I take my Toyota into the shop to get needed maintenance. I am always greeted by a friendly staff. While you were waiting for your car to be done, you can sit in there lounge area. It is a comfortable area to wait in. They get my repairs done quickly. I have never had an issue with them charging too much or not getting something done correctly.

First time getting work done at Cherokee County Toyota, and my experience with Mary Echols was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to verify everything I was looking for (I ve been to other dealerships in the past that didn t listen to my request for a full synthetic oil change vs. traditional, etc.). Mary was also excellent with communication on any issues the service techs found, and was spot on with my estimated wait time.I ll definitely be coming back for any additional service needed. Thanks!

2/13/2024 we made an appointment to have the air bag and side door recalls done on our Sienna. We explained our situation and that we would have to wait while the repairs were being done and we were told that it would take a couple of hours. I arrived 2/14 at 8:50 for the 9 am appointment only to find out that they didn't have the parts to do te recalls. They were apologetic and they ordered the parts. I was told again that it would take a couple of hours to make the repairs. Fast forward to today 3/6. I arrived again at 8:50 to have the recalls done and this time I was told that it would take them all day to do the repairs. Twice we explained our situation to the service department about having to wait while the repairs were being done and twice we were told that it would take a couple of hours. Now it's going to take all day? I left and I'll never go back to this dealership for anything.

I ve been coming here for years and last two visits they constantly try to up sell things my truck needs. Never had that before. I turned down what they offered and then they just came back trying to tell me all my lug nuts are warped and need replaced for $8 a piece. They have been the only people that has taken them on and off and claim they just get damaged. Never in all my years of owning a vehicle have I had this ever be a thing. Especially for $170. Very disappointed in the dishonesty that seems to be starting to occur.

Came in for an oil change that they called me to schedule, as they said they saw that my service light came on. So the girl offered me an appointment for today at 1pm. They asked if I was going to be waiting for my car or coming back to pick it up. I said I ll have to wait with my 2 children as I didn t have anyone to pick me up. I arrive at about 12:50 wait for about 15 mins to speak with a a service advisor to be told that it was going to take about 2 hours even with my appointment. I know that the 5 people who pulled in next to me all didn t have appointments and were going to be taken first. I don t know what the point in having an appointment is if they don t even honor it and work you in with the walk in s. An appointment that they called to schedule!! The advisor offered me to come back before 5pm or tomorrow morning which tells me that they don t honor appointments. Also, if you know it s going to be a busy time then maybe tell the customer at booking or don t offer appointments for that day!

Definitely fixed the problem and the staff is the service center was very kind. They did fail to clean up after working on the car.

Called in and said I'll be there 10 mins till close, are they OK with? Yup, made it a quick process and a great deal. Problems came up 2 weeks later with emissions and a battery. After a little bit of discussion, they fixed it and at no cost. The whole time, very friendly & professional. Super pleased!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Good to keep me informed about anything should I decide I need to drop the car off. Responsive and thoughtful throughout the service process. I keep coming back, so they must be doing something right!

The service dept is one of the best 5 brands of vehicles l have owned. The CSR Josh is a true professional and the dealership should be proud of having great employees like him.

Took my car here once to get my service routine done. Needed a simple oil change and tires rotated. Instead, I made it 1/2 mile down the road before my car started shaking, white smoke was blowing out, and it just felt like it was about to blow up. Toyota had to come get the car and found that instead of changing my oil, they kept the old oil in and topped it off to the very top with more oil. We kept our cool even though we had every right to be upset and we left with reassurance that skippy would put in notes under the system to show the mistake that he had made so that if we did run into problems at all, it was documented somewhere that this happened. (Skippy never documented his mistake. We found this out a few months later when I had my brakes replaced which is a whole story in itself)Then we took our truck here recently to get some repairs done after an accident and needless to say, we re pretty much done with this dealership all together. I m not one to leave reviews ever and I hate being a Karen but their service and collision center has really gone downhill fast in recent years and has turned us away from ever wanting to come here again.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Auto maintenance, Oil change

My daughter's tires were checked. She was willing to pay $25 to fix a tire leak. No leak found. But they put more air in all tires AND they replaced a recalled fuel pump at no charge. Great experience.

Even an oil change and tire rotation can take 2 hours. What is the point of an appointment if it's not honored???

Mr price was the best service manager I have ever met! Super friendly and very knowledgeable on my tundra I brought in for a pre purchase inspection! Couldn't be happier with the help I got. Thank you Mr. Price!

I followed an elderly gentleman to Toyota so he could get his tires checked. They were polite, took us right away and put a new tire on the car. The only issue was that the elderly gentleman wanted the old tire when he went to get the car. The service guy was a different person and said they couldn't find it. Makes you wonder. It was probably a good call on their part, but it leaves a bit of doubt in your mind. Wish that doubt wasn't there.

Popped in without an appointment and they got me right in diagnosed the issue within an hour and fixed my issue within an hour . Quick and easy and Toyota guaranteed! Great job guys.

Cherokee Toyota is a great dealership. I have not purchased a vehicle there yet, but intend too. I have only used the service center. Each time I've gone they have always been professional and done excellent work.To me, if the service department is lacking then I don't need to buy a car from the dealership. In this case I will certainly make my next car purchase from Cherokee Toyota..

Took my 2017 Camry XLE to Cherokee County Toyota Service Dept for an intermittent power train problem. While a frustrating issue (mainly due to the 65 mile drive), I really appreciated the efforts of Skippy Hutchinson (Service Advisor) for his professionalism, proactive approach and genuine concern to promptly resolve this issue. Hopefully that was achieved today!!Also want to recognize Rocky (Service Technician Extraordinaire) who worked closely with Skippy via process of elimination to work through potential causes until resolved.I'm grateful for the OUTSTANDING SERVICE & SUPPORT I consistently receive from the Cherokee Co Toyota Team, even if only for periodic oil changes. It is appreciated!!
