I recently had my brake, rotor, and bearings replaced at South Side Break and Battery and I must say, the service was outstanding. The gentleman at the desk was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through the process and ensuring that everything was taken care of efficiently.The mechanics did an excellent job with the replacements, using high-quality parts and ensuring that everything was done correctly. My 2001 F150 now runs smoothly and I feel confident in its performance on the road.Overall, I was very impressed with the level of service and expertise at South Side Break and Battery.

We've takin our vehicles here many times for anything from general maintenance all the way up to more costly repairs and have been very pleased every time. They are very communicative and work very hard to get our vehicles back to us quickly. Our family definitely recommends Southside! Thank you for being such a great small business.

Could give them 100stars if I could, was traveling about 30 minutes from home and was alerted my psi was dramatically dropping quickly, with my sleeping toddler in the back of my car I anxiously went to an oil change place to see if they could patch my tire. I explained to them what was happening and they told me they were to busy and would have to wait 2 hours then recommended my go to their sister store in villa rica , that obviously wasn t an option. He said there were no tire places around.. so i decided to Google it myself and found Southside. I called and explained what was going on and they told me they could help me , I pulled up and was met in the lot and helped immediately. Come to find out my tire actually split and instead of just saying sorry you have to buy a whole new tire , the tech showed me exactly where and what happened with my tire and recommended to replace the tire. I did that and was so thankful! They were so quick and so friendly and was so impressed with their pricing. I was on the way to pick up my husband from Douglasville after dropping his truck off for transmission repair so I was in a hurry. Southside saved me so much time and stress today! Will definitely be returning for my automotive needs!!

Best tire shop ever! Chaz saved the day for me today when I had a flat tire about a half mile from his shop. I was about an hour from home with no one around that I knew to come help me. They really showed their southern hospitality to me and I am forever grateful. Thank you so much! Nicest folks ever!

Tough to beat these guys. They are professional, courteous, honest and very fair. What a great experience. Business owners and operators like Darien are what make this country great. He opened Southside Tire and Brake five years ago and have become landmark in Carrollton and the "go to" for vehicle maintenance and repair. These guys stay busy but will find a way to take care of you and keep you moving. Thanks again guys, you're the best.

Last week I needed a good used tire. I wish I could've afforded 3 more but, Darien, the owner, was great! He was short handed and I didn't mind waiting but he worked me in and got me a good used tire at a great price and I was only there 30-45 minutes. The tire looked brand new, a FIRESTONE tire!! I'll definitely be back for anything my car needs. If you need anything tire and automotive related, see Darien and his guys. Thank you, Darien so much!!

A great place, excellent service, good prices, quick turn around and an owner that treats you right. I pass two other tire shops to go here because Southside is the only place I go for tires and service.

This place was a life saver. I was going out of state and the only place with the tire I needed. They were super nice and to the point and you can tell they only do quality work like I don't think you have to worry about the quality of product your getting actually from now on I'm going here for all my tires and anything else they provide as far as oil or whatnot I had a good experience and just chilled in the office until my car was ready...Also didn't take that long at all like 30 mins maybe...Highly Recommend!!!!

I had heard their radio spot and decided to give them a try. My daughter's Honda Accord had worn out CV axles and wheel bearings. The price was a bit much but sometimes that happens when you fix older cars. I can accept that. What I had real heartburn with was their quality of work and that they damaged the car.I didn't even get the car home and I heard the debris shield screeching against the rotor. It had been crushed and the lower support damaged. I removed the wheels and found that they had not completed the installation of the bearing and failed to stake the nut. The wheels were severely over-torqued. I brought all this to the owners attention and he just gave me a db look and offered to re-torque them. I am a licensed mechanic and I check out all the work done on my autos. THEY FAILED THE TEST!!!!

Great small business! Called a few days ago seeking a tire for my vehicle. They didn't have it in stock, but ordered and arrived within a few days.Went out to have it mounted and received excellent service! The technician came out, lifted my vehicle and changed the new tire, no problem - fast service!Down home and cost efficient! Got a brand new tire for a fraction of the cost!I will be returning!

I trust Darien the owner operator with every thing from oil changes to major repairs. He cares about his customers and does great work at a price that beats every other place in town. I never feel gouged, always feel valued, and never have to wait long. His team works fast. Such a great feeling knowing that even tho I don't know much about car repair, there is someone in town I can count on who will give me an honest assessment at a fair price - with kindness and humor to boot. Highly recommend!

The team at Southside made me feel comfortable and respected. They were also able to clearly communicate the issues I was having with my car. The pricing on the parts and labor were unbeatable, and there was almost no wait for me to receive service. Most importantly, they kept it real by telling me what needed to be fixed now and what could wait. They gave no pressure to fix what didn't need to be fixed. I truly believe they care about their customers and the service they provide to their customers.

First time visitor, and this place was stellar. Polite is important, but these guys were above and beyond polite; they were downright sweet and friendly. Price was right and they went the extra mile. Clean shop, looks professional, super quick service. To all the apprehensive ladies, these guys aren't selling halogen fluid or gremlin gears. Worth every penny, and we'll be back for sure!

I have been a repeat customer for several years. When there was a car parked out front with a for sale sign on it, I thought we could trust this place. WRONG! We bought the car for our granddaughter and it has been nothing but trouble. After owning it for only 8 months, we found out that it needs a new engine which will cost $6200. We gave $7500 for the car and we are still paying on the loan. So now it seems that my granddaughter is out a vehicle, we are out $7500. Since I know this man is a mechanic, I think he knew it had problems when he sold it to us. I read other posts where it was stated that if something is done wrong at your place you will try to make it right. Well? Since the car belonged to his step son, he must have known something was wrong. This was not just somebody parking their car there to sell it.

I needed a used tire for my son's truck 35/12.50/20 not a easy one to find! They had one went out of his way to make it work for me. Extremely great customer service and great attitudes! I would highly recommend them for tires.

Southside saved me from a tire blow out! I pulled in thinking I needed an alignment not realizing that my front tire had sustained serious damage and had bubbled up to the point of bursting. The owner took one look and pointed out the problem, told me they would take care of it and have me back on the road soon. And they did! In less than an hour I had 2 good front tires and my Land Rover is driving smooth as ever. The service at Southside is outstanding and their prices are unbeatable! I will gladly recommend them to anyone and will definitely return for my automotive needs. Thanks Southside!

Darien was a great help. He gave me an excellent deal on a set of used tires and even though the shop was busy that day, I was in and out in under an hour. The customer service is great, the work was excellent, and it didn't break my bank account. I will use Southside Tire and Brake again, and would recommend them to anyone.

We had a brake caliper problem in our camper while traveling, they got us back on the road in less than 2 hours! Very fair price too, we were at their mercy!! very helpful and professional.. we were lucky to find them

Fantastic service!!!! The first time I went to Southside Tire they were amazing they got me in and out quick as I was headed to work! I have been doing business with them for over a year now and refuse to go anywhere else! They have the best prices in the area and do great work! The owners and their employees are great!! I send all my friends and family there because I know they will be in great hands no matter what.

They do MUCH more than tires and brakes! Darien is awesome! They know what they're doing and will definitely get you back on the road fast! I took my car to them because of all the positive reviews they've received and I was not disappointed! I will most certainly be back!!

The guys in the shop, as well as Red, (whom I believe is the owner)were all extremely helpful and very friendly. I had 2 tires mounted, balanced and installed and was in & out of there in less than 20 mins & they didn't charge me an arm & a leg. I'll definitely be going back there for all my future tire needs & will gladly recommend them to any & every I in the area in need of tires and/or an alignment

Outstanding shop. The owner an staff that work there go above an beyond in superior quality an customer service, an with extremely fair prices. Definitely worth the wait if they are busy to have then work on your vehicle. Best shop on this side of Georgia in my opinion
