Only called .Was trying to find a set of coils for a car although it was not in stock it could be ordered next day .which was good because the dealer wanted 3 weeks to get the part and could not identify what exactly it was I needed without me having to dismantle the rest of my car to identify it for them . people were fast and very nice with what I was trying to to locate .I ended up not using them and went to a junkyard for my part.which turned out great as well .

I needed a battery for my 2019 kia optima and the dealership wanted $360 after discount. Car quest had one in stock for $215 with a 3 year warranty. Guys behind the counter were polite and quick and knew what they were talking about. I would definitely return.

The older man that answered the phone sounds depressed. If you are to call and he answers, good luck. The man definitely sounds like he hates his job. Maked me feel like I was calling someone at a inconvenient time and not feeling like talking/interacting

My first experience of the store was great the second one I didn t even get to order parts because the person who answered the phone was so ridiculously rude that I couldn t even talk to him to give them the information I need to to get the part that I need the man I spoke to the second time was completely incompetent young lady I spoke to the first time I order from the store was very informed and knew how to do her job in general and had great customer service
