Set up an appointment for my new Silverado, a week out for 7:30am on a Friday. There is a loud vibration under the truck bed near the exhaust and something is loose in the back seat.Took a video of the so rep (Alex) could hear the exhaust sound, to help isolate the issue, service rep was in was in a bad mood. His response was nothing abnormal there, probably not worth tech looking at it. So, I took him out to the bay where the truck was sitting and started it up. His response was that was not normal. The issue is he was a complete jerk and attitude was off the chart. Felt like I was a burden and inconvenience to them. Asked to speak with the manager, was not much better, and started conversation by telling me he must support his service reps first. Found that interesting as I was not aware that the service reps paid the bills, I thought the customers did. Regardless, he drove the truck and was telling me nothing wrong with the truck. At this point I made the decision that no way I would want these folks ever touching my vehicle. After driving to a different service center, they found that the spare tire heat shield was rubbing against the exhaust. Brand new vehicle, and I will not be taking to this place for and service work in the future. Completely unprofessional, uncaring, and the worst customer experience I have ever had at a dealership.

I brought my vehicle in for a 30,000 miles service; oil & filter change and tire rotation. After waiting 3 hours and being told it would be a 2 hour wait, I asked how much longer, the service guy went to check and came back about 20min later to tell me that my car was going in next and I finally got my vehicle back about about another 45 minutes later. I ran errands for the rest of the day and put about 60 miles on it. When I was just about home my check engine light came on. It also smelled like exhaust or engine smells this whole time and I did call and leave a voice mail for service about this smell at 2pm with no return call. I popped the hood to find the oil cap was never replaced. Alex got in touch with me the next day and made it right but I will not be bringing my vehicle back there for future service. Not only that but while I was waiting I was talking with another customer who was bringing her vehicle back after her oil change last week because it was leaking from the oil filter not installed correctly. And the service guy Derrick was not the most personable and it felt like he was trying to get me to leave in the beginning, I would have but that was my only day off that week, I was already there and needed my vehicle serviced as I am taking a trip next week. I have already spread the word of this encounter and have been referred by many people of another place to go for future needs.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

No appointment is needed for an oil change and tire rotation. They are first come, first serve. Arrived at 7:00 knowing the facility opened at 7:30. Checked in at 7:30 and out the door by 8:15 with my service completed. Super easy process, great service advisors, and quick service.

I called about my chevy that was repaired under warantee, yet failed again ..not only was the woman rude to me on the phone, but she continued to talk over me as if she couldn't hear me. I couldn't believe her attitude in addition to the fact that Chevy repaired my car under warrantee but will not uphold a 12/12 warrantee on the part since "they" replaced turbo 4 months ago. Great way to stand behind your cars Chevy...Not! Been a chevy buyer all my life..bye, bye! Going elsewhere...especially if they are going to be rude on the phone!

Robbie is a straight shooter, gives good info so you can decide what's best for you; not just interested in selling.
