My family and I had the absolute best car buying experience EVER! Saturday we purchased our beautiful Nissan KICKS from there and we will never buy from another car dealership ever again! The whole staff was so helpful and kind with everything! Justin went above and beyond to make sure that we got what we needed! Jessica was the absolute best as well!! She made sure I got what I wanted and needed! She also made my girls feel comfortable while waiting.We are so proud and excited to be a part of the Scott Evans Family !! Thank y'all so much !!

If you re looking for a new or used car I would definitely recommend coming here before anywhere else. From beginning to the very end it was the easy and smoothest car buying process I have ever done. So happy with our experience and thank you so much to Anthony elder and Justin Patterson, they were so helpful and made our buying process fast and fun. We are soo happy with our purchase and Cannot Wait to take our visit road trip!

The best experience ever. I had not purchased a car in about 18 years. Actually a task i had always dreaded. Will have to say though, Scott Evans Nissan was the smoothest by far. Jessica was my sales lady, answered all my questions I had. Told me to call her or come by anytime if I needed help in any way with my new car. Justin the manager also got involved in working with my purchase and made it happen to best fit my needs. Fabio in finance also did a great job finalizing everything. With all that said, I highly recommend this dealership. Bunch of great people. I just love driving my new kicks s car...

If you're looking for a vehicle, please shop at Scott Evans Nissan. I look at so many dealerships with no luck at all.. I get it times are a little ruff right now. However, go and see these people and you'll leave with a clear mind and a brand new vehicle. Ask for Jessica Heflin and Ronnie Loggins they helped me. If you re interesting in buying a vehicle from Scott Evans Nissan in Carrollton go see Blaylen. He s the best one and thanks to Justin the Sales Manager for helping us get into a vehicle. They stayed way past closing time on Friday to assist me and my husband. I love the vehicle so far and will be back if I need another one. Our daughter loves it too.

Edited to add, though our initial experience was great, after returning home and looking over the paper work I saw that they had sold me the vehicle for over $3000 more than the car was listed for online. $3000 more than we had agreed on. We called back right away but was told that since all the paper work was already done there is nothing that can be done about it. Just saying this to let you know to make sure you look at every single paper before you leave the dealership! Im not sure how a mistake like that could have happened.My car broke down hours from home and I was forced to end up at this dealership, but I m thankful I did. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Gabriel assisted us and did an amazing job. He was informative and helpful but not pushy. I ended up driving away with a vehicle I love. 10/10 recommend

very nervous about getting a car, kept getting turn down and discouraged till i meet QUAY at nissan scott evan, he didn t turn me away for my credit, he assisted all my needs and concerns. his partner PATRICK even came to check on me and heard me out about what exactly i was looking for ! ( i was being very difficult ) they were calm, welcoming and understanding and very patient. paper work was very quick and easy , they explained everything to me and everything i had question or concerns about , very helpful as well so for that thanks to FABIO! they walked me around explains the benefits i am eligible for, walked me around showed me where ill get my car fix and service. even meet the owner ! very polite and welcoming !! thank you so much yalllll for making this experience phenomenal.

such great staff. they all make sure their customers feel like a part of the family! both justin s were very nice to me any my sister when she was buying her car. had a great experience when buying my car here in 2021 but the staff they have now is so much better! we had a lot of fun when we were there and i always feel so welcome when i come back

Amori (sales consultant) was FANTASTIC! We came to the lot the evening before purchase, and he respectfully gave us our space to look when I just asked for his card. Amoris and Daniel (finance guy) had us in and out the next morning with our new car and a great deal. Justin (sales manager) came after everything was finalized to congratulate us. I would also like to mention we take all of our cars here for maintenance. Lacey always takes care of us and our cars! You all get 5 stars. What a TEAM!!!

Scott Evans Nissan made buying a car easy. I actually went in to buy a used car but ended up driving off in a2024 Nissan Kicks! I am loving it! It gets great gas mileage and has all the extra features I wanted. Thank you Jessica Heflin for making me feel comfortable in making my purchase.

Brandon was awesome! First, he listened to us regarding the vehicle we were interested in taking into account our wants and needs. He gave us a couple of options to look at and drive. Very knowledgeable of the vehicle we chose and presented us with a purchase option that met our needs. Overall great experience! Definitely recommend the Scott Evans team they went the extra mile in making sure we were satisfied with our purchase.

Dropped my car off for an oil change and new air filter. My advisor Jon was great as always. Truly appreciate him and his professionalism. Went to grab some lunch during the appointment and as I was finishing up my meal I received the notification that my car was ready for me! The service team at Scott Evans Nissan is top notch. Thanks Jon for doing an outstanding job.

So yesterday I went to Scott Evans Nissan for an oil change and to diagnose a check engine light being on. Come to find out I needed quite a bit of work done. As I was speaking with the service department about pricing it added up to be a very large sum that I wasn t prepared for. Luckily Jacob (a sales associate) was standing there and could tell I was stressing over what to do. He told me to come with him and see what we could do about getting me in a new car. With the help of him, Justin, and Anthony I am the proud owner of a brand new 2024 Nissan Sentra!! They took my car as a trade in and I drove out in the brand new one! These guys were so nice and helpful and I appreciate all they did to help me!!

Anthony (Ant) was great to work with! Since of humor and was himself, not to serious which made car buying fun. Service department was also good and helped us get my wife s car repaired. Definitely would recommend and go back.

I want to give Brandon Harper, a 5+ more stars. He really did help me out Friday getting a new car and I appreciate everything he did. He was very nice, polite, understanding, and worked very hard and when he showed me the car, he showed me everything that he was supposed too . If I had to get another car in the future, I would want Brandon Harper to help me. He is a great salesman and he does a great job. I also want to shout out to Justin Patterson in the office. He really did go beyond his means to help me out on Friday . I understand that this survey is just about Brandon Harper but I want to give Justin Patterson a 5+ more stars too if I had to survey on him he is fantastic . Thanks again guys!!!

Brandon was able to work with me on my terms and Justin went out of his way as well to make the whole purchase as success. They also let me bring it back to get it detailed and gas tank filled due to it being so late when we got done with the transaction!!

Go see Jessica Heflin about your new Nissan. Jessica was great to work with. Very attentive to my needs and went the extra mile. No pushy sales tactics. The whole team was so pleasant. Shout out to Justin, the Sales Manager as well. He was motivated to make a good deal and made me feel like I was important to their business, not just another sale off the street! Our pathfinder was having an issue with acceleration from a stop. Internet accounts indicated that dealerships may try to mislead you into thinking it would be a costly repair. My advisor immediately recognized that it was due to a recall and said it was very common. The repair was completed immediately, in under an hour. I was so relieved!

Ms Christy, who is the manager over the service department is extremely patient, kind and knowledgeable of her job description . I can t get the dealership I bought the car from to answer my call or respond to my voicemail that I left.If I have to buy another car from Nissian dealership I am going to this dealership because of Ms Christy and her employees. I live over an hour away from this dealership but because of Ms Christy professionalism and caring personality it will be well worth the trip to do business with them. I bought my son a car from Nissian dealership near me and I am so happy that my son lives near them and I informed my son that we will always do business with this dealership!Thanks Ms Christy, keep up the good work of having excellent communication and customer service skills.
