My neighbor told me and my neighbor on the other side about how happy he was with Chuck's Auto Repair. I have an old 2012 car that had a burning rubber or oil smell. They fully checked my car and it was old coolant. They changed the coolant and recommended another maintenance issue. I told him I'm going to trade it in a few months. He said if you decide not to trade it then come back for the maintenance that it should last for many more years. They are honest and do a good job. They have a 5 star review because they are a 5 star shop.

We so appreciate Chuck s and the way they take care of us each time we need their services. They always seem to go above and beyond. They make us aware of future services that will be needed without the unnecessary pressure of doing it immediately. Prices are good. And there is always a follow up or two to make sure everything went well. Happy to support Chuck s whenever possible.

I have nothing but great things to say about this auto shop!! I felt safe leaving my vehicle when it had to be towed after hours, I was contacted ASAP the next morning, they did a thorough job diagnosing the root of my car s issues, letting me know what else needed to be done, and they explained very clearly when I was signing off on the repairs what needed to be done and what could wait if I need to hold off on the full tune up. I love that you re able to text with a team member about updates, they send you a link to view what needs maintenance and you re able to approve repair with a click of button. Every single employee that I spoke with is kind and makes you feel like a human rather than a paycheck, from leaving call back messages with the secretary to going over questions I had with Chandler. Got my car back in a timely manner and she s running better than she has since I got her! Will happily be using Chuck s Auto repair for all of our family s future mechanic needs.

Very nice team! Flexible and courteous Value for dollar is right on target plus no repeat issue. Compared my oil change price to my previous service and paid a little extra but i feel comfortable with Chucks.

I am very pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of the team at Chuck's! They also gave me a heads up on issues to keep a check on to prevent an unexpected problem! The work was completed when they said it would! A great place to take your car for service!

On my way to work, I got a flate driving on Riverstone and happened to pulled over in the lot next to Chuck's Auto Repair. I walked over and spoke to Brian West. He went above & beyond to get me back on the road right away. I am recommending them to EVERY one of my family and friends. They have become my 1st choice for all my mechanic needs. I spent 2 hours in their waiting room and every interaction I witnessed was a satisfied customer.

Hello! My name is Freddie, and I am a 2011 Toyota 4Runner who recently visited Chuck's Auto Repair in Canton, GA for a check up and to be brought up-to-par, as they say. Well, my engine is now like new, and I feel so much better! My master, Linda, is very pleased with my performance and drives me nearly every day now.

Chuck's was great. Chandler was my contact there and the communication between us was 100%. My vehicle's problem was diagnosed, explained clearly in structured text messages with pictures. No nonsense with too many car repair shops where they do not call/ do not answer the phone. Chandler also called/returned calls. Highly pleased....

First time at Chucks, won't be the last. Was greeted right away and they did a battery check within minutes. Very clean shop, appears to be a first class repair facility. I plan on using them instead of the dealership for general maintenance.

Broke down near ATL in Van and had to rent car to complete my journey. Was able to leave van with Chucks Auto for repairs. Was able to pick up after a few days. I would recommend.

I have had numerous repairs done here including a full brake replacement. I was very impressed with the detailed itemized estimates including photos from my vehicle as well as their customer service. Chuck's Auto Repair has been an excellent experience and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest mechanic.

Chuck's auto has never let me down. But recently, they went above and beyond to help me out. I had to replace an important part in my vehicle that required Chuck's to keep my car overnight. They quickly set me up with a loaner car, and their estimate for repairs was exactly what I ended up paying. These folks are great at what they do, honest and straightforward, and are a pleasure to work with. Thanks, Chuck and team!

Had a flat and a tech came into the next parking lot where I pulled in and had me fixed up in no time with no charge.Ordered my new tire at a cheaper price than I originally paid and had it the next morning.Very nice staff!

My husband Steve took his truck to Chuck's and they agreed to take it in without an appointment. It is a 1999 Dodge Dakota with lots of problems. They printed up all that needed to be done which we appreciated. They did rotate the tires which Steve requested. We will go back and get the rest fixed as soon as we can. Very nice and helpful. We would recommend them

I have many good comments on Chuck s, but I ll spare you the boring, positive stories and cut to the conclusion. Repairs on my old truck are expensive, but, when I hand over my money at Chuck s, I feel good because I have confidence that the work was done correctly and that those good people will recognize me when I return.

The team at Chuck's is attentive and thorough. They are great communicators, professional and kind. We have many high mileage vehicles and the team at Chuck's keeps our cars running. They are honest and have never recommended a repair that wasn't needed. We're getting ready to add another high mileage vehicle to the mix and trust that the qualified and talented team at Chuck's will keep it running for years!

Chuck s crew is amazing from the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile and a cup of coffee if you d like. Technicians are well trained and accurately diagnose your vehicle. The price for this great service is well within reason. No price gauging here. You guys and gals rock. :)

Great experience. Referred by another repair service. They gave the car a thorough inspection then gave us pricing for all the services suggested. No pressure, just good advise as to what it really needed. It was a major repair but was completed in 48 hours. Running great! I feel a fair cost for work done.

If you're looking for an honest, hard-working auto repair shop, this is the place, look no further! The staff is friendly and bend over backwards to make you feel comfortable and confident in their work. I recently had 2 of my cars in there for service. One was a simple timing belt change. The other was more complicated with wheel hubs, oil leaks and a rack-and-pinion issue. My car is 13 years old and has sentimental value. When I received my car back and the part failed, they took the car back and fixed it until it was safe again. It took a bit of time, but I completely understand due to supply chain issues. They have a loaner vehicle! They kept me informed of the work throughout! My 13 year old car is safe again, thanks to the wonderful family at Chuck's! Chuck s was recommended to my by a body shop, and I m glad I decided to try them. They give you a comprehensive overview of your vehicle s needs, and they communicate clearly what needs to be done now versus what can wait. Pricing is fair and there are no surprises when you pay the bill. If any of y'all are like me, it's hard to find someone who you can trust with not only your own vehicle but your family's also. I work a lot of hours and my career demands a lot of my time so it is a huge comfort knowing that I can send either one of my daughter's up there with any issue and know, without a shadow of a doubt, that they are in good hands with some really good people who will do the right thing and take care of them! They will not tell me there's something else wrong when there really isn't. Thank you to Chuck's family and team. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Trustworthy, friendly, kind, and super communicative... I can't recommend them enough to everyone I come across, especially to women who feel uncomfortable around mechanics. They play it very straight, and they don't make you feel stupid or intimidated. I will only take my car here from tires to maintenance to oil changes to whatever.What I love even more: they employ and work with the auto mechanic students from Cherokee High, giving them real hands-on experience. They also changed their hours from 6p to 5p, which I interpet as caring about their staff and not prioritizing $$$.I've been a very happy customer since I first came to them in 2021, and I'll never go anywhere else. They are a gem in Canton.

I'm fairly new to the area and was in search of services for my car. A friend recommended Chuck so I went in thinking I needed one thing but Brian and the team were honest and instead of offering services that were not needed (as some shops do) they showed me what was wrong (needed new tires), put on my spare and advised me of where to get affordable tires. The waiting area was clean with SNACKS, friendly service and the wait wasn't too long.
