We trusted them with our car, just to have them lie about changing a headlight that was charged over 2000 dollars, runs in the paint on every surface that was touched over lapping panels, and other issues. We took it back for a correction and was charged again for a headlight and still it looks like dirt is in the paint, and lots of alignment issues.It is now at a different body shop with over $2000 dollars in paint corrections. Thank god for insurance!!!Please work on the quality of work and be honest to the people that trust you company>

To say this is a good or even decent repair shop would be the biggest lie I ve ever told in my life. I would urge anyone to stay as far away from here as humanly possible, and the crazy part is, I ve had work done here many years ago. The only reason I came here was because my trunk wouldn t close and it was the only Caliber who had availability. The first impression I got was ehh, mostly because the girl who works at the front has a very unwelcoming energy but as long as my car gets fixed I don t care. They had my car for two weeks and called me to pick it up on February 6. I was literally just handed the keys and told everything was repaired. No one walked me around my car. No one explained what work was done, nothing! As soon as I get home the same day I notice an abnormal gap between the trunk lid and the rear bumper. I immediately take pictures and let State Farm know. The following Monday I called Caliber and told them. They asked if I could bring my car back but I explained I wouldn t have time, but would let them know when I was available. Fast forward and I was finally free to drive back to Carrollton. I explained to the receptionist my issue and she took my car to the back and returned about 15 minutes later and said the gap is normal. I told her I can stick � of my finger in the gap and it wasn t normal and my tail lights weren t even aligned. She had me wait on the manager, he took the car back while I waited in the waiting room for like a hour just to tell me my model has a large gap in that area. He did say the glue they used on my replacement light was coming off and it needing replacing. He follow up by taking a picture of my trunk and said he was going to send it to his regional manager to confirm what size gap is acceptable. I was supposed to get a call back and never did. I had to keep calling Caliber and State Farm just to be told my replacement tail light was in. I asked about the gap and he said it ll be looked at while the light was getting replaced. He did say he measured some lady s car who has the same make and model to compare the gap sizes. To me, this was absolutely absurd because we have no idea what has happened to this woman s car. When I asked why not just go straight to Honda to confirm the sizehe said I could go and have them call him. I asked what would happen if Honda sided with me and said the gap was excessively large? The manger s response was have them call me and we ll go from there . At this point I stopped my interactions with Caliber.State Farm has confirm that was a crap repair. Water gets inside the tail lights of the new trunk. The lights aren t aligned on the trunk lid and bumper. You have to use more force than necessary to close the trunk. And of yeah you can stick your fingers inside while it s closed.Not only is the repair shop deplorable, the people have bad attitudes from the girl at the desk to the insurance agent who is here. No customer should ever be gaslit to think their work is ok or acceptable because it s not. I hope someone from corporate reads this and takes necessary steps to prevent other people from experiencing the headache of dealing with this branch.

Caliber Collision did an outstanding job on my car ! I was very impressed with the care and professionalism they showed while repairing my car and so appreciated the continuous updates they gave me via text messages during the time they had my vehicle in their care. I highly recommend them to anyone needing body work done on their vehicle. In my opinion, they are the best !

My husband had his truck fixed here from an accident the insurance paid but they did a jam up job. We will be taking things to them more often. And the customer service was outstanding they texted him every morning to let him know the status on the truck. Very great place I highly recommend them

Deer damaged grill and headlight. Caliber collision performed Excellent workmanship and also top notch customer service by Scott & Ivy!! Kept updated regularly and I definitely recommend them!!

Good shop overall. Haven't driven the truck much since getting it out of the shop, but everything appears to be working and the body repairs are good. Only thing that hampered the completion of the work was parts availability. Shouldn't count that against the shop, but when they told me that a bumper bracket was 7-weeks out (and they had the truck tore down and unsafe to drive), it was unacceptable. I asked if they could gently bend the damaged bracket back in shape and that's precisely what they did. A little over 3-weeks in the shop, and I had my truck back. As stated above, overall a good job and pleasant experience with the shop manager.

Fantastic work guys. Worked with my insurance and got me in a rental for the duration of my repair which was around 11 days. Would highly recommend. Hopefully I won t need them again (due to any accidents)but if I do I ll be there !Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Max and his team did a great job on my Focus! The whole team is patient and kind toward their customers. When I turned my SUV over to Max Murrah he made sure that I understood the entire process from beginning to end and that made me feel a lot better about having to leave my "baby" with them. Very happy with the work done on my car. It took about a week longer than I thought it would but I am assuming this was due to my insurance company dragging their feet. I was kept up to date on the process the entire time and Ivy was wonderful to deal with. Even stayed late the day I picked up because of my commute from work. Repair work was flawless. Only complaint is that I was asked to please accommodate to pick up my car on Friday the 30th by 4pm not at 4pm so they could close there month out and was told it wasn't ready once I had already altered my schedule to pick it up near noon time and was 10 minutes away. This won't cause a problem for you if you have a flexible schedule unlike myself. Work was done perfectly and that's what matters.

The process was very swift and easy. Caliber kept me updated through out the process, they didn t take too long to complete the repairs, and the cosmetic repairs were very good. Overall I had a good experience.

Pleasantly surprised at how they were able to source the new front end parts and trim for a 2012 Mercedes CLS550, in addition to perfectly matching the black metallic flake finish. I recently rear ended someone and needed the entire front bumper and headlights replaced along with a little paint and body work in my 2018 expedition. The scheduling of my drop off appointment was flawless, dropping off my car was an absolute breeze and I was kept up to date on the progress daily. It was estimated to take 2 weeks to fix but took 8 days. Because of timing, my new pick up day was going to be Friday but I was going out of town. Not only did the techs finish Thursday so I could have my car for the trip, they stayed late to do so. Even the detailer made sure the car looked impeccable before I drove off. Conner and Scott were awesome and the techs that put in the time and effort to get me out of my rental, I can t thank them enough. I would absolutely recommend using them if needed.

I loved my experience w the staff at Caliber. Their customer service was impeccable. They kept me updated on my vehicle from the time I dropped it off until It was time to pick it up. I was very impressed with my repairs. This is now my Go to place if I ever need body work done again. Hopefully, I won't need anything but if I do this will be the place. This establishment used to be reputable. However, these last few months have been a nightmare. The first time I picked up my car they installed the wrong headlights (rather than reach out to me first, they decided to install what they wanted). They were kind enough to let me bring the car back. During the drive home after the second pick up, one side marker light popped out and the other s light bulb burned out . My car was sitting at their shop for weeks at a time. While they waited for a part from Amazon . I ended up just picking up my car and telling them to call me. A month later and guess who still hasn t received a call? The receptionist is rude as well. They must have gotten new management because they used to be such a wonder to work with.Service: Body & Trim
