1st time there and service was awesome and the price was so much cheaper than the other place down the road. The office lady was friendly and very professional the mechanic went out of his way to help me get my bike off of my trailer when he was already busy and the only one there at the time. Then the owner showed up, great guy he was in dress clothes he assured me he was changing into his work attire and getting my bike to me as soon as possible and it was less than 45m in and out. Couldn't be happier

Got my new tires put on and balanced. Mr. Dennis is a master of the craft and a funny dude. Definitely gonna be taking my bikes to him until he retires. 11/10 recommend!

Dennis and his skilled mechanics never ceased to impress me with their communication, progress and completion of my motorcycle repair. I have a 1985 Honda Goldwing and I couldn t find anyone that would look at it or wanted to work on it let alone finding someone you felt you could trust. I put my bike in shop to replace the tires and breaks. When I got it back out the breaks were hand tight. I started down the road and my rear break caliper fell off and got jammed into the brand new tire. I was barely able to pull over and had it trailer back to their shop. They replaced the bolts on the rear. When I got the bike back home I noticed my front calipers making a noise because they were only hand tight too and another bolt had fell out.

I absolutely love these people. They do fantastic work very well priced always out to help a person in need. I've used them many times before and will use them for as long as they stay in business. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND taking your bikes there. And Jami who answers the phone is just so sweet

I have brought my bike here about 6 times. This man and his crew do all they can to get you in and out quick with quality work. If there is ever any issue caused by them the owner goes above and beyond what is necessary to make things right and keep your business. Very courteous and professional. These guys are the best around period! Very fast turn around also had my bike done in 30 mins when I brought it in the first time for oil change. They even went the extra mile to tighten my loose exhaust after installing the sensor I needed for my second visit. Fair prices and great customer service. Will always bring my bike to them to be worked on. I encourage anyone else to do the same.Service: Electrical repair

The Technician did a great job. Unfortunately for them the owner quoted me one price and up charged me an extra $200 with no warning. I do not recommend this place. I will never return to this place. If I could give them 0 Stars I would...

They had my bike for a month then they call me told me it was ready. I go pick it up after hours and it s in pieces. And the only thing I wanted was my carburetor cleaned and I took it to different places to fix it and they told that this place did nothing to it but take it apart. If I could give 10 stars I would!!! From one business owner to another, even though we are in very different fields of work, I thoroughly enjoyed doing business with these fantastic people!!!! Nothing but customer service and hard work from these guys!! Took my '11 GSXR600 to them, it was there for 2 hours then I got a call back to come get it, they told me and showed me what was wrong, explained it, and turned it on to show they fixed it. I definitely recommend them for any repair work!! Great service, extremely timely manner, and tons of respect all around! If anything needs tea airs on my bike, I will absolutely be a return customer! Also, you can't beat their prices anywhere, go ahead and look, I double dare ya!!!! Thank you basic cycle, y'all got me riding again!!!!

This was my first time to visit Basic Cycle. They were recommended by another bike repair shop that were unable to perform the repair I needed. I was made to feel like I had been doing business with them for ages. Every one there was friendly, polite and professional.

Great place! I took my bike there and will never take it anywhere else. Mechanics there are knowledgeable and very helpful. Sport bikes, cruisers, atvs, utvs, you name it, they fix it. Would definitely recommend.

Been buying tires there for years, always personal customer svc. I have 2 sport bikes and they only get shoes from basic cycles. Sure you could save a few bucks and buy online but in the end it's not worth the minor difference. Dennis is great and Brian the shop tech is very knowledgable. Great place to take your bike.

They work on all types of motorcycles. They don't do big internal engine rebuilds. But for the money spent on oil changes, tires and lights. They do a good job.
