Great family run business! Heather even drove me to get my rental car because I didn't have anyone to ask, being new to the area, then she and her husband drove back there to drop my car off to me when it was done. Looks great as well. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. Definitely recommend them!

Just want to say that the people at CP&B did a great job on my car. Dropped it off on Wednesday and was ready by Friday. Very quick and professional and did a great job. Front bumper was replaced due to hitting a dog and they also cleaned the inside of the car and washed the whole car. Awesome! Awesome! Worth the wait, they are very busy and for a good reason!! When I picked up my Honda Accord I was so happy with the work that was done. The whole right side of my car had been scratched and dented from a hit & run. It is as good as new! Not only that, my whole car inside and out was clean and polished. The wheels and tires...like new. Wow, was I impressed. Heather is the one that will schedule you and take care of you in the office. So service friendly and personable. Best body shop hands down! They re busy, so you might have to wait, but I felt like my car was brand new off the lot when I picked it up. From a deep scratch to a dent from a deer, you can t tell that there was anything wrong. Super sweet and great at keeping you informed along the way. Car was even cleaned when we picked it up! 100% recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My family has used this body shop twice now, and the work this time by Jason on the badly damaged rear of my Subaru after a wreck is perfect. It looks new. Heather was even more helpful this time (if that is possible) when dealing with the insurance company and Rental Car Co. If you're in Athens it's worth the drive. If you live closer to Carnesville, you already know how great a team Jason and Heather are.

There are paint and body guys and then there's Jason. To say he's the Picasso of paint matching, the DaVinci of body work and the Clark Howard of reasonable pricing is not a stretch. He's worked on several cars for me, the last being a 1970 Camaro. Based on the damage to the front fender I didn't think it was possible to repair. For Jason, it was just another day at the office. The lines and creases were perfect, I couldn't have been happier. Heather in the front office is always a pleasure to deal with. Take your ride to Jason, you will not be disappointed.

Very fast, very trustworthy. I have use them since 2011 and I refuse to use anyone else period. They always make sure the job is done to the fullest expectation. They always go above and beyond to make sure you have your car back in a timely manner. Back in December my husband wrecked my Camaro and heather was very upfront with me, she told me they were behind and didn t know if they could get it done fast, I didn t care because I will wait for good work over going somewhere else that I don t trust.I have recommended several to them and they all have the best experience and have said they will never go anywhere else !!!!! You can t find good people anymore that love their job most are just out for money , BUT I m here to tell you that is not them they are out to make sure you have the best experience you can have!Just great people and service all around.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Heather was great. My car was taken care of in spite of parts not shipping to them in a timely fashion, in order for them to do the repairs. All due to COVID-19.They kept me informed of their progress and they worked with my insurance company to get the entire job done. Great company . Excellent results.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was involved in a auto accident. And I could get my suv to my family s body shop out of state so I found one close to my home. They treated me very well. they are knowledgeable and very friendly. They did an amazing job on the repairs. And did so in a timely fashion. Kept me up to date on what was going on with it. I highly recommend this shop to anyone. I waited to write this review so I could articulate correctly the facts and not just my frustrations. My truck was hit in November by a State Farm insured vehicle. State Farm required me to go to one of their body shops and told me they wouldn t cover all the damages if I went to someone else. Carnesville Pant and body was the only one I could drive to since I couldn t put any gas in my car. I waited for a month and then was told to pick it up. Upon receiving my car, I noticed the paint job was different. The owner told me that they used a two stage system instead of my one stage paint. She told me she couldn t paint the whole car or do the same paint. After multiple weeks and multiple lies between State Farm and the shop, I realized I should have gotten my insurance involved in the first place. I have a friend that connected me with another shop and they are going to paint my car for me. The paint shop told me that they get the money from State Farm, and Carnesville paint and body always works with State Farm.What really frustrates me is the lies. I was told multiple lies to the point after I took the truck, they were still lying. They told me my paint was faded and that s why it looked different. I drove it to Toyota of Athens and they color matched it perfect to new paint. State Farm said they went by the shop and couldn t tel the difference, even though I already brought the truck home. How did they look at my truck if it wasn t there when they reported they came. Overall, even though Carnesville s paint and body was nice , I have told everyone I know not to use them.I just wanted my truck to look like it was supposed to. Someone backed into my PARKED car and I now have to see a my truck two different colors essentially.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great experience with Carnesville Paint and Body! 3 day turn around. 1st time doing business with them and I definitely recommend their services!! They took care of everything from getting my care fixed to working with the insurance company. They went the extra mile of buffing out the other headlight which they didn t have to do. My wife said it looked like they vacuum the car. Impressive! Will use them in the future if need be. Thanks Carnesville Paint and Body!!

I don't usually bother offering reviews, but great service deserves special recognition. My car suffered a sizable amount of damage after an unfortunate run-in with a deer, and I thought my car was gone. It was easily and beautifully restored in a timely manner (once insurance got on the ball).Beyond just the physical service, the staff was wonderfully communicative and ready to accommodate or help in any fashion available to them. They sincerely care about you as a customer, and they're actively looking for ways to better their business (towards your end).Definitely come to them if you need any paint and/or body work---you won't regret it.

We broke down on the side of the interstate and we called Carnesville Paint & Body and they went above and beyond our expectations. They were on site within 15 to 20 minutes, very respectful and the customer service is spectacular. If you like to use a company that helps there customers then please use them! Great people, even better service!!

An automobile accident in our family resulted in a particularly difficult personal situation for us, and Jason and Heather were very attentive to all of our concerns. I have dealt with so many businesses that cared more about their bottom line than their customers, but the owners of Carnesville Paint and Body showed so much integrity! And of course the car was returned very clean and put back better than new. I would definitely return. Great folks!

They came highly recommended from some well established people in the community. I'll admit I was little concerned after we picked up our car and few things started going south fairly quick, but we made a phone call to them and they came back to my house, picked up the car and within a day or so had everything squared away. They kept their word on guaranteeing the work so as far as I'm concerned they've earned my business from here forward.

I have been taking my vehicles to Carnesville Paint and Body for over 10 years. Wouldn't trust mine with anyone else. Heather and Jason make you feel welcome and at ease and they are always honest. Great work done by all involved with Carnesville Paint and Body. My truck looks brand new again. It was even cleaner than I brought it to them. Can t tell at all where the deer tried to tackle my front fender. Fantastic job.

Heather was so friendly and helpful! She even took me home so I could leave my car right away. My car looked amazing when I got it back. Best of all, there were a few problems (not cosmetic) with the car when I got it back. They immediately came and picked it up, fixed the issues and brought it back a few days later. There were no signs of the deer who committed suicide using my Acura on I85!

I would not have any of my cars. Taken to anyone else. I have had several experiences nothing the Best. They are very professional and care about their Customers. They are the best!! It's a great feeling when take your car to place and not have to worry about it nothing but perfect when you pick it up.

Was in an accident in Franklin county. So I thought they would treat me fair considering their recommendations.. Turns out my insurance increased tremendously,not only from the tow bill,more so from the repair. Word of advice. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SMALL TOWN SHADY SERVICE. Don't get me wrong I used to be from fc. So I'm not speaking down on all . Just these folks for not standing by their word.

Had a tree limb fall on the roof of my car. I called Carnesville Paint and Body immediately. They had my car roof replaced and painted in a timely manner and went above and beyond my expectations.
