## Gerber Collision & Glass - Canton, GA**5/5 stars**I recently had a deep scratch on my car that I was quite worried about. I brought it to Gerber Collision & Glass in Canton, GA, and was immediately impressed by the friendly and professional service.One associate, Brittany, particularly stood out. She took the time to carefully assess the damage and explain my options in detail. She was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about her work, and it was clear she genuinely cared about helping me get my car back in perfect condition.I'm incredibly grateful for the excellent service I received at Gerber Collision & Glass, especially from Brittany. Her dedication to customer service and passion for her work are truly commendable. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in need of auto body repair.

We have used Gerber Collision & �Glass for one major and one minor repair. They are excellent. They are professional, knowledgeable, polite, helpful and do excellent work. I highly recommend them for any repair you need.

Have never experienced such awesome service at a collision repair place in all my many years. Everyone there was amazing and a huge shout out to Matthew who went out of his way to fix a problem that was huge to me but he handled with ease. I recommend them with the highest praise I can give.

When my car was rear-ended, the other client's insurance tried to get me to the cheapest place possible for a repair. They were going to use after-market parts and probably would have tried to fix the car as quickly as possible. I decided that the better place to go was Cherokee Collision Center. The staff was incredibly friendly and were helpful throughout the entire process. They are also in a great location as there is a rental company down the street and Seth even drove me over there. After they finished with my car, i was surprised that they went above and beyond to fix and scratches and dents that weren't even related to the accident! The back of my car looked brand new! I would highly suggest going to Cherokee Collision Center if you ever need a repair or maintenance done to your car.

Never ever again for being in the good hands network I would NEVER recommend Gerber to anyone . The associates need some training to deal with customers if they were in my place they would have felt the way I felt . My car sat for 3 months and NO ONE could do anything . In the end all they did was total it so they wouldn t have to deal with it . .

I would 100% recommend Gerber Collision in Canton. The handles of our garage door scratched the rear of my car through to the metal; my car now looks like it did when I first got it. The paint job is seamless I can t even tell any work was done at all it looks like the first day I got the car. They finished my car early, and they even vacuumed out the disgusting mess left behind by my two boys before I came to pick it up. I would absolutely use this shop again. I had an excellent experience with Gerber for a small body repair on my car. It was ready 4 days before promised, and the work looked perfect. Their staff walked me through the whole process and kept me informed the entire time they had my car. My daughter took her vehicle to Gerber in Canton after she was rear-ended by another person. They were great. The lady at the front desk was super helpful...even called the rental car company for us to get it set up. The car looked great when she got it back. Everyone she dealt with was wonderful and so nice. They went above and beyond to take care of us.

Gerber Collision did a great job fixing a terrible scratch and dent on my car. The work was done in a very timely manner, and when we were not happy with a few "cloudy" spots, they took the car back with no question, and had it looking perfect the same day. Everyone there was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. I'll definitely think of them should I need any further body work on my cars. Thanks Gerber!

I had my 2010 Ram 2500 sent here to be looked at after it was totaled in an accident and the service was wonderful! Fast forward 2 months with my brand new 2018 Ram 2500 when a huge piece of tire flew up and hit the hood of my truck causing a big dent and scratches. I called this office right away and Katrina got me a quick appointment. Stephanie kept me updated the entire time! I can't say enough about these two ladies at the front. I highly recommend them. My truck looks so good it's like it never happened!

Gerber did an excellent job fixing my car in a timely manner and with very high quality. They also did a fantastic job working with the insurance company and keeping everything in line. I will go back if I ever need more repairs, Stephanie was very professional.

I was very impressed and blessed to work with Cherokee Collision. Less impressed with my insurance, Jen did everything and more to push things thru and went above and beyond to help me in personal areas like renting a car. She is hardworking, conscientious and caring, as well as very capable and knowledgeable. Seth was just as wonderful helping with the insurance and getting the car done as quickly as possible And the car looks brand new!

Cherokee Collision repaired damage to the rear of my wife's car. Their shop is very clean and appears to be state of the art. The staff was professional in appearance and action. Our car looks great in the repair area. Should the need arise in the future, I will definitely have Cherokee Collision help me and will quickly recommend them to my friends.

From my first experience with the front office staff through & including the beautiful repairs that were done on my car, I couldn't have been happier. The genuine care & the quality that goes into everything about this business is what makes it trustworthy. I hope I never have a reason to go back here but if I ever do, Cherokee Collision Center in Canton is the only place I trust.

The staff here are on the ball. Sending you updates on your vehicles process. Brought my 2019 truck here for collision damage. Truck looked excellent after repairs. Would highly recommend this shop. Lifetime guarantee on paint and they stand by their workmanship.

I took my car in for a six day repair. On day two they informed me they had it all apart and a good plan and it would be done on day seven. The date kept being pushed back and finally got my car completed on day 17 (not counting weekends). A lot of excuses and blaming the insurance company (geico) before I finally got my car. Frustrating process and expensive rental car costs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Let me start off by saying that I have never been in an accident before this but unfortunately, I ve been in 2 in the last 4 months. Neither were my fault. The first time, there was significant damage so I called the police and got a report. This happened on a Friday evening. Naturally, I was clueless as to what I should do next so I took it to my Honda dealership and they pointed me toward Cherokee Collision Center in Canton. I had a friend drop it off for me the following Monday before they opened, as she waited for them to open, someone came out and asked her if she needed help. A small gesture but it shows the character of this place. She had never been in an accident either but they walked her through it and she relayed everything to me. I was at work and pretty nervous because I didn t know what to expect. After my friend told me what they told her, Jennifer called me doing exactly what she told my friend she would do. Jennifer set up my rental and had it ready for me when I dropped off my car. If I needed my rental extended, she took care of it. I didn t have to ask. She took care of EVERYTHING. She has made me feel so safe and well taken care of I don t know if I can ever repay her. It was great. To be honest, I would never wish to be in an accident but because it was such an easy experience, I wouldn t stress out if I got into one in the future. Skip forward a few months, I m sitting in traffic on 400 at 7 AM and get rear-ended by a 16 year old. Everyone was okay and I didn t see any damage. Because I didn t see any damage, I didn t call the police. I just got his information. BIG MISTAKE. I took it to Cherokee Collision that afternoon and they tell me I need a new bumper. I couldn t see the damage because I m not an expert but they show me all the problem spots and I was shocked. I thought it would be painless this time because of my experience last time but I was mistaken. Because I didn t get a police report, it made it so much harder. The other driver wouldn t answer any calls from their insurance (Geico) and Geico gave me the run-through for WEEKS. They told me lies for over 3 weeks. I was so frustrated but when I told Jennifer what was going on, she wouldn t stand for it. She called them up and had the problem fixed within the week. I drop my car off soon after and have it returned within the week with a fresh wash. I m so unbelievably happy to have found them because I don t know how it would have been with anyone else. To be honest, as of now, I don t trust anyone else. My car was brand new and I wanted to have it returned to me looking brand new and they did just that. They ve been so quick to explain any questions I ve had. I ve been really happy. I recommend them 100%. You will not have any problems with them.Update: 2 months later and I was rear-ended on 400 on the way to work. 3rd time is a charm, right?! This accident was a lot more extensive than the other two combined. I dropped it off that morning and Jennifer got me right into a rental. Whenever there was a hang-up with the rental car or insurance company, she was on it! My 1 year old car was returned to me in like new condition! Again and again, I recommend Cherokee Collision Center!

When i went and picked up my truck they had forgotten to put the 4�4 sticker back on my truck i pointed it out. I should have looked at my truck better one bad spot but you have to really look at the paint job before you notice it. They did let me come pick my truck up a day later. My mom passed away they worked with me. I'm thankful for that.

I'd never had to have a car worked on before, but after hitting a deer, I decided to read reviews on Google of different body shops. Cherokee Collision had nothing but great reviews. Now, as a customer, I can add to them! The staff was great at answering my questions and helping me understand what needed to be done. When I picked it up today, it looked like nothing ever happened. I would definitely recommend them!

I took my 2019 Mercedes Benz here after someoene crashed into me and I had to repair the door and do a paint job. I was looking around and doing my research and decided to go here. I can 100% absolutley say that this was my best choice I have ever made to take it here. Not only did they do it in a timely manner but they also did an AMAZING job with the repairs and paint job. It looked like my brand new car that I first got off the lot before the accident. This place is clean, proffesional and the customer service is wonderful. They have even been happy to help me with anything I needed after the repair as well. I recomend this place to anyone. They are super reliable and trustworthy. Honestly I would even recomend this place over any "luxury and foreign car" body shop. The service here is unbeatable.

Excellent work, helpful staff. Someone rear ended our 2014 Subaru Crosstrek.Gave us solid advice that the insurance companies will try and put aftermarket parts and they fought the insurance company to make sure they fitted an OEM bumper. Replaced the Muffler. The lady at the front made sure we got our check for the value loss which we wouldn't of even thought to do.Quality of work was spot on 5/5 we have a two town color and they matched it perfectly, made sure to put back on all plastic guards.They have definitely won a life time customer.Thanks!

Thank you to Cherokee Collision Center of Canton for the amazing repairs to my wife's vehicle! The repair was beyond any expectation we had and one cannot tell at all the vehicle was previously damaged.Cherokee Collision holds to extremely high standards, evident of their clean and ultra modern facility as well as the preference to use OEM products and will deal and fight directly with your insurance company to use OEM products.Highly recommended for their outstanding quality of work and fantastic customer service!

The work done on my car was so great I thought I got a new trunk for a second. I couldn't even tell where work had been done until I used a flashlight, had my face up to the trunk and was feeling around. Amazing work.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

They are fixing my cadillac right now but they have been wonderful. They text you with updates almost everyday. They call on Tuesday and Thursday with detailed updates. I will post again when I pick up my car. Great and caring business.

Accidents happen...generally at the worst time. That was my situation. My beloved midlife crises car was hit on the bumper. Jennifer and Seth did absolutely everything they could to make this unpleasant experience better. They went out of their way to help with paperwork, scheduling the rental, dealing with the guy's insurance, and getting my car back to me as soon as possible. Not only did she look as good as new where hit, but it seems she's had pretty much a full detail. They also stayed late on a Friday so I wouldn't be without her for a whole weekend. They take great service to a whole new level!!!

Went to Gerber for an out-of-pocket estimate. Katrina and Stephanie we're extremely helpful. Turns out that I only needed a paintless dent removal, and Stephanie gave me referrals for that (PDR) and for some other services that I inquired about. Their openness and honesty was refreshing and recommend them.
