Highway RV took very good care of us as we prepared to take our pop-up camper on the road for vacation. Highly recommend them for fast and friendly service. We will be back for all of our RV service needs!

I have a friend who had great things to say about the service he has been receiving here so I decided to give them a try and very glad I did. They had my service done before the promised day and conducted an inspection finding that the reservoir for my leveling jacks was missing it's cap. Since it is located underneath the coach I wouldn't noticed it until I had a problem. Very friendly people who are willing to work with you on scheduling and a pleasure to do business with.Service: Oil change

These people are wonderful. Customer service is top rated they remembered my name and made sure the parts I ordered were correct every time. The office shop was very clean and bright. When you walk in your greeted with a genuine smile.

Took my Camper there for rapiar work. Spoke with John, real nice guy, he got me my quote super fast. I had an issue with their parts company they use, not their fault but still delayed work. They were on top of the ball, calling just about every other day informing me and keeping me in the loop which was important to me. I felt like the price was standard pricing. Nothing cheap but nothing crazy expensive. I'll return to them for my future needs. Thanks John and Ross(forgive for spelling is incorrect)!

I recently partnered with Holiday RV Service & Parts to sell my Holiday Rambler Endeavor 40 PDQ. The coach was to be FULLY maintained on-site throughout the sale process. The Service manager (Chancy) and I went through the coach to ensure everything was in working order. He knew every system inside and out .. incredibly knowledgeable. I periodically visited just to check-in and always found the coach to be show ready. I received a serious inquiry from an out-of-town couple and coordinated a visit to Cairo to inspect the coach and hopefully make an offer. During the inspection we discovered a few things were inoperative. Typical [minor] things like freshwater pump, AC relay, door awning ext/ret, etc. Chancy immediately took these items for action and repaired them on the spot; impressing not only me but the prospective buyers as well. Dwayne (service tech) and Chancy double-teamed the discrepancies and worked as a real team. While Chancy and Dwayne were attending to the coach, Ros (owner) was helping me with the administrative pieces. She has a delightful demeanor, very knowledgeable, incredibly efficient, and will go above and beyond to help her customers. The couple did make an offer and the coach was sold today in large part due to the responsiveness and willingness to make everything right for the new owners.I can say with the highest degree of confidence that if you need RV repairs or parts, you will not be disappointed with Highway RV Service and Parts. Everyone there is polite, friendly, honest, and has one goal, ensure their customers are completely satisfied.Good old fashion honesty and helpfulness is so refreshing . !

Have been quite happy with Highway RV Service. Very nice people and knowledgeable about camper issues. We first had a furnace issue, then we had a water pump issue, and then an air conditioner issue. Pricing seems fair, and follow up is good. All issues were fixed, and all are working at this point. Campers seem to have many more parts than one would think. I felt comfortable knowing that this company has had lots of training and experience in repairs.

Echoing the other reviews, these folks are terrific! Made an appointment to have the furnace in our coach repaired, plus some routine maintenance and other minor repairs. They re located in a different state, and since the appointment was for a Monday, we asked if we could bring it in on Friday. That way, we figured, we didn t have to get up early (!) and it would be there ready to go Monday morning. They agreed, but to my surprise they started to inspect the furnace as soon as we got there Friday. Before we d left, they had the problem diagnosed, found the cause, and were ordering the parts for the repair. They kept us in the loop during the whole process, as well, and the costs were more than reasonable. These folks have a great work ethic and fantastic customer service. I think we ve found our go to RV shop!

So glad I found them. They got my ac replaced in my fifth wheel and a new battery.I worked very well during the hurricane. Thanks for recommending a larger unit. It really makes a difference.They even have parts and supplies so I do not need to go to Tallahassee and deal with those other guys.

Found Highway RV by accident, but what a gem it turned out to be. Wife and I were on the road for about 3 months in our motorhome and looking for simple oil change and engine service. Might as well been looking for brain surgery after what seemed like a month of phone calls. Ros and the crew at Highway RV got us in promptly and back on the road. We even returned later for some repair work. Great customer service. We will make every effort to return here in the future. Rob & Liz , Crossville, TN

This place and the people are great! They went out of their way to help me get back on the road. they even met me after hours. When the company sent wrong tanks they still fixed me up so I would not miss my trip. Love you guys! Great service!

We pulled into the park late and tired. As we began the set up we discovered the front jacks would not extend thereby not lifting our 5th wheel trailer from the truck bed. So, we deployed our rear stabilizers, put out the slides, hooked up water and power and went to bed. Next morning same story, so we were trapped and unable to begin our visiting that we had driven over 1000 miles to do. After several disappointing calls, we came upon Highway RV Service and Parts. Chancy said he would be out after five p.m. and he arrived! He determined the leg of our jack was broken and had to be ordered and he would return when it came in to his shop. However, he managed to release our truck. Just like clockwork the part came in and Chancy and his wife Leslie returned, installed the part, and discovered the cause of other problems and fixed them. They were totally professional and friendly.They really kept our trip from being a disaster. We definitely recommend Highway RV Service and Parts. We send a special thanks to Chancy and Leslie.

These folks make owning a motor home a lot less painful. They welcomed me with a smile and a willingness to help that was so refreshing I almost forgot how aggravated I was with my latest issue .Ten minutes later I m on my way with a converter that was converting. I may never venture more than a days drive from Cairo again.

So, I call these folks to get a new door lock system for my rv. Extremely polite and friendly, they sourced out the part and it will be in tomorrow. Decided to drop in and while there , talked about another repair that I may need done . Chancey knew what the problem was .He went to his toolbox , handed me 6 self tapping bolts, explained how to do it and sent me on my way. I can't express enough how good it made me feel, plus been from out of town, to be treated as good as I was at this RV store. Those two people helped a total stranger like I was family and I can't thank them enough. Honestly, integrity and respect are very difficult to get in business today but Highway RV seem to have it figured out. Thanks to you for all your help.Gord TooleWinnipeg, Manitoba, Canada

They installed a brand new Dometic air conditioning unit. We went on vacation. The unit was less than 2 weeks old. We plugged it up at the campground and it started smoking. We called Highway RV and they would not assume any responsibility. The owner has a very bad attitude and does not offer good customer service. They do not stand behind their work. BEWARE!!In response to the Owner, this is their way of passing the buck. IF we had plugged in the microwave and air, worse case scenario would have happened, it would have blown a fuse per the Manufacturer. Know your Product! All we did was plug it in at the campsite!BAD, BAD, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!Services: Electrical, Air conditioning
