I recently had the pleasure of working with Garner collision, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their level of customer service, communication, and efficiency.From the moment I contacted them about my car accident, their team was incredibly responsive and attentive. They were able to schedule an appointment for me to bring in my car for an estimate within a few days, which was much sooner than I had expected.During the estimate appointment, their staff took the time to thoroughly examine my car and explain the repairs that would be necessary. They also provided me with a detailed breakdown of the cost and timeline for the repairs, which was very helpful.Throughout the entire repair process, Garner collision maintained excellent communication with me. They provided frequent updates on the status of my car, including photos of the progress, and were always available to answer any questions I had.To top it all off, Garner collision completed the repairs earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new - they did an incredible job!Overall, I highly recommend Garner collision for anyone in need of auto collision repair. Garner did and amazing job on my Cadillac! Told me they were super busy and would take them two weeks and they had it done in 5 days!!! Very nice and professional people and awesome costumer service! Worst experience in my life. They oversprayed the interior of my new truck and tried to deny it. I addition to the interior, chrome wheels and side rails oversprayed. Every panel installed was crooked with missing screws, broken clips, damaged trim. It took a whole year to repair half of the damage they did. Forced to take Kenny to court. This is Not Mark Garners Collision (the original owner).Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My son is in college in Carrollton and was in an accident. Garner was recommended by the insurance adjuster. They were so easy to work with, so friendly and professional. The work was done on time and done well. They even washed the truck and cleaned the inside of it before he picked it up. It was a real relief to get to work with a business that was so honest and did great work when I am over 2 hours away and could not visit the business in person. I hit a deer and Garner Collision did an AMAZING job fixing my car. They got me in and out very fast and worked extremely hard to find all of the parts I needed.
