My recent visit was 5 stars! Everyone was honest and upfront from the start. Had spark plugs and wires replaced on my Tahoe. When I went to pick it up, they had topped off all the fluids and checked the battery voltage, without even asking! Thank you Elite for the excellent service!

Messed up my granny s car, and still charged her to fix . She had to take it a third time to get checked and fixed from a different shop.Waited to fix my cars days after parts arrived due to their heavy schedule but had no problem fitting in someone that I referred to the company on the same day that they were too busy to work on mine.Paid over $1400 in service. When car was picked up, there were codes showing that have never shown before. When asked if they could check it out, they were too booked and I would have to wait, even though the issue only surfaced after the car being in their possession. Also have a burning smell coming from my car that wasn t even there before needing repairs! Will not be back!Update: just brought the car out to be checked and the owner started fussing at me. The new issues that the car has after being fixed by the shop, will be fixed by a different company.Awful experience. Awful owner and management.Op top of all this, 6 days later and my car is now flashing red saying my car has no brake fluid ( another issue they fixed ). At this point, this company has caused MAJOR inconveniences for me. After having my car for two weeks, they caused more damage than they fixed.

Amazing shop!!!! Have used them 3 times myself and always top notch quality work and amazing communication. Have found my new go to shop and local people who aren t trying to price gouge. Will definitely keep recommending this shop to friends and family you don t see honest shops anymore! Thanks again Tj for being easy to work with will definitely be back!

It's hard to find good, honest mechanics like TJ nowadays. I brought my car to them for routine maintenance and tune-up, and they gave me a fair price with clear expectations. TJ took my car first thing in the morning and returned it before the evening. TJ and Wesley are both phenomenal guys to work with and get your cars worked on by. They get right down to the root of the problem with your vehicle and give a step by step game plan on getting it fixed.Communication is on point here and I wouldn t hesitate to send my friends and family for anything and everything.

Wonderful, respectful and a great experience with these guys. We just bought a Honda Pilot from them and will definitely be going back if we need another automobile! Definitely recommend them!!!!!

Truck was in for transmission repairs, brakes were acting up as well. They told me it was the master cylinder, they replaced the master cylinder and assured me it would stop on a dime. The brakes were no better than they were when I dropped it off. Long story short.....it just needed a rear brake job. I do not recommend this place.

Came here to buy a vehicle that was agreed on price and when we came down to purchase time, the owner backed out of the price. We drove all the way from South Carolina to see this vehicle. The owner wasn t even at the location and was speaking to us through messenger. Offered to give us gas money for our trouble and then called his maintenance guy and said don t give us gas money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE LIARS.

When Angel TJ genuinely cared enough to help after hours. When he diagnosed the reason for my flat tire. When he gave honest options. When the new tire is ordered, arrived and a arrival call is made. When the owner Wesley ensured all of my tires where topped off with air.That's Excellence in Service.I would give them 1M Stars I am willing to drive three hours, bring my other vehicle for diagnosis.Thank you again, Elite Used Cars!

So I brought my car here because it kept running hot after changing the thermostat housing, water housing and coolant reservoir. I was all put of ideas and fed up with it. These guys were great with everything from staying over to wait on me to drop it off, to coming and getting it. They had it fixed in no time and gave me all the insight into how and what the problems were. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

These guys are top notch and fast. My car was having a issue that I attributed to transmission problems. The mechanic Allen diagnosed the issue within a 1 mile drive and had my car fixed within 2 days. He also saved me a bunch of money as the issue was not transmission related. Since then, Elite Autos has worked on a number of vehicles the company I work for owns. They have fixed them in a timely manner for a very reasonable cost. This isn't some tire & oil shop, these guys are the real deal!

The owner agreed to a price on a truck and I drove all the way from another state to buy it. I get to the dealership and he says he put the wrong price. Then he says he is going to pay for my gas and then he tells his worker not to give me any gas money. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!! They are crooks!!!

Great shop. Westly and TJ take care of all my mechanical needs. I trust them with my 2016 Honda Odyssey that carries my wife and 3 kids all over from TN, FL, and PA.
