Steve and his team at Hickory Flat Automotive are great. They re super honest, expert mechanics, work quickly, and communicate professionally. We drive out of our way, passing a lot of other automotive centers, to get to Hickory Flat Automotive and will continue to do so. We are really happy with all of the services they ve provided us.

This is the best auto repair shop I ve ever been too since moving to Georgia years ago! Excellent service, repairs, very reasonable, Will gladly help you and do the best to take care of all your cars or trucks repairs as needed. Are so nice, reliable, trustworthy and No. ONE for me and my family to go to.

Really happy with the quality of the people that I interacted with and the quality of the expertise, skill, and service that my vehicle and I received here. Nate was whom I was able to interact with the most and he was outstanding in his communication, support, and details to me about the work they were doing on my car and why. The repair/maintenance work that the specialist team here performed on my car was both accurate and successful. I love this place, Im a young woman and Ive brought my jeep in for any problems i've had with it and Nate is always super helpful, honest and straight to the point. Excellent service definitely :)

This business was awesome. Beyond awesome, really. Our daughter's car wouldn't start after 10 p.m. in the parking lot of a Hickory Flat business. I googled and found Hickory Flat Automotive Solutions and made an online appointment for the first available opening, 48 hours later. Early the next morning, Steve from HFAS called me and volunteered to drive to the local parking lot, jump our daughter's car and either drive, or tow if needed, the car back to his shop. All I had to do is drop off a key. That was a HUGE help and time saver, and beyond our expectations. A few hours later and her car had a new battery and oil change, and was ready to go, at a reasonable price. We plan to take our other vehicles to HFAS for maintenance and service. They were terrific.Services: Battery, Oil change

Great customer service and honest people! We took our truck in for some noises that we were concerned about. They looked the truck over and didn't find anything concerning, and advised us that everything was fine. They didn't even charge us for the time it took to look at the truck! They've also done other work for me in the past and their prices are very reasonable and their timing is fast. Great automotive center!

The mechanics at this shop are knowledgeable, honest and kind. I take all my cars here and they have been helpful so many times. Very nice owner manager. Steve and his crew have been great and they always take great care of us. They squeezed us in when we needed brakes done before leaving town for the weekend. Nate was professional and courteous, really great shop and the biggest reason you should make the switch to local from the dealerships and big box shops...they really care about their customers.

A friend recommended this place and I m really glad he did. I had to have a few odds and ends repaired and get a tune up. My truck was fixed and ready promptly and they even threw in a free oil change! The price was fair and they did shop around for the most affordable parts before doing the work. Went there after having car with dead battery jump-started. The tech checked the battery and alternator and determined that both were in good working order and I was not charged for the service! I will definitely go there for future automotive repairs and services.

Don t do reviews but this shop deserve it . Steve was honest and they did find the issue of my Yukon xl 2015 they did the torque converter that was replaced excellent job our car it s been running like new again. Highly recommended car shop. They are located in hickory flat near chick filet location. This is the only shop I would go in canton ga.Ray BeatoCustomer

I highly recommend this place. They put a new re-manufactured engine in my 01 Dodge Dakota on 11/2021. I found them to honest and only want to do what is best for the customer. I was impressed when I heard them tell the lady before me that she didn t need a brake job yet, just the her front rotors turned. They seem to only want fix what is needed at the time and they treat everyone the same.

What an amazing company. As most know it s hard to find a decent and honest mechanic. Steve was so wonderful. My wheel lug nuts had broken off and another place couldn't get them out. He got them out without a problem. Went ahead and got my breaks done gave me a discount with all the work I had to get done. So with that was great pricing. My part came in from Napa the next morning. He was ready to put them on when I arrived with a smile and a friendly good morning. I ask if he could put in a tail light that I had out. He sure did, I ask him how much for the light and putting it in. He said no charge. WOW just WOW. Amazed me all the way around. I watched how Steve worked with other customers coming in and with each one he was fantastic, knowledgeable and friendly. The waiting room was clean with complimentary coffee, drinks and snacks, and a plus he let me pick the channel of the TV. :) He has my business all the way around and I will be recommending him to everyone.

We really respect and trust these guys. They seem extremely honest and have treated us right in every turn. Their prices are extremely reasonable and they typically can do same day service if not while you wait. I always get my oil changed and my emissions done here and have never had any problems. The waiting room feels like it's smells like leftover smoked from many years ago that would be my only complaint

Great experience! My wife's Jeep broke down earlier today and left her stranded on the side of the road. Very frustrating start of the day, but it ended on a high note, Thanks To Nate!!!. He was able to get us in and diagnose the problem quickly.

Great Place to take your Cars and Trucks to get High Quality Work done and a Great price. I have taken my 98 Honda Civic in for a Timing belt replacement. Great Price and they even discovered another issue with my intake manifold. I came back in and they showed me the 3 large cracks, that would have cost even more if not fixed then. Great Customer Services and Very Quick results. Tex, Renee, Shaun, Leonard and Angie make you feel like your part of the family.

Honest, detailed, and friendly. I've been bringing both of my cars for over a year now (a 2005 and a 2010) and every time work has been done I've always left feeling relieved and confident. I've had everything - from simple oil changes - to the more complex transmission replacement and brake jobs done. Their work has always held up. Glad to have them in town.

I think this is the first google review I've ever written -- the peace of mind that comes from having an honest, capable mechanic is priceless. The guys at Hickory Flat Automotive are courteous and dependable. I've had our 3 cars serviced here many times, and I wouldn't trust them to anyone else.
