I needed help with my daughter's car. She lives 1 hour drive away from me. I drove to her house to get the car. I wasn't sure which auto parts store to go to. She was working a job away and told me where to go. Turns out to be O'Reilly in Canton, GA. A young man named Shay greeted me as I walked in. Told him about the troubles with the car. He went into action mode. He tested the battery and also tested the engine because the ' test engine light ' was on. The tests revealed I needed a new battery, and the engine # 3 and 4 cylinders were not firing properly. He installed a new battery, and my daughter will make an appointment with the dealership. I know if I'm near Canton and in need of auto parts, where I'm going. On the way, I will be hoping Shay is working.

I haven't been to Advanced or Auto Zone in a while because O'Reilly usually beats the price or has the parts I need. The people here are friendly and always helpful. Josh and Shay usually take care of whatever I need.

Customer service was poorly. We stood there for about 5 minutes waiting to be helped while 4 employees were on their phone. 3 employees made direct eye contact and still choose to walk away. Then later on a young guy came to help us but used Orlando s number to do the return then when we asked for the receipt he used his number.

Don t shop at O Reilly s. They do not stand by their warranty and the quality of their products is subpar. The manager didn t do my warranty transaction correctly in their system and told me I just have bought my second set of rotors somewhere else and that the ones I brought back weren t theirs - WRONG! I have now paid for labor 3 times because of poor quality of their products. I was willing to deal with that but not in getting cheated out if my refund for the second set of rotors. $184 is owed to me by O Reilly s. Beyond unimpressed with the manager and how this was handled. Do not shop here, it will cost you more in the long run.

I came in to get a new battery for my wife s car and was really pleased with the service. Orlando had my battery changed really quickly. I just happened to have my two daughters with me and Josh was really sweet to my girls, even giving them a small Barbie doll from the front counter for free. I ve always shopped here because of the availability of parts but I will now make it a point to always come back here. Awesome job guys keep it up!!!

Purchased a battery here last year that was no longer taking a charge. I brought it in for a warranty replacement, but for some reason, it wasn't in the system. With no record of the purchase, they are unable to do an exchange. Even with this, they took my word that I had bought it there and replaced the battery. I really appreciate when a business cares and wants its customers to be happy. That's how you set yourself apart. I will definitely be doing all my auto care shopping here in the future!

Shop here and you ll understand what sets them apart from other parts stores. They know what they re doing and there s typically someone there who will explain what the part is for/why it goes bad. Great community of guys that will help you if you help them!!!

I'm really torn about what I want to say about this place. mostly employees were great they didn't hesitate to help everything was organized well and in it's proper place but there was one employee who was on his phone the whole time I didn't seem to matter to him and everything I needed he seemed to not know or not care thankful the other employees could help and I was able to fix my truck

They always know more than the other "auto" parts stores. Friendly people and fair pricing. Not a high turnover rate of employees, which is nice if you are a regular customer.

This O'Reilly saved us during an emergency while traveling. They were super friendly and had what we needed to replace a caliber and caliber bolts on our truck. Thank you so much Jerry!!!

I really dislike Orlando, he is very rude and talks to people like they know nothing. I dont mind the other reps there they are always helpful and polite. The next time I go and Orlando is there I'm going to request a different person for my parts.

My husband and I were out of our hometown and desperately needed help putting parts on our truck, Orlando was so incredibly helpful and really went out of his way to make sure we were on the road again!

Came here from Autozone because they refused the install claiming it would take 45 minutes which shouldnt matter in my opinion. The guys took care of use and 25 minutes later my fathers truck was purring like a kitten. Will come here from now on for my parts as I need them.

I don't like this place!! And it's not because I lost money I did win money!! Because of their so-called security guards are a joke!! We couldn't even be happy of our winnings because of way the security people acted!!
