I had a minivan that hadn't been driven for five years and I had Roy's replace the entire front end. They had much better prices than other shops, and were honest about what needed to be done and what didn't need to be replaced. They did a really great job and I wouldn't go somewhere else to do work if it's a service Roy's offers.

I was in town on business and the low tire pressure light came on. They took the tire off there was supposed to have the nail in it ended up being the wrong tire found the right one that had the nail in it plugged it and I was on my way everybody was very nice

I don't trust anyone else for tires, brakes, or front-end repair. Once, my daughter ran over a nail, and another popular tire shop in Carrollton informed her that the tire was damaged and needed replacement. I informed my daughter to go to Roy's, and they patched the tire. The patched tire never gave us any trouble thereafter. So, be careful which tire shop you pick ladies because some will lead you astray.I recently had my rotors turned at Roy's due to a vibration while braking, and the problem is resolved. There aren't many shops around which will turn rotors in Carroll County.

I was pressed for time and I stopped in here for a tire and I was in a danger zone with my tires and didn t realize how bad they were and I could ve had my granddaughter in my car and it could ve been a disaster. They re very helpful, customer service was great, and I got 2 front tires and the price was very affordable for me and I m a senior citizen that appreciated the honest integrity I received from here. I highly recommend them and you ll drive away feeling safe again on the road. 5 stars hands down no doubt in my mind ever again. Thank you gentlemen. Keep up the good work.

Went here before and did not notice a problem getting 2 tires.Called today and ordered 2 tires for my car. As I waited in the lobby, I walked out and seen 2 guys(workers) in the front messing around. They was slowly backing the car out. And messing/digging around. When they seen me as I'm walk to the car. Asking what they was doing. One of them said trying to put the dash cam back on the windshield. I went and talked to the lady up front about and she went to talk to them for 5 minutes. The one guy came and said. Oh I was showing the other guy how to drive a 5 speed. And unplugged the camera because we don't like to be recorded..So you want to use someone else's car to teach someone to drive. And you unplugged my dash cam so you won't be recorded doing so. No big deal right. We'll you lost my business. And hope others will take Caution.All my things in the front passenger seat was moved.

Brought my car to get new brakes because they began to squeal, and they let me know that they are not very worn out yet and I have about 10,000 more miles until I need to get it done. I appreciate their honesty very much. Other places would replace them anyway just to get your money. I will be bringing my car back here for my brakes when the time comes because they were honest with me.

DO NOT GO TO THEM. I went to get my tire replaced because it was flat. A whole week later, the "new" tire blew out on me on the interstate trying to head back home. I believe they had either given me my old tire back or a bad tire. At first they were not going to give me the refund but then I had to explain that I was literally by a BRIDGE when it blew out and anything could've happen. By the grace of God I am good, but I would definitely not recommend this place.

Stopped by Roy's car was to get my car washed. Spoke with Roy who asked me to come back because he only had one person washing cars. I asked what time was he closing today and he said 4 pm. It was 130ish so I decided to come back at 315 pm and now they are closed. Really!!! Bad business! Don't think will recommend your business or even return.

They answered my question about a particular size tire I needed when I was calling around last week but they didn't have my size in stock. However, I recommend Roy's Tire if you're shopping around and can afford it. They've been in Carrollton, Ga quite a number of years!

Just got 4 tires 275/40/17 great price and service was fast and thorough would recommend Roy's tire to anyone. Quick service on my alignment received before and after paperwork on the alignment. He finished in timely manner no complaints.

Hey man! Roy's has been my go to local place for tires for well over 20 years. They have a good selection, some of the best, if not the best prices, on tires and they continue to offer free rotation and balance for the life of the tire(s). Always professional, prompt and friendly enough. I have recently started using them for oil changes and brake work and have been very satisfied with their work here as well.

Recently moved to Carrollton and finding a trustworthy mechanic is pretty important in my book. Originally went in for 2 new tires (Discount Tires literally sells discount tires, hence the name I suppose. They tried selling me tires literally every visit because they were no longer road worthy. ) Roy s tires were actually cheaper and I d bet my life they ll last longer than 9 months. Had them turn my front rotors too as my car shook as I pressed the brake pedal. Car handles better than it ever has and stops like it s supposed to. All for the same price as that discount tire place. Was so happy I took my truck in the next week for new front struts. Same good experience. Truck handles better than the previous ten years I ve had it. Thank you guys!

I haven't ever bought tires from them but their service is amazing. I had to have the cv joint replaced on the passenger side and they did both sides and an alignment for cheaper/same price as it was for just the passenger at other places. I would definitely recommend and this isn't the first time I have had a good experience from their service department.

Very helpful & very knowledgeable. Although it's a bit hot in the waiting area but it could just be because I'm pregnant. But you could get worse & have no fan or AC at all or have to wait outside like some places make you do! They're very friendly & the prices are great. They don't charge you new tire prices for the tires.

We got 4 New tires and scheduled an alignment for a few days later, they had no time that day and closed on Sunday. Got our truck after the alignment and we had a huge white mark on passenger door. We let them know and they said It was not from them, they don t have a white building. There whole bay where the vehicle goes in is white!!Anyway we got home and noticed we had a new Left front tire and they never told us it was bad.Our truck pulls worse then before the new tires and alignment. Well, we are now driving to Alabama as I m writing this and I m kinda nervous cause the truck is shaking and pulling. We Will be back Monday and expect answers or New tires cause I m starting to think they are All bad not just the Left front they replaced.

Prices are great. I bought 2 new tires and got an alignment done. In my case, only about $15 more per tire than Wal-Mart's cheapest choice, and I did not get the cheapest tires at roy's. The wait was reasonable and the staff was helpful on the phone and in person.

I stopped by Roy's Tires before a road trip to Minnesota, where the weather would be below zero temperatures. They looked over my tires, inflated my spare tire, added more air to my tires for the cold, and helped me get windshield wiper fluid that would not freeze at negative temperatures. All of this and they wouldn't take a dime. My road trip was successful and I was grateful for the care they took with my car. I highly recommend Roy's Tires!

I want to give a BIG THANK YOU to the staff at Roy's Tires, as I recently purchased a set of new tires for a truck that's been around a little while, it's a 92' Ford Ranger. While in the process of putting tires on and getting ready for alignment as in the case of the older model truck the ignition switch wouldn't turn. They did all they could at the shop and they called to tell me about the situation and asked if I wanted to come get it or do I want them to get it fixed. I told them to go ahead and they did and quickly at that as if it was one of their own. They have been a big help more than once to my family and I and with that said they have my business. Again thank you and God bless

Went for a front end alignment and the mechanic let me know my tire rods were shot. They fixed them and aligned the car for a very reasonable price and very quick. The front desk staff are welcoming and helpful. Thanks Roy's team.

Treats their customers great and they go the extra mile to help you out. Had a issue with my tire and ended up the rim was bent like crazy. They took a hammer to it and got me driving again in about 20 minutes.

I went to Roy's Discount tires this morning . I only had an hour to spare before I had to be at work. I expected to pay about $50 for my one tire that needed replacing, but to my surprise and excitement, it was only $25. I have never paid that little to have my tire removed and replaced. To top it all off, it was all done in less than 20 minutes!You will not be disappointed!

Went in for an oil change and thought I would have a long wait. Walked up to the square to get carry-out from Sam's House and walked back. By the time I returned, the car was already inside and nearly finished with the oil change and tire rotation. In and out in about an hour. One star taken away for condition of waiting room - its very hot and humid, and probably needs a good remodel to bring it out of the 1950s.
