They close at 5pm, not 6pm. I pulled up 5 mins before 5 to a closed up store):So disappointed

This store has the best service in the industry! They always go out of their way to make sure you get the right parts when you need them! Larry has saved me on many days! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I would give 6 stars if I could. Robert and Ray are very kind, and very helpful. I've dealt with them on multiple occasions, and they have gone out of their way to take care of me. I can tell they truly care about the customer! This is an independently owned shop...so be sure and shop local...give these guys your business!

Called this store looking for snow chains and after waiting on the phone for 15 min was finally told they had them in stock. Drove another 30 min to this store and when I arrived they had the "new" set of chains sitting out. The bag they were packaged in looked distressed and had been resealed with zip ties and tags to look "new". Paid 220$ for these snow cables and went out to my car. Inspected the bag and noticed the zipper was damaged and noticed one of the drain eyelets was missing and the other was rusted. Took them back into the store and asked them if these had been used. The manager claimed he didn't really look at them so he opened up the bag to find the cables were rusted. Then he claimed that he didn't inspect the product and that's all they had im stock. He then proceeds to tell me that he has more on the way if I wanted to come back in an hour. I told him I didn't have time for that and it was a huge inconvinence for me. I immeditately asked for a refund and asked why this wasn't noticed. When I called he never told me this was all they had in stock. I then asked if there was any gesture they would extend due to the massive inconvience it caused. He said he couldn't help me and I wouldn't find them anywhere else. I then said they had lost me as a customer and he laughed at me and said he didn't care. Found the same chains that day at a 4wd parts store for 140$. Terrible staff and experience, avoid this place.

Stood at the counter for several minutes till someone asked if I could be helped, there were 3 standing behind the counter. Each question I asked about several parts and products I received a rushed answer as if not to bother them. Another customer walked in which appeared to be a constant visitor. The attendant helping me just stopped what he was doing to shoot the breeze with this guy who was just there to hang out. I won't be returning.....

Gosh, great guys behind the counter and they really tried finding my part but alas. The outcome was same as the dealership.. but valiant effort! I'll definitely come there for all my other needs

I have always had a good experience at the Canton store. Their inventory is very large and if they have to order something, it is usually available with 2 days. They are also capable of cross-referencing parts from one manufacturer to the applicable NAPA part, which saves money not having to buy the OEM part.

Highly recommended place to get your parts. I was stuck in traffic due to rain trying to pick up a part I needed and Matt offered to stay a few minutes late so I could get it. Definitely my first choice from now on!

These guys are awesome every time I show up, even for the small tedious things. Some things are more expensive, but the quality is well worth it. I'd rather do the job once and KNOW it's the good stuff.

Ok, so this happened a while back but I tell it anyway. I was looking for a wheel seal for a 1992 full size blazer. I guess the rear end was different than what came with it because the part it called for didn't fit my application. A week of searching, pure nightmare fuel. Anyway I gave the wheel seal I had to them. A few days later they found them. One they had in stock no problem, the other was in Tennessee, I think it was. Anyways, days later I had the parts and was able to put humpty dumpty together again, Thanks a million guys!!!!!

Knowledgeable people and Napa can get things quick if they don't have it in stock. Better than most auto parts stores
