First time here and I ll definitely be coming back! They were able to provide many services to my car within good timing and great pricing. Staff is nice and professional. A solid Auto Repair place that I would 10/10 recommend.

If I could rate over five stars, I would.Yesterday was a rough day for me and I didn't expect to get stuck after fueling my SUV and then not being able to start my SUV. I thought the battery was dead so I immediately had my insurance company send a tow truck company out (Deadwood's Auto and Transport) to see if it was a battery issue. It wasn't. I wasn't sure where to go for service and the driver recommended Summers Auto Repair.Summers Auto Repair was completely understanding when I explained that the SUV is the only car in the house hold. They said they would talk to the owner the next day to see what's going on with my SUV.Today, they found out it was the starter and replaced it with a new starter. I asked them if they could pick me up since I don't have a lot of neighbors and no friends here.Friendly, courteous, professional. I will use Summers again. Thank you and have a great weekend and weekday.

Exceptional service! My daughter was visiting to pick up a car we purchased and she got stranded! They had a tow truck over to her in minutes (which I appreciated as a worried Mama). Service was fast and so accommodating. More than anything I appreciated their kindness and prompt troubleshooting. Thank you from California!

Our car broke down while traveling out of state. It was towed, per our towing service recommendation, to Summer s. We were unfamiliar with the business and it was closed. We were stranded hours from our destination. We left our key and instruction in the mailbox, and hoped for the best. We feared an engine problem. The next business morning we called. My call was greeted with understanding. They said they would take a look at it soon and get back with us. They did. They were kind, professional, and repaired our vehicle in the same day. This meant a lot considering we had no appointment and need to get home.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! They do not make good on their work. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Last week my car was towed from my daughters house to Summers Automotive. I don t live in Calhoun. I live 60 miles away. It had been giving me trouble starting and finally it would not start at all. They said it was the starter. They said they also discovered it was the switch. But then they came back and said it wasn t the switch, it was a wire not connected and they said they reconnected it. After paying them $279 for the repair, it is still giving me trouble starting. I called them this morning about bringing it back in to be repaired correctly and Keith basically told me that was my tough luck, and that they would not be able to get to it until Sep 2 anyway! I told him if it would not start at all I would have it towed there again, but Keith made it well known to me that while I could do that, it would just be in the way and he would not guarantee when they could get to it. It was obvious that Keith was just brushing me off, and neither he nor anyone else has any intention of making good on fixing my car that wasn t fixed correctly the first time. I am a single woman age 60 without much money. I hope it doesn t leave me stranded somewhere away from home.

I have an ignition interlock device I am required to have due to previous DUI's...Summers installed and services the device for me and I see they are excellent mechanic's, doing quality work. Chris, the owner, and his team ( Billy is highly recommended) take great care of their customers... Which is a big load, cause they are always busy.

We were traveling to Atlanta and pulled over to get gas in Calhoun, GA. We went to start the car and it would not start. A good Samaritan stopped and checked our vehicle and said it was the fuel pump. Did call a towing company and they came and suggested them. Even though it was Easter weekend they allowed us to leave our truck there over the weekend and come back on Monday. The fixed our truck at a reasonable price and also called to make sure we made it back to Tennessee. I would recommend this company to anyone. I give them 5 stars and if it were more they deserve it. Thank You for taking care of us.

Last night my car broke down on my way back from Florida to Michigan. Asked the tow truck driver who he recommended and he said Summers Auto but normally they are closed on Saturdays but he called the owner to help me out. Checked Google and their ratings were high so I was hopeful but you never know. By 11 am Saturday they had my car fixed and for only $175. Owner drove out and picked me up from the motel too! Thanks Summers and Loving Lane Towing for getting me back on the road home!

Best place by far to get your vehicle worked on. Chris is very honest, and won't do anything thats not needed..We've always intrusted our vehicles with them and never had an issue.

DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE LIARS AND CROOKS They broke my door, said they didn t. Then wanted to charge me $200 to fix it. They charged for 10 hours of labor when I know FOR A FACT they only worked on the vehicle for 8 hours. Charged double for parts.I ve dealt with many mechanics and never have I dealt with one who has done anything like this to me.Oh, they also LOST the key to my vehicle and left the window down with rain getting into it!!

On our way back to Michigan our engine light went on. We stopped to see if they could help us and they did! Got us back on the road in 15 minutes. The gentlemen were extremely helpful and friendly!! I would give them 10 stars if we could. Thank you so much

Had front seal, oil pan gasket, and timing chain cover changed at tax time 2017. They charged me to remove motor to fix which they didn't even remove. Took back at least 15 to 20 times no exaggeration. They could not het the leak stopped because they didn't remove the motor to do it right. The big dude behind the counter is a smart ***. He actually told me that it would be cheaper to buy a new motor. I should have told him they need mechanics that know what they are doing. Service is sorry as I've seen it wouldn't take my step daughters bike there for them to work on. I wouldn't give any stars but I had to so I have them the lowest I could. Do not let them work on your vehicle or you will be out money just like I was ripped off for over a grand.

This place stays busy and for good reason. Repairs were fast, fair, and Keith in the office is always pleasant to deal with. I don't take my truck anywhere else.

I was on the road from Miami to Wisconsin when I blew a freeze plug. They fixed my truck first thing when they opened and got me back on the road in no time. Great service and friendly staff!

Very Busy during and after tax time and could still manage to get me my car on the exact day that i wanted it back. good service. even has a jar of candy for people to get candy out of.

Usually reliable in getting the repair done, and willing to go back and fix it until it is done once you've paid for it. They can take a bit to get things done, but generally reliable and not price gouging.
