From Walmart I got full synthetic oil with filter within $40. I contacted mechanic he wanted to change for just $25( Labor) because he wanted me to buy oil and filter what i want to be used for oil change.Then I stop to Valvoline because I thought they will be less and let them change oil .They took almost 45 minutes .But these guy were rude and charged me $140.00(I not asked any service other then engine oil change .because my vehicle's air filter was new. Windshield fluid was full. Coolant was full. )They over charged me and at the end they messed with transmission and it started dripping oil.Not going back again to these rude people.

They were fast they were friendly and they let you know exactly what it is your car needs and I felt comfortable going there being a female they didn't try to take advantage of me to get extra money like some places do with women... They explained everything that was being done to the car and I just had an overall great experience... Austin one of the managers there was great and helped me the whole way through I definitely highly recommend this place.

I now have an oil leak that is more like draining out and when I went by to have this checked I was humiliated by the way that I was treated. An employee was observed on his phone videoing and the other employees acted to see if they were performing

Wait time to enter the service bay is thirty minutes or longer. The employee doesn't approach your vehicle until your in the service area. No one is monitoring the flow of first come first serve as I sat behind a vehicle waiting and two vehicles pulled up as I was waiting and was serviced. This place definitely lacks the customer service skills.

They are so nice here. Very helpful an did their best to ensure I was satisfied. My technician Ben went over everything that my SUV needed an explained what an why the services needed to be performed. I'm just very happy with them. Plan to come back an finish with what else needs to be replaced.

Had to wait about 2 hrs for oil change and their service was not even moving. It took forever for them to get even one car done. The car kept parked in their garage. It was such a wasted of my time. Even my turn was next, but the car parked in the garage in front of me was sitting in there forever. I can t imagine when it my turn and how long I had to stay there. First time came here and will never go back.

My son and I were there for oil change that should have taken 20 minutes. We sat in the bay for over 2 1/2 hours before the manage Daniel Saud anything to us. What they did was stripped the oilpan plug hole and didn't want to say anything. But they had to. So we called corporate and made a complaint. It ended up going to a mechanic to have oilpan replaced. Will never use them again

They didn't reset my oil life monitor. I've tried two different videos on you tube. They were courteous, but this is the first place I've ever been to that hasn't.

Been there twice since it changed ownership. Takes forever to get your oil changed now. Nobody comes to get your info so you just sit there in your car unless you get out and find someone. Dropped my car off, went to lunch for an hour, came back and still had to wait another 30 min. No free carwash anymore either. This used to be my go to oil change place, but that was my last visit.Service: Oil change

I took my car in for a rudimentary oil change and exited with an array of car issues. I m not a mechanic but neither are these idiots. My car was rattling and shaking excessively when the rag tag crew of valvoline employees completed their task.. Needless to say I would not recommend this service to my worst enemy. 0 stars.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

FOLKS!! THESE PEOPLE have it TOGETHER!! went by there just to check them out, was VERY PLEASED!! FOLKS YOU HAVE GOTTA check them out!! VERY HONEST VERY FRIENDLY and VERY PROFESSIONAL!! I will DEFINITELY be using them AGAIN!! YOU SHOULD TOO FOLKS!!
