just think if Walmart had motivated staff customer service friendly & likewise the Mgt. A to Z. They wud be unstoppable. Its rare. Missed opportunity. Its just a place.

I am shocked by all these low rating reviews on here as the experience that I had with all staff members at this location was nothing short of accommodating and wonderful. I took my car here on a VERY busy saturday afternoon, walking up knowing there was likely a high chance they were not going to be able to take me as a walk in to check out my cars tires. They were very helpful in assisting me with my needs and also letting me know upfront that it could be a bit of a wait for the techs to even be able to check it out. (I will say for the volume that they are seeing at this location, it probably couldnt hurt to have a few extra staff members as I have been in a situation like that before where you want to make everyone happy but due to understaffing you're pulled in multiple different directions, all day. Which adds strain to your work environment. Every time i walked up to the counter there was always a line of people waiting to check out their car and pay- meaning they were turning over ALOT of cars for just the two technicians that were there. Impressive but why make those hard working staff members run around like that? ) Anyway the two young ladies at the register were very helpful and kind to me, and the techs again walked me through everything they were going to do and were clear and upfront with the cost before doing anything. I highly recommend them and would go back to them again for oil change or tire services!

Went to Wal mart yesterday on a Sunday. With a large bolt in my tire. just needed 1 tire. I was told but the counter person at 3pm that they were (maxed) out and would not take anymore business. cannot believe the look of not giving a damn about the customer. Terrible place they have zero sympathy

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE to ever have your car worked on. They said they could replace my terminals and battery but couldn't do either? We called them 2 hours later and they said they couldn't do it and that the car had been sitting there for an hour and a half. I don't understand why they couldn't just call us and tell us they couldn't do it. After looking online I went and got the part and did it myself. Stay away from this place

Came to get two tires balanced and it took three hours! I got here right when they opened too! What place has their technicians walking around on their phones? I won t be returning.

It was good, but if I had not opened my trunk to put groceries in then I would not have found how the techs in the service department left a mess. They couldn't put the donut tire back in its place so they left the carpet sticking up and didn't bother to tell me. Fortunately one of the managers came out and put it back in with a little bit of my help. It was like a puzzle but they just gave up and left it. Anyway, it was good because I shopped while waiting. This was the first time I had been to Walmart in 6 months to a year. The prices are just as high or higher than Krogers. That is where I have been shopping all of this time. I like them. So, guess I'm going back to Krogers. See ya later.
