I noticed this week my battery was slow to turnover. I came in this morning and asked for someone to check it for me. The associate was very friendly, greeting me as I walked in. She was knowledgeable about my car and the battery it would need. She installed it for me. All with a friendly attitude and smile.Thank you Krista? Christa?I appreciate you!Shane

I shopped at the AutoZone #2022 on Bankhead Highway in Carrollton today. I was assisted by a gentleman who was talking to a woman in the aisle near the register. I used my debit card and entered my pin to pay, only to turn around and see the woman s phone camera is aimed right at me and the keypad I had just entered my information on. I told him that made me very uncomfortable. I will watch my bank account and NEVEt shop there again.

The last 2 times I've visited this particular store, I'm met with an employee who really doesn't care to help. Hoping he is just having a bad 2 weeks and gets better because we will have to shop a competitor if I can't get adequate help. Prices are the save as competition and maybe I can get assistance elsewhere. I HATE leaving less than positive reviews:(

I d give 0 stars if I could. We ordered a part to be shipped to the store, and have been told 4 different delivery times. We ve been there 3 times now to pickup this part. And still don t have it. This last time they even specifically told us it was there and when we got there they didn t see it. They won t give us a refund. Say it wont let them on the computer. And they won t call a manager to help them figure it out. Just don t go here.

I would like to thank you for exploring all options available and for helping me find the right motor for my wipers. This is why I love auto zone. To the young lady who told me to take the motor off and bring it in, you my hero, to the young man who found them hidden number and typed them in, and bam, there it was, you my hero. They have been very accommodating in getting what I needed. The staff are helpful as well. There was an issue where after having a part ordered, the following day I was told the part was never ordered. I call back a couple minutes later and they tell me that they do have the part, but it wasn't already paid for. Maybe an update to their systems is due? I'm not sure, but a situation like that could've easily gotten way out of hand if a more disgruntled customer was on the line, especially if it was already paid for. Other than that, I haven't had any other negative experiences.

They were so friendly and helpful. I had a bad battery and they went above and beyond to help get a replacement where as an employee at the South Park Street store had basically turn me away to a mechanic to get a battery and put it in because my battery goes in the floor board. I bought the battery to be replaced there the last time.I stick with the Bankhead Store.

I love this location. However, the employee Dave is rather reluctant to ever help customers and this is not the first occurrence of this. I was put on hold 3 separate times within an hour or so. I called 1 last time and the store manager Kenny picked up on the first ring and was able to assist me very quickly. I am just disappointed at Dave as he did not even seem to make an effort to help. Kenny is fantastic though and Autozone definitely needs more employees like him.

I have always had a good experience if I remember correctly. All of the aisles are neatly organized and well marked. Prices usually well visible. If you cant find what you are looking for or have questions, the staff always seems friendly, knowledgeable, and has a love for cars. I would recommend it here.

Great guys up front. Needed a new battery while on a work trip. Had the right battery and loaned me the tools needed to change in the spot.

We needed a new truck battery fast. We got a great discount between having autozone points and military discount. Customer service was great. The guy had our battery installed in less than 10 minutes. Great store!

Came in to buy a few battery terminals, I usually come to this store because they are one of the few that honor military discounts, well last week Margie felt as if see needed to question my term of service herself even though it was stated on my government I.D. even though it was stated on my I.D see feels the need to tell me I don't look old enough to be a veteran, and continued to be disrespectful about the situation. Stay away from here folks, if they treat your vets like scum I'm sure those they feel aren't to their standards don't have much of a chance for decent help. Tried calling local corporate office to resolve the issue and Mr. Beaver the district manager feels as if this type of disrespect is okay from his employees.

Guy there rude as hell lied rushing customer when not ignoring them kept turning out lights and spraying aerosol spray around store and close to customers some which had asthma .were supposed to be open for another 45 min but this guy just seemed to be trying to close early.

I can't say how many times I have left some place after receiving good service and said to myself Im going to write or call the corporate office to let someone know what a exceptional employe they have. I've done more calling about my complaints. I've done my share of trying to work on cars to save money and Mike has always been very helpful and made me feel as if he really appreciates me as a customer. Well today was no exception. Mike went over and above my expectations in his service.

It's an autozone. Not much more to day there. The store is kept up well and items sufficiently stocked. One of the employees however is always rude and has an attitude, even when you approach him with a smile and friendly greeting.

Mack C helped me with my issues with my Mercedes Truck. I swear this man was God sent. He was friendly, knowledgeable and had patience with a woman who knows very little about cars lol Meanwhile Romero B I guess the manager kept antagonizing Mack to hurry up in so many words. He maintained professionalism and continued to work effectively to find what was wrong. Again I say Kudos to Mack C great employee.

Wow is all u can say for these wonderful people.Let me just say forever grateful.Went to the store to just have codes checked, only to find out it was multiple codes and problems. They found an evap leak and quickly told me and even reappaced the piece of hose to fix the issue, then they addressed a bigger issue. My battery light was on. After determining that it was my alternator, we found that thankfully it was under warranty.And not being able to afford a mechanic to pull and replace it I was concerned. However one of the gentleman working there offered to change it for me. It took 30 mins and my vehicle was better than ever. When I offered to pay him or buy him lunch he gracefully declined saying only that it made him happy to help.This is by far the most amazing customer service I have ever had... ANYWHERE HANDS DOWN!!!They are amazing. Every one of the people there! I will be going back and I will be sending all my friends and family to them for assistance in the automotive field!

I had a tail light out and I had no idea how to change it. I called before I went to see if they can change it for me. The guy on the phone was pretty short with me but when I arrived they gentleman who helped me was very sweet he even replaced the bulb for me.

I had a problem with a defective purchased part. The store manager (Mr. Stapleton) went above and beyond to help me resolve a difficult problem. I got my truck running because of his help.This customer service guaranteed a repay customer to Auto Zone as my go to store for vehicle parts!
