Needed a window for my 2008 Dodge Avenger. They have great prices and excellent customer service. They also allowed me to return an part I didn't need with no problem. I left very satisfied.

They put a motor in my son s 2003 Ford Expedition and also have an heater core put in my 1999 Ford Expedition. I have been satisfied with the work they did and I also like that they all are so friendly. Love listening to Marty joking, I recommend anyone that need car repairs or parts to give them a call

I called for a part, and my friend Ronnie was not only helpful but kind. It took a day for him to verify that my part was goid before he sold it to me. He did everything to make the purchase happen, and always did what he said he would do. Ronnie is highly recommended, you can tryst thus man!Thanks, Ronnie, I'll be buying from you again!Michael Whitney

From the very 1st time i walked into the door at Bell's Motors Inc. I was treated like family. You know as a woman you don't always feel that comfortable walking around and automotive place. But at Bell's Motors I was made to feel so comfortable that I sat around there talking with Marty, his granddaughter and the other guys that were working there for about 45 minutes. Not only was it a comfortable friendly environment but the service was excellent as well. From now on any of my automotive needs will be at Bells Motors Inc. Definitely a five-star review.....

Nice people, but so disorganized. They wasted 2 hours of my time without ever finding The Thing that they said. Yeah, come on, we got it so I drove 30 miles and waited 2 hours for them to apologize and they were.Very nice about it, but I won't be back.

I come all the way from Decatur, Ga to get my car fixed they tell you the exactly what s wrong without ripping you off. Mark always takes care of me and my family We love Bell s Motors it s definitely worth the drive.

Sketchy dump of a "business".Since someone responded, I didn't see any striving during my visit. I suggest doing what you say you'll do, being more clear on prices and fees, and a lot more professionalism.

I called and got a response immediately. Came down and the owner, Marty, was very helpful. He sent someone out to grab the part I needed and chatted with me until my stuff was ready. Got just what I needed too!

Great place, and even better people that work there. I went for a bulb for my headlight for my 2004 Jeep and they had it, helped me put it on and they were just all around generous people. Ask for Marty he s the best!!

The rear end in my Tahoe needed replaced. Not only did they have my part at a reasonable price, the owner Mark Bell had his driver deliver it all the way in Blue Ridge, Ga to the mechanic for me. They have excellent customer service!! I always contact them for all my car needs! Thank y'all so much!!!

I'm thankful for everyone their , I have had to shop for numerous parts for all makes of cars & trucks.They have always had a great selection to choose from from late model to older reliable choices as well. This place has had everything I was looking for 90% of the time if not they could get or lead me to it. Always helpful, I have dealt with Marty over the year at other salvage yards he is one of the most knowledgeable guys,he know parts..And great prices. I love this place it's been a big help to me.

Had an engine swap done on a 2002 Toyota 4Runner and 1 year or so later and running just fine. Great service, fair pricing, job done on time.

I recently bought a transmission from Bell sThe transmission would not work in the vehicle because the plugs were different. I called Bell s back and they refund my money with no hassle. Great customer service. Thanks Bell s

Easy to do business with. Eager to help and get the job done. We asked the man who picked up our car if they would remove the radio for us since it was not damaged and we had just installed it. He said he would get back to us, later that day the yard called us to come pick up our radio. We were very pleased with our experience. Thank you!!

Marty Hartsfield is the man to see here. He is extremely knowledgeable on new and used car parts. He was able to help me locate the parts I needed with a reasonable price. I recommend everybody to Bells motors.

Bell's motors is an awesome place to purchase your used auto parts. Big Money Marty stands by their product and labor. If you have a problem they do not hesitate to fix it. I totally recommend Bell's motors for your Used Auto parts Needs. I will Continue to utilize Bell motor's in the near Future. Mark and Jeremy are the Best. They will get you Right.

This place was a lifesaver! My wife and I traveled from Dalton GA to get a wheel to replace the cracked one we were driving on to a place called Gray & White who told us they had it but when we get there and wait for 30 minutes they tell me they don't have it, that where bell's come in and saves the day. Bell's treated us like family and tried to make up for the mistake and poor customer service the other guys have and they succeeded. This place went above and beyond and had earned a repeat customer even though we live so far away but it's worth the drive.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! WHAT KIND A BUSINESS IS THIS! We are a car dealership and we order parts from different places very often all the time they accept check or credit card. A few days ago we order some parts from this shop and they accepted a check. Yesterday we order an engine for a 2005 F150 , today we were waiting for it, we put the car on the lift when the engine arrived they only want cash as a method of payment , I tried to pay by check or credit card but they didn't want it. We are wondering IF THEY DON'T WANT TO PAY TAXES or somebody wants to steel some money. I CALL AT THE OFFICE NUMBER BUT THEY DIDN'T RESOLVE MY ISSUE. I hope the owner can see this review and contact me. We are a serious business. On the website says that they accept credit card.They wasted my time, my mechanic time. They don't care. Please I hope you can help me.

After going to two other auto parts businesses and leaving disappointed, we were able to find the part we needed at Bell's Motors. The service was great and the price was right! They've earned a new customer!!
