I was referred to this business and thought I d try it. I m so glad I did. I was met immediately by a pleasant lady at the front desk. She took my name, number, VIN and took some pictures of the dented front bumper of my daughter s Honda CRV. I mentioned that I didn t want to spend a bunch fixing it. Couple minutes later I believe the owner came out, took a quick look and told me he d like to take a crack at it. Said he could make it look much better. Literally 5 minutes later they drove the car around front to meet me and it was fixed! I was both shocked and super impressed. Charged very little compared to what I would have paid anywhere else. Very happy with the results all the way around. I hope I never have to use them again, but if I do I m coming here first!

I called for a quote to paint the bumper of my car. I was given the quote on the phone and that is exactly what I paid when the job was done. Literally fixed my car and then some. It drives like a Maserati now and it s just a lil ole Malibu. And they cleaned it from the inside out. Thank you guys!

I was involved in a rear end collision that did minimal but still expensive damage. They woman who hit be from behind offered to pay out of pocket if I would get quotes from 3 different places. These fine people gave me reasonable quote and worked with me in scheduling so that I wouldn t have to be without my car for a prolonged period of time. They cleaned my car inside and out for me and did an excellent job with the repairs. Would definitely recommend!

They did not fix the issue the first time (we paid) so they said to bring it back to them. We made an appointment and yet they kept telling us they were trying to fit it in . After three weeks and us calling them, they said they looked at it and it was going to be another $400. We told them to forget it. We used them because in the past we were very happy with them, but no more.They have enough business so I guess honoring their work is not important.Service: Body & Trim

Incredible job on the front fender and bumper of my wife's minivan. Took my neighbor whose family owns a body shop with me to pick it up and look it over. He was impressed with their work. We were both impressed with how well they cleaned up the van inside and out. All at a very fair price.

Exceeded all expectations! My son drove our car to high school and on to college. Lots of digs and small mishaps. We had time to drop it off so they could work in minor repairs, and gave them carte blanche to make it look batter. They did an outstanding job, only took a few days and we expected a much bigger bill! Definitely secured repeat business for our family cars.Great value, and common sense approach to repairs.Service: Body & Trim

I was rear-ended by a driver whose insurance company refused to put brand name parts back on our nearly brand new truck. (BTW - never use Safeway Insurance Company). Greg helped me fight with the company and when it became apparent they weren't going to pay the extra, he got his supplier to match the price so it was no extra out of my pocket for the parts. Great job with above-and-beyond customer service. Super job on the repair as well!

PLEASE READ: listen. If you go anywhere else in the Cherokee county area for your work, you probably paid too much. These guys will do the work, as fast they can, while still keeping your situation in mind. They're honest, they're hard working, they're intelligent some of the friendliest people around. I won't go into my specific situation, but know I won't be going anywhere else for future work on my car. Again, thanks again to all these guys for their work.

After a minor fender bender, The team at Auto Doctor fixed my car better than it was before the accident. I had a prior incident where my car was repaired at Geico which left the front bumper with a poor fit and finish and a rattle. Got my car back from Auto Doctor and it was like brand new and no rattle!

Truly disappointed with the work we had done at Auto Doctor. Returned our vehicle still leaking fluid after repeated conversations about that needing to be fixed. My husband ended up fixing the problem himself. The shop ran our battery completely down and then refused to replace it, even though they admittedly caused the issue. Go elsewhere for auto body work, these folks are only after your insurance money.

This is THE best place to take your vehicle. They have worked on my car twice - going far beyond what was necessary. I can't express how grateful I am to these people. Everyone is so nice
