Been going here for a while now, anything my car needs I tend to towards Express to get it looked at and take care of.Most recent experience was great, as they usually are.Oil change took no time at all, Dylan and crew did an awesome job and also gave me an estimate and some recommendations on some things that needed done on the car.Will definitely be headed here again for anything I may need for my cars maintenance.

We took our Sequoia by this morning and got the oil changed and a headlight bulb fixed. Dylan was very professional and knowledgeable, and he was very intentional in telling us the best services to extend the life of our family car as much as possible. We were very pleased with our experience!

The customer service was definitely worth 5 stars. All of my questions and concerns were answered in a clear and straight forward manner. Even though I did not schedule an appointment and the bay was obviously busy I was worked in quickly and my issue resolved. Thank you Mr. Chris and the the technicians that assisted me!

Excellent customer service in the repair shop from C.Brown. Drop my car off at 8 and had it back in a few hours. Def recommend using them and will Def be back!Great price. Great service.

Express Oil on Central Rd is our go-to shop for our personal vehicles as well as our entire fleet for our company. Curt always takes care of us and our entire company. I never have to worry about our vehicles when they are in his hands. From the actual mechanical service, to the customer service and communication - it is 100% professional yet family-style service a kind of relationships! We can t recommend them enough!

Great crew of awesomeness. Reasonable price for your vehicle needs. I recommend everyone if you re in need of vehicle repairs, tune up, oil change , alignment and brakes. Whatever it may be visit express oil change 1st. For a lot of my vehicle needs, 1 stop shop. Great work you guys.

I go to express oil change everytime I need my oil changed. They are always very fast and friendly. Eli helped me today and was awesome! I think if they had roller blades it would help speed up the process and entertain the customers.

These guys are incredible at what they do. Changed my oil and checked the service engine light that was on. They are super nice and professional and not in a rush to get you in and out. I would highly recommend them for servicing of your vehicle.

Travis and Parks services me today and they were EXCELLENT. Went over and beyond on my oil change and even where able to diagnose and turn off a pesky light that was not giving a problem code. Love this place

They told me the A/C belt and tensioner needed replaced. I bought the parts and scheduled an appointment. I get there and they start work on it at 11:15. They drive it around at 11:35 and tell me its done. They charged me $175 dollars for 15 to 20 minutes of work. I don't think they put the tensioner on but didn't give me the tensioner back. What a rip off place ! I shouldn't have to give a bad review like this. Especial since I'm a 76 year old female and veteran. The damage has already happened ! Too late for excuses !

Branon is a LEGEND! I love him he rocks he is my best friend now because he changed my oil in a top speed of 1 second. LOVE HIM. Eli is obviously amazing as I agree with all the other reviews ! He is a gentleman and is so respectful! I appreciate his hard work and dedication to excellence in customer satisfaction! If you have a question, just ask! Our oil changes are always quick at Express on Central High Rd. Job performance as expected is all a company could ask for! Elli does his job with professionalism! Corporate store. Way too expensive compared to other places. Bought new tires and had a couple oil changes here recently and just paid $54 to patch a tire. Time to find a new place for my service needs. Looking for local owned.

Had service here on 10/28/23. This was the best experience I have had!! I am a regular customer and yes the service is good (everytime),but this particular time impressed me the most. Casey made me very comfortable by really going into detail about what needs to be replaced on my vehicle such as my air filters. I have always been the type person that does not really feel comfortable in letting people do repairs to my vehicle. I like to gain trust first and feel like the person really knows their products and has a great deal of knowledge & experience. Casey had all the above and made my experience very comfortable. These guys also seemed to be good team players! I also would like to give Valentino a great review as well. He did a great job gathering my info and being a great team player.I recommend this business.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Eli was very kind and helpful! He completed my oil change very quickly. I also was able to get new tires while I was there. I will be coming back tomorrow to get my ABS sensor repaired. Everyone was very kind and helpful.Update: I came back today to get my ABS sensor repaired! Casey was so extremely helpful and was able to get it fixed quickly! I have taken my car to 4N auto for the same issue, and they charged me over $800. I was able to get tires, an oil change, and my sensor fixed for less than that! I ve been a repeat customer to this location due to the staff and management being honest, kind people. They have helped me with all my vehicle needs. (Oil change, air filters, battery, tires, wiper blades, etc.) Great work and reasonably priced.Today I had the pleasure of being helped by Austin, he was a very patient, nice young man. I've used this location for over 10 years and I always get quick solutions to my various mechanical issues -- in addition to quick oil changes. Eli always gives me clear options and prices and all the staff is super friendly! Any other location in Carrollton you have to wait two hours or have an appointment and STILL wait. I drove straight into a bay at 8:15 and will be out in 15 minutes!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change
