My daughter took my car to them today. When we got it back their way a spring in the tire and the trunk, running lights and the lights in the car are not working. I had to text the person because they don t answer and the voicemail box is full. Not a good way to do business. I have had work done at Johnson auto electric for forty years and they have always done exceptional work. I have had generators and alternators rebuilt and prefer Ralph's rebuilt over new ones. Great work and very helpful with customers questions. I had a starter rebuilt here and felt like they were very honest and it didn't feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. Would have given 5 stars if they would have called like they said they would, I always had to call them to get status of my parts.

5 's | More than once Mr. Ralph has set me straight when i had starters for different customers go out. If you're not satisfied with the service you need take a look at your own life and how you treat people.

Called about getting an alternator rebuilt and they said it would be 40 dollars less than buying a rebuilt one at Oriellys for 169.99 with a lifetime warranty. Theirs only carries a 1 year warranty. You do the math.
