My salesperson Becky did a good job working with the sales manager to negotiate a deal that both sides were happy with. I got a good vehicle at a fair price. In this days economy, that s hard to do. They expedited the service and prep work, and they delivered a clean, serviced vehicle with a full gas tank.The whole buying process was handled swiftly and efficiently. I appreciate that, because I hate when you buy a car and the dealer keeps you there half the day.I will definitely consider Mike Bell Chevrolet the next time I m vehicle shopping.

Update: The car was delivered with a few scratches, and the dealer did not take responsibility for it.I bought from out-of-state (Naples FL), and so went through the negotiation and paperwork online. They were outstanding. And I am not just saying I had a great experience. Their processes and personnel (although I can only speak about Marty, Ryan, and Lionel) are miles ahead of the competition.Because I purchased online, I could benchmark processes and personnel across a number of dealers, just as I did when consulting for fortune 500 companies. With Mike Bell, I got outstandingly spot-on, clear, and succinct answers to my questions. With ALL the other dealers, nothing of the sort. Again with Mike Bell, I got best-practices in processes and deal-making. With ALL the other dealers, I encounter nothing of the sort.Now, they were a tiny bit higher than another dealer. But that tiny bit is WAY worth it. This will be the first of a long series of Suburbans we'll buy from them.Thank you Marty, Ryan, and Lionel! (Actually, big thanks to the owner too, as picking great people and setting up efficient processes is half the job).

Our first experience with Mike Bell Chevrolet went as smooth as one could hope. Our salesperson Lewis was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and had me taking it for a test drive soon after arriving. The GM Brian came by to see if he could help with anything regarding the purchase, I simply said I needed some time to think about it. I know they're trying to sell/push cars but I really appreciate the low-stress environment, and they let me go with a wave and Lewis' personal number to let him know what we decided to do. Sure enough, we came back the following day to finalize the purchase, documents were done in advance, and the entire thing--including another test drive--took an hour. Hard to beat that!

Just want to take a moment to share my experience at Mike Bell's Chevrolet. It was a great experience, I'm a very demanding customer, I purchased a 2024 Trax LS with the Convenience & confidence package. Wow, what a car, what a price ! My Salesperson, Brian Haney was outstanding, no gimmicks, no games, a straight shooter. It is very refreshing to deal with a salesperson and dealership that truly wants to sell cars and finds the right fit for the customer (customers' needs balanced by what they can afford). I have this auto for a short time, but Wow!, it rides great, looks great and the price was great !. I want to add that I'm a Navy Veteran, they took very, very good care of me !!!!without saying, I'm a customer for life !

I am one that hates car buying. I had been looking for months, not necessarily for the right truck, but the right dealer. I appreciated the fact that at Mike Bell there are no surprises when it s time to finalize the purchase. They made buying a car bearable, and I promise you that is huge with me! Btw, the reason for 4 and not 5 star is the price of new vehicles. That is the only reason I took one star away.

We purchased a 2018 Chevy Cruze from Mike Bell Carrollton for our daughter, I took the vehicle in for service and advised Jacob that I needed the vehicle to be looked as well as oil and tire rotation. I scheduled an appointment for 0830 04/10/2024 @ 08:30 in which I was early turned the keys in and took as seat in the waiting area, Jacob walked by and said the car was ready not let me go over items or anything as though he didnt have time for me, after I paid for my vehicle, I asked for the inspection sheet and the cashier advised it would be with the advisor. I returned to Jacob desk and asked for a copy of the inspection, He printed a copy off handed it to me. and he advised they didn t find anything wrong with the vehicle as I asked about a high idle noise on startup. Jacob provided me a copy, and acted as though he doesn t have time for me by returning to his computer and begin to type with me standing in front of him in which the inspection sheet did not show any issues. As I returned to my vehicle the car had two warnings and all tires had a different tire pressure. This is the worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time and for us to purchase the vehicle from your dealer and to have the feeling as though Mike Bell service department did not want me in the facility.Clearly, we should of purchased a vehicle from another dealer, if I knew I would receive this type of treatment and non-professionalism by Mike Bell Service department.

People like myself work hard for their money and Mike Bell Chevrolet has no reguard of that. Well over 5,000$ in expected repairs already. I've had the truck for two weeks. Reached out to this dealership for about 2 weeks to come to a resolution with no success.I ended up purchasing a truck from Mike Bell Chevrolet. It ended up having some pretty serious issues that they didn't care to disclose to me, and also "didn't see" when their technicians worked on it. It went into limp mode literally no more than 20 miles after I left with the truck. Sent them pictures of the error message which they said to just add DEF. seems reasonable so I did. The DEF tank was full. Went away until the next morning on the way to work where it went into limp mode again, I had a diesel shop take a look at it, they said it was the DEF Injector. Funny enough Mike Bell Service Center just replaced that. He also showed me where my upper oil pan was leaking a pretty good amount of oil, also the rear sump was leaking oil, but wait that's not it, the real main seal is leaking oil as well. I limped the truck at 50mph 70 miles from Kennesaw to Carrolton where they're located, just to get the run around how they cant fix it and these problems weren't there when they had it and how it never leaked oil the whole time it was on the lift. The truck was in service for more than a week. I cant start it without a puddle of oil beneath it so I know that isn't true. I called up there to see if there was anything they could do to fix it, and was reassured time and time again that I would be squared away. Wrong. When I sent them the written quote for just the upper oil pain it came out to be 5420$. Jason Guzick the used car manager said it was outrageous and refused to pay that much. So I supposed at this point I'm stuck with well over 5,000$ in repairs no less than a week of owning the truck. This place is dishonest and has no reguard for their customers. They took as much money as they possibly could have from me. I trusted them at first and let my guard down which was a huge mistake. The friendly environment is just a distraction of what they're doing. I let them do all of the sneaky dealerships schemes they do, like add warranties and optional things that rack up money on the car. Everything after the vehicle price totaled up to 9,411$. I ended up with a balance of 44,000$, after putting 5,000$ on a truck that was listed for 39,787. Doesn't make sense right? It doesn't because they don't disclose prices on extra stuff they throw on your deal to make commission. Not genuine enough to fix a situation they caused. I went to them to get a reliable vehicle for commuting to work, and use the truck for work. I'm scared to put any kind of workload on this truck because of the issues it has. I have tried since I bought the truck to come to a resolution for this to no avail. I've gotten the run around multiple times. You have the same conversation with the same 3 people time and time again. It's exhausting and frustrating. You get no where with these guys. They're quick to answer the phone when you're making a purchase but as soon as you leave that dealership it is like pulling teeth to get anyone involved in your deal to answer. They sold me a truck with issues. I don't believe they were truthful about what they saw in service. I'm upset with how things turned out and I will recommend anyone that ask me where to get a vehicle from, to turn around and run.See pictures below for reference. This is a before and after picture of all the oil built up around the oil pan where the technician changed the oil and filter, but didn't see the oil built up from the leaks.

Excellent experience starting with communication. My texts were answered in a timely manner. Every question I had was answered. I was given specific information about my trade and exact costs prior to my arrival. TJ led this portion. I worked with Madison on Saturday. She was very helpful in the process. I am very satisfied and will tell my friends about the service at Mike Bell Chevrolet.

I have bought several vehicles from Mike and always use their service department for regular maintenance. Aside from getting great deals on new and used vehicles, the service dept. is what sets them apart from the other dealerships in our area. I've never been conned into more services or billed for services I didn't ask for. Service done right the first time. Its so nice to deal with honest people.

They had a great selection of vehicles on the lot and plenty of helpful staff available to help. Will definitely be referring family and friends to shop there. One of their staff in particular (Madison Arrington)was very friendly, helpful and explained everything in detail about my new vehicle. Definitely recommend her she was AWESOME!

My experience with Mike Bell s service department is hands down the worst I ve ever encountered. Mark was the service tech, well supposed to be. I dropped my Tahoe off on 1/15/22 for an oil change and to check out a noise. I left it because he said they were very busy and could make an appointment for Thursday to have it looked at. I called multiple times Thursday and left messages and got no response. Same on Friday until I called from my work phone, he was screening my calls! He rudely said they were busy and haven t done anything. My husband called and was told they would try to look at it. Today, Monday, 1/22/24, the man wouldn t even take my call or call me back, had the receptionist tell me he d call back in 10 minutes, that never happened. My husband had to call again because Mark won t talk to me. He told my husband they probably wouldn t get to it this week. They hadn t even changed the oil and I assume had no intention of ever checking out anything warranty related. I ve had all my oil changed there, had tires put in there yet I m not even with a phone call? Why does Chevy sell warranties if they refuse to even acknowledge a vehicle when brought in? Mark has a terrible attitude towards us as customers. I treated him with respect and common courtesy but it was certainly not shown in return. We had to pick my vehicle up and take it elsewhere because most of us don t just have extra transportation lying around. It makes me want to get rid of this Chevy and go back to Don Rich Ford where they performed every service and repair on my Explorer that I drove for 15 years. I regret ever choosing Mike Bell Chevrolet for servicing my vehicle.

Purchased a 2019 RAM 2500 and I waited a couple of weeks to leave a review to see how things went. Sale RepTJ Cochran made the experience easy and quick. The rest of the staff were pleasant to work with as well. The reason for my 3 star review is based on the service engine light that s come on and off a few times since about the 3rd day after purchase. I know it s purchased as is but would be nice to not have issues that quick after purchase. Based on some searches looks like a new CCV filter is already needed. Oh well!!

Bought a new Chevy Traverse from this dealership in Feb 2024. I was time constrained, so Ryan and Tim had everything ready to go when I arrived. I had searched on the internet, and I had initially blown off working with them because on initial contact, their salesman was pushing me on financing the purchase when I just wanted to pay cash. However, Ryan called me the next day and said they could make a cash purchase work. They did give me the best price on a new car that I found from working with dealers as far away as Arizona. Overall, they were professional, prompt and the communication was really good. Thanks Ryan and Tim!

Everyone that I interacted with was professional, courteous and genuinely concerned with my situation. I paid extra to have my truck towed to Mike Bell Chevrolet because another dealer didn't seem to have the same level of care. It was definitely worth the extra money to be working with the employees at Mike Bell. In my 73 years, I have found that the employees that interact with customers have the same attitude as the upper level management. I am sure that Mike Bell himself has the same level of care that his employees showed me. Thank you to the crew at Mike Bell!
