This place was amazing! Super understanding, super patient. Ali and nacy helped me and my spouse out earlier this week while we were going through some rough stuff and they couldn t have been more help, was a little pricey but they worked around it! Definitely recommend this place.

My husband, daughter, and I were out looking for a vehicle which seemed like days!! Of course we had no luck at all until we were passing by Lake Carroll. We were so welcome!! Ray (Owner) was very professional and we were lucky to run into him. Reasonable (after a generous discount) price for the Hyundai Sonata 2011 e-Hybrid. Willing to fix any little thing we observed in the car. I highly recommend him to those looking for a good running used car with reasonable price.

These people are wonderful, so kind, helpful. I literally don't know what I'd done if it hadn't been for them, & they helped me out so that I will be able to afford and pay for my new car. Lake Carroll auto sales is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ! They literally work with you!! I put 2000 down on my Nissan versa and I got the Lowest rate which is absolutely perfect! So if your looking for something reasonable go down to lake Carroll AUTO SALES and get your new BABY!!!

I bought my car in March 2023. It started to breakdown 2 weeks later. I bought a 2012 Rogue. I took it to the auto care serval times before he actually fix the problem temporary. The same problem arise again. The Diagnostic I got done , informed that the transmissions mounts are broken and the transmission coolant is overheating. 11,000 dollars down the drain. After bringing the SUV back serval times since April and it s now June. I don t recommend buying a car from here!

I was trying to get a car but they wanted over 50% down payment. They say that they do low down payments and try to get you in a car but it s a lie. Saying that the car which has been in 2 accidents is worth a lot more than it is. I was told to go save my money, gladly I did before I was ripped off. I talked to this man over the phone to ask if I needed credit since it was a buy here pay here place and he responded no. Then he continues to check my credit when I get there. I don t plan on going back either.

I purchased the Blue 2013 Ford Flex from them Lake Carroll Auto with 1200.00 down earlier this month. From the start I had issues before leaving the lot with the car acting as if it wanted to cut off. The car was supposedly taken to their mechanic who placed another battery in it. Next day for work car continued to act as if it wanted to cut off. Made an appointment with the Ford Dealer spent 213.00 for then to tell me it was a problem with my engine over 8000.00 in work needed to be done. AAA CHARGED 100.00 to get the car back to the lot . Explained to Ali @ the car lot the reason the car was returned he over talked me, kept asking why I didn t come back to the 7car lot, told me how bad my credit was going to be and made sure I knew he had A plus credit. I have written a letter to the BBB also reached out in regards to a possible lemon law lawsuit. This is really a ZERO STAR review for customer service and customer satisfaction.Beware with this car lot
