Best car I have ever gotten from this place. When there's a will there's a way and I got that way. Is my first vehicle and they were able to work around with what I had. This place deserves a 5 star for everything that they are doing now and for they did for my family and my friends. Best deals best place to get a car!

They are absolutely the worst and don t deserve a star!My daughter bought a car IN FULL from them and her motor blew within 7 days. They will not accept responsibility and answer the phone when she calls. This has been going on since July/August 2023. No excuses period- My attorney will be calling them soon. She will get her money back in full or some of her money back.The daughter of the lot owner had the nerve to throw up to me a family issue that she has no clue about what happened NOR was it any of her business**They didn t return a call until I left this review **

Unfortunately, I've had to change my review. After weeks of negotiation, and a verbal contract stating I could have my deposit back if I couldn't get in my feet, I was lied to directly, over and over by Charlie Romans. It's not a hard thing to be a man of your word, but apparently it is for this place. Be very careful when dealing with him.

Got a car here not even a month ago. First day of having it over heats. I take it back they had to replace the water pump and thermostat. Took a week for that to get done. Then not even a week later transmission fluid starts pouring from the seals. They refuse to replace or refund me. Terrible customer service. Terrible experience. NEVER I MEAN NEVER buy a car from this place.

If it wasn't for David and Amanda plank I wouldn't be driving today!!! They are the bomb I love them both!! Very understanding caring and willing to go any length to help when help is needed. I wanna thank u both from the bottom of my heart! I can't forget jaden the awesome young lady that takes my payment and keeps me up to date with what I owe thank you beautiful lady your awesome also. I love you guys!!!!

Phone calls don't get returned. I was in a dangerous situation and needed a car that night. When I did finally hear back , only because I called them, I was informed I'd need another $1200 on top of the money I already told them I had to put down. I was forced to go elsewhere and got into a car the same day with another auto sales shop. Communication is VITAL and this place dropped the ball big time.

If there were a zero rating avaliable they'd receive it. DON'T WASTE 1 CENT OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THESE DISHONEST RIPOFFS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Charlie Roman was seemingly helpful until he was challenged for providing misinformation, his true character then emerged. He became irate, unprofessional, unpleasant, and absolutely irrational when confronted with evidence of his shady practices. I was cursed at and threatened to be hung up on. Although I maintained my composure and presented facts Charlie (wheezing heavily after working himself into a defensive frenzy) did disconnect the call. Well, David Plank then intervened which went well initially (he did partially rectify the situation) but he still hasn't fully kept his word thus far. Don't waste your time or hard earned money! They are the typical dishonest moral-less car salesmen. I don't know how these so called businessmen sleep at night scamming honest citizens.

This Car Lot is very Unprofessional and Very Rude! Especially the young girl who answers the phone (Jayden) Make sure you check the fair market value of what vehicle you are looking at, you will see that they are Overpriced and have a huge mark-up. If you say anything to them they get very Rude and defensive! Do yourself a favor take your $ somewhere else! You will thank me later!

Thought this was gonna be a great place to buy. Yes the cars look great but looks aren t all that matters. They sell you a car without a working key. They also reset the engine light to go off so their cars will sell. So likely u r buying a car with check engine light on and something wrong. Light come on 2 days after I bought it and they tell me it s Catalytic converter and that since this county doesn t have emissions they say just cut them off- well nope sorry I wouldn t have bought a car with a check engine light on nor would I buy a explorer cut out my catalytic converters out. If anything a working key would have been nice. Lots of frustration!

Well my experience is I would never refere anyone to this dealership they didn t do or fix the things they said they would the just wrote it on a board and thats been it i had all the warnings to walk away but didn t so am glad was smart enough to get proof and i thought there word was good so as i post this here i hope it helps someone else. DONT DO IT BUY SOME WHERE ELSE YOU F YOU KNOW ME I DONT LIKE BAD BUISNESS
