Asked a ton of questions since it was my first time getting the Mercedes serviced away from the dealership. They were very patient & attentive & did major service & brake work and far exceeded my expectations for price, quality & attention to detail! The dealership will never see my car again! I highly recommend Killian.

I took my car to have my tire fixed because it wasn t turning, I left them with the information so they could solve the issue. The following day I got informed that they couldn t work on my car because it was too low . So I told them that I would pick up my car since they couldn t solve the issue. They did extra services on my car that I never asked for and was being billed for them. They gave me a bill for about $4,000.00 for services that I didn t ask for and they didn t do. I would not recommend this place.

Took my car in to get the a/c working and had to Wait a couple days for the temp to get above 60 out for the compressor to work at full capacity. It works GREAT! But besides the fix, I I was so impressed with their constant communication, ease of scheduling, overnight drop off and they even came and picked me up and brought me back to get my car when it was done. They are the best. Count me AMAZED!!! So professional.

Killian automotive is the best shop I have dealt with for my vehicle. Someone stole my catalytic converter and I went to get an estimate from them for a replacement. Once I dropped my vehicle off, they had it ready in ONE DAY. Luckily it was a slower time, but they still were so responsive with communication. Great customer service! I highly recommend!

Like many customers, it's difficult to find trusted auto shops who do the job well. It's why I'm so pleased I stumbled upon Killian Automotive. I needed a big job done, but started with a simple oil change to get a feel for the bigger problem I was having. Their shop is well organized with modern tools and machinery, it's mechanics all uniformed and professional. The Tech Reps exceeded expectations the diagnostics dead-on, so I made an appointment for the more complicated jobs. Our Tahoe's engine and our ride is smoother than the day we bought it--all for a reasonable price. Thanks, guys. Great work!

This is the first time that I took by car to Killian Automotive in Canton, GA. Let me start off by saying that the Customer Service is excellent. I was assisted by Burt at the counter and he explained everything. The car had an engine mount, transmission mount that broke. As well as a solenoid that needed replacing. They also did an oil change as well. Everything was completed the next day and the car was driven and tested by the technician.I just want to say THANK YOU to Burt, technicians and the rest of the staff. All the best.

My water pump went out on my dodge challenger. Was going to take it to a dealership when I read their reviews. I called a lot of shops BUT when I called Killian and spoke to Bobby I felt so comfortable. Like I was talking to a family member. He was patient with my questions no matter how many times I called back. I was only allowed 15 miles for tow and they were approximately 16.5 so I paid the extra to get it to them and Ubered when it was time to pick up. It took them 1 instead of the 2 days to complete. Meredith my service advisor was on top of everything. I highly recommend them, and I will always utilize them moving forward. <3

Highly recommendWhat a great local shop. Dropped off vehicle early Monday morning, got a call the same day with issue.They fixed what needed fixed and had vehicle back within 2 days.Love Killians. Nothing like a local family owned business.Thank you

Killian did a great job. They changed the oil at a reasonable price. Then they diagnosed my check engine light issue. Prices seemed reasonable so I let them handle the maintenance.

I have been searching for a professional and reliable mechanic for some time since moving to Canton. I received an ad from Killian Automotive containing coupons for reduced price services. I got the ad in Oct 22 but just recently went to Killian for service (Dec 23). They honored the coupon and gave me timely, professional, courteous, and reasonably priced service. I would highly recommend Killian to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic.

We are new in town and thankful that we gave Killian a try servicing our Baby 200,000 mile young Toyota Solara. A great local auto service center, everyone was so welcoming, thorough, and friendly. Will definitely make them our go to service center for any future automotive mechanical needs.

The experience with Killian was great. They quickly diagnosed the issues, did a full car inspection, and fixed everything that was found on our 2013 Range Rover Sport.The communication was also frequent and reassuring.All is great now and we hope with Killian's help, we'll get 100k more miles.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, A/C installation & repair, Brake service & repair

A really good auto repair shop is worth its weight in gold!Great first experience here after receiving a postcard for a free "check engine light" diagnosis. I decided to try Killian's out for my F150 as I had not had the best experiences elsewhere previously. They did not disappoint!They have a friendly website that allowed me to make an appointment and upload pics of my warning light/check engine light, detailing the issues. J'Knox greeted me with a friendly smile and welcome. This may not be a big deal to some, but as a retired Kroger Store Manager of 37 years, I can tell you many customer complaints start with, "They couldn't even smile and say hello." It means something!Though I had made my appointment for the next day, they allowed me to drop it off early. J'Knox proceeded to listen intently about my concerns and assured me they would get back to me asap. I was delightfully surprised when I received a call very early today with great news about the diagnosis, a very easy fix which they did not charge me for and an offer to ride with the tech to see if we could find the source of a "ticking" noise. They also did an oil change for me and had my truck ready much earlier than expected. He also gave me good info on things F150 related to my issue that I found helpful.So many times this same scenario is met with poor service and a largely inflated bill. Great experience and they found a new loyal customer. I will bring all my autos and highly recommend Killian's for anyone looking as I know this can always be a crapshoot to find a good auto shop!

Our car needed repairs, so I took it to a dealership for a quote. I had to spend $200 just to have them look at it and then literally lost feeling in my face when they came back with We re looking at $3100 and no guarantee that there won t be more after we start taking it apart. *gulp!I politely declined and immediately searched online for an automotive shop. I am so grateful to have found Killian Automotive and their team of professionals who worked tirelessly to get our car running better than new. The technicians were thorough and made sure things were done right. They did so much more for less than the original quote from the dealer. Thank you to Meredith and the entire Killian s team for helping us get back on the road.

We are quite pleased with Killian Automotive's services!Meredith consistently exudes exemplary customer service skills and has a great deal of technical knowledge. The cost for parts and labor are very competitive, and their response times were A+. They actually looked for ways to help me resolve my vehicle issues, as opposed to just telling me the issue but offerering no suggestions for a resolution.We will be back to Killian Automotive for our future car repairs!Thank you, Killian Automotive team! Killians has done a lot of work on my 2005 Chevy 2500. Their team is fast getting back to me and will always keep you updated on the work being done. I live a good 1 hr from their shop and will go out of my way to take my truck to them. I will recommend them to friends and family. Thanks guys for keeping my truck on the road and not having to second guess other mechanics work.
