The folks here were incredibly helpful. Their work was better than I would have hoped. They delivered my vehicle sooner than promised. I appreciated their keeping me informed on the progress and arrival of parts.

I was rear-ended on the interstate. They reached out to me shortly after I filed the claim. I took my car in the next day, I was seen right away & they helped me with my rental. It was finished faster than I expected. On ly way to pick it up I got stuck in traffic but they made sure I got my baby back! Great team, fabulous work, professional & friendly .Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The most notable point here is how friendly the staff is compared to the other Gerber Collision in Douglasville. It's night and day and well worth the drive. Our Carvana purchase required some minor work and this group worked perfectly with the insurance company. The other Gerber shop put the liability on us, didn't return our calls and had an awful customer service. Go to the crew in Carrollton, GA location on Newnan Rd. - they're the best.Service: Body & Trim
