I came in from out of town for my mom birthday bringing my family and we paid for a double bed room and was given a single bed and once checked why it was said I actually asked for a single bed which I didn't, but we didn't complain, the phones don't work to call front office and you don't have things like coffee or any refreshments or anything from people stay I probably will never use this hotel again terrible service and the rooms not up to standards I'm so disappointed with bringing my family here to experience this I have traveled many places by far this is my terrible experience ever with the stay here. I will never be back again and on top was hit with a 30 surcharge for a already damaged room so I didn't see why to charge for a rundown room doesn't make sense at all. My first time back in nearly 4 years home and to have a bad experience like this wow thanks camilla inn further and foremost sir again I hate people who lie on me I wasn't giving any choice of room ok the only thing was mentioned to me when I checked in was a smoking or non smoking room that's not letting me know what I am getting but if you continue with the lies then it's okay sir I'm not going back and forth with you and this room wasn't great at all holes in the wall, telephone doesn't work you tell me what is your choice of a great room wouldn't all of this supposed to work when in your room so ok I can bet you this my family and anyone else I know will know to run pass this hotel I am a born native of camilla and very known here please don't keep up with the lies because if you do sir I will let it be known how you do business ok so please don't try to gaslight me like I don't know shall I share picsNoteworthy details: There's nothing interesting to tell we didn't get good sleep at all and nothing at all when it comes to watching TV either

We enjoyed our stay at Camilla Inn & Suites and will return in the future. The rooms are huge, and the amenities are great! A huge plus is that pets are accepted!! The staff are very friendly and accommodating and make every effort to fulfill your requests. Thanks for the excellent hospitality, Camilla Inn & Suites!!Suzy B.

Camilla Inn is one of the best hotels we've stayed in. It is a very nice and clean place. The room is large and spacious. We had clean towels each day. They accept most pets! The staff is super friendly and they loved our fur babies which is a major plus! We enjoyed staying there and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay and it's not far from downtown. We will definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay again at the Camilla Inn. The place was clean and neat. Everyone was friendly and we highly recommend it to anyone. They have snacks and drinks up front for the customers to purchase. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the shower was nice and hot! We will always stay here when we come to Camilla.Rooms: Clean and comfortableNearby activities: Nearby downtown, restaurants, Walmart, walgreens, and several gas stationsSafety: Fenced in. Camilla inn is the best hotel I have stayed in camilla. We were there for 3 days. When we checked in we were 2 hours early. They let us check in regardless of time with the same rate. The lady at the front desk was nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. They provided housekeeping service every day with fresh towels. I will recommend this hotel for anyone looking for nice stay and I will definitely stay there whenever I am in camilla.

We have stayed here numerous times in the last few months. The service here is impeccable and the rooms are clean. Prices are reasonable too. We never stay anywhere else when we are in or around Camilla.

The guy was completely rude charge me extra wasn't clean roach crawling every where Should have not given what little money I had but I needed a shower and place outta the weather .You expect me not to be upset or make a comment yet I can not seem to have anything in my especially when I need a place to rent. You really should treat your guest better than you do .I don't know anything about you or your story but you don't know my situation either I don't enjoy coming to a motel especially when I could have used what you got from me to buy food but I be living outta my vehicle not that you care or it matters

The rooms were so nasty. Bugs crawling everywhere, Ash trays still had cigarettes and ash, (in my none smoking room) Fights in the parking lot at night. The bath tub had ciggerette burns and duct tape over the cracks in the plastics.I wouldnt bath a stray dog in this tub. No ice maker no pool, no wi fi or HBO.. A dark stinky nasty place.

The rooms were filthy the staff was rude towels stained. I called ahead of time to see if I can get an early check in I wanted to stay for two days. On the website it says the rooms are $55 a night plus tax of course when I spoke with the lady about me staying for two days with the early check-in she charge me 175. I was like OK because I needed to get in once I arrive at the hotel I arrive at 7:30 AM. The lady at the front desk was very rude saying I thought you was gonna be here at 8 o clock I told her that I said it will be between seven and eight I never said A Pacific time because I didn t know. Came to my room and oh my God it was awful I was thankful that I always stay one day due to the disrespect of the front desk lady. Of course I took my phone out and start recording the wrong the tub has cigarette burns all over it as well as the toilet. The hot water was not hot. I asked for more towels due to the house staying on my towels were they told me that s all they had, so of course I went to the dollar store and bought my own. Did not use the shower curtain because it was molding. This is the absolute worst hotel I ve ever stayed in the worst experience and can you believe 10:55 a knock was at the door telling me we had to leave in five minutes I m like wow.

Horrible hotel. I would not even give a star, but you have to in order to post your review. When you walk into the lobby, you smell a distinct unpleasant odor. I decided to give it a shot to support the local economy, so I decided to ask for a room. It was a very bad mistake. When I saw my room and had a chance to check it out, I realized how bad it was. As soon as I walked into the room, you can notice how badly it needed to be renovated. It also had unpleasant odor. One of the chair had a duck tape covering a rip. The lighting in the room was low even with four lamps. You can tell broken place in the bath tube was simply fixed with wall plaster. I did not feel comfortable about staying. I decided to return my key and ask for a refund so I can go to another hotel. Another surprise. I was not able to get my refund because it took me more then 15 minutes to check the room. According to their policy, if you stayed in the room for 15 minutes or more, you will not be refunded. When asked why, the front desk clerk simply stated the hotel was locally own, not a franchise, so it is what it is. Since I have to, I return to my room and unloaded all of my belonging. Not only did I felt uncomfortable about staying but also unsafe. This hotel was the first hotel I slept with my gun under the pillow. I would be ashamed to recommend or refer this hotel to anyone. I will be happy in the morning after I check out. I suspect this hotel will be out of business soon so that is why the local owner will do what they can to get money for now. DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL!

Was not worth the price that was paid. Could use some upgrades. In room refrigerator was barely cool. We had coffee pot and cups but no coffee. The toilet ran all night. The drains were very slow and sluggish

The rooms are absolutely disgusting. There is mold around the ceiling. It looks like they ve covered with caulk. The tubs are nasty. The sheets didn t even look clean. Got one price over the phone & a different price upon arrival. If I can figure out how to call & get them inspected then I surely will. If you want to run a business you ve got to take care of that business.

We made reservations ahead of time for a 2 night stay. The room was disgusting, with mold in several places, and I wouldn't have taken a shower there without wearing flip flops. We saw several German cockroaches crawling out of appliances, and the pool/pool area looked poorly maintained and dirty. The room was non-smoking, but stank and had to be aired out upon arrival. We checked out the next morning, and made reservations elsewhere for the second night. I now have German roaches I'm fighting to get rid of in my house from them getting into my luggage. I wish we would have immediately left, and not stayed a single night, but it was late and we didn't have any other options.

The new management is really nice and they have really changed this place around. The service is incredible and rooms are cleaner than before.

The biggest mistake I made was coming to this hotel, We went to the lobby and the owner was rude and disgusting just like the rooms. I recommend not staying at this hotel. I wish you could put zero stars, unfortunetly you have to put a star. We walked in the room and there was a bad odor, the bathtub looked like someone self-fixed the damages to it. We took more than 15 in the room, so we couldnt get a refund. We asked for another room. The room we got was okay, we went to sleep and woke up the next morning to someone knocking on the door, it was the owner telling us its checkout time, we told him we are checking out and he left us alone for about 15 minutes, and he came back, knocking on the door again. We told him once again we are checking out. As we get ready he tells us we since we over slept we had to pay $10, and we told him we are not going to pay $10 just because we over slept. We got our things together and returned the key and left. DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL!!!

Was not the best I've slept in. Was a last minute trip. Walmart was very close by (around the corner) so went and got cleaning supplies- spraying, scrubbing and wiping. The photos posted here are very accurate. No bugs, NO POOL, no food (vendor machine), no foot traffic, no noise. I slept. If on a very tight budget it's an ok sleep. I have no other hotel in town to compare to. ALL hotels in town rank 2-3 stars. Request to see the room first. They allowed me to.

This hotel is really old and needs money spent on the lobby and rooms.We have stayed in soooo much worse. It got three stars because We needed a room for a good nigthsleep; the clean sheets, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, clean towels, cool ac, quite room with big T.V. made up for all the bad i could mention.We got our good night sleep, but will try somewhere else next time.

Check in was quick and friendly, room is clean and spacious, bed was comfy, internet was good. Something created a mess in the fridge from the previous guest leaving something in the freezer, it defrosted since mgnt unplugged it after its use.

It's absolutely disgusting. They say they offer wifi, HBO, and have fridges in the rooms. Fridge didnt work and there's literally 5 channels on TV that we're available, (No HBO) and wifi never worked. No free breakfast. Had coffee pots in the rooms but don't offer coffee for them . We we're planning on staying 4 nights . Didn't make it past 1 .Stay ANYWHERE else but here .

Ive had rooms here before never a problem,this stay i was charged an extra $15 for some sheets that was suppose to b white but they was beige n stained n the owner had mad attitude with me n wanted to put me out all because i asked him why he was over charging me. But hey eventually i hope they get shut down they have very poor customer sevice.

This place is filthy. Evacuating from hurricane Irma and had no other choice for accomodations on our way to Atlanta. Room was musty, There were sticky mouse traps laying around the room that one of my kods stepped on accidentally. Sheets were dirty and the ice bucket ironocally says "Holiday Inn".The soap in the shower had been used and put back in the package to be reused.They advertise a continental breakfast, but its not provided. The swimming pool was even drained.Dont waste your money on staying here.

Not the cleanest place. Fridge had a short in the cord. Had to wiggle it to get it to work. Thought that the water faucet was going to come off in my hand. Half the basic channels on the tv were blocked. Over all it was a place to crash in route to our destination.

Bugs Crawling In The Bed Roaches In The Tub Don't Offer Cleaning Services Rooms Too High 300 for 3 days & 400 a week no breakfast no coffee they don't clean your rooms the blankets were dirty & had stains on them water bugs in the toilet & bath tub the wifi is trash it doesn't work they need too shut this place down it's not worth it at all I wouldn't recommend too come here or waist y'all time
